I requested towing service two days in advance for Saturday between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m., and it was confirmed. On the day of service, I received a text stating the driver would arrive at 8:30 a.m., which was not the agreed time, and the driver did not arrive then either.
When I called, I was told that the service had been canceled due to too many requests. This cancellation was later confirmed by my insurance company, which arranged another towing company. While company was towing my vehicle (I only at the end recognized that it was first, not second company) a representative named Ashley from the first company called, denied that the service had been canceled, and spoke to me in an aggressive and unprofessional manner. After the tow was completed, Ashley called again and appeared to attempt to charge me or obtain my credit card information. I refused, explaining that any additional charges must be approved by me and my insurance company in advance. The call ended due to her continued rudeness.
Only have it one star because zero was not an option. Took them over 4hrs to get to me, went the the wrong address originally, poor communication, and never answered when O tried to call them back.
My experience with Henry's Wrecker Service was a very positive one. Despite the fact that I waited for a few, I understood because of the inclement weather which normally means more folks requiring assistance. What I truly appreciated was the fact that they kept in touch with me the entire time to update me of arrival time, etc. I was also impressed with Carl, the individual that pickled up my vehicle. While trying to load my car onto the bed of his truck, there were a few impatient and inconsiderate persons. He handled the situation calmly and efficiently. Carl was polite, very helpful, kind and respectful. I am grateful that I had an awesome experience considering how bad my morning started. It really made a difference. Great job guys!!!!!
The driver was super quick and very kind. I could not have asked for a better experience. He helped me feel ot so stressed in the unpleasant situation of having to be towed.
I blew a tire got towed to a nearby shop. He arrived earlier than the predicted time, were very polite and took care of my car in no time. While blowing out a tire still sucks, service i received was very good. Would highlt recommend then for towing (not blowing out a tire).
The tow truck driver was professional and demonstrated patience while I gathered my personal belongings from my vehicle. He arrived promptly, kept me informed of his ETA, and followed up with a call after delivering my vehicle to Mercedes-Benz to confirm that it was safe and secure. My overall experience with the tow truck driver was very satisfying because he took the time to keep me informed throughout the entire process. I forgot to leave my review but maybe a month or so, I was having a normal day until my car died right in front of an intersection, I called the local police to help guide traffic away, big mistake! as when they called Henry’s they gave them the wrong pick up location. But Travis was super helpful and kind and helped make an already stressful situation, easier and calming, he checked my car as well and I was able to get a battery and now we’re okay! Definitely would call again when needed but hope I don’t have to!
Had to get my Tesla towed because of a suspension issue. Travis came within 40 mins of the call, towed my vehicle to the service center, and sent updates after drop off. Incredibly smooth and quick service, I’m glad I used Henry’s.

Called yesterday about my towed vehicle, they said to wait there for 30 min and someone will come on red truck and will help me to get my van - nobody showed up. I asked representative on phone why did you make wait for nobody he answered I don’t know where is the person is. Very unprofessional and disorganized!
