Called yesterday about my towed vehicle, they said to wait there for 30 min and someone will come on red truck and will help me to get my van - nobody showed up. I asked representative on phone why did you make wait for nobody he answered I don’t know where is the person is. Very unprofessional and disorganized!
This company sucks. I had my car towed here because of an accident March of 2023. They were completely unreasonable in accessing my vehicle while I was there, somebody stole stuff out of my car when my vehicle was there and when I attempted to address the issues on both of these situations management never returned my phone calls and I called there at least four or five times about the stolen items out of my car. I would suggest getting towing services from anyone else but these people. All around completely horrible experience.
This company needs professional people I just called and someone who said his name is "ED" talked to me in a very disrespectful way and was not helpful at all. I don't asked for politeness but if you treat people better your world would be a better place to leave in and you would change people's around you perception.
Just posting about my experience in case someone has been in the same position as me.
I was involved in a car accident and the Fairfax police towed my vehicle here. I was taken to the local hospital so I did not I have time to go through my car and get all my personal stuff. I didn't have the means to pick up my things until the weekend but they are closed on the weekends unlike the other Henry's Wrecker locations and I was really worried that my things would get wet since my rear window was completely shattered and the forecast called for storms all weekend.
So come Monday I was ready to sulk over my soaked belongings but I saw that they graciously covered the broken window with a tarp and the interior of my car was dry!
The office is kind of in a weird location in an inconspicuous trailer in the lot itself but the front desk guy was nice and it was easy enough to release my car to the insurance company. I had a generally positive experience for my case however I am not the one that had to pay to have my car towed and stored there.
I got pulled over and my car towed for non compliance with a safety equipment missing, although I was safely parked at the home depot parking lot and told the cops I can have it towed at my expense to my mechanic. they still call this service "the worst towing company in the USA" ,I mean - Towing businesses they are all terrible because is a business that benefits mainly from people's downfalls. But these guys are by far the worst of the worst. Rude, make every effort to make you leave the car there longer so they can hit you with steep fees. I spent $1200 to pick up my car , and they demand cash . Horrible ! As soon as you hear they are being call demand the right to call the company of your choice .
Tim, of the Reston office, was punctual when I arrived to pickup my vehicle. Tim was very professional, patient, and friendly. He went above and beyond by checking my cars undercarriage for damage, jump starting my car because of a dead battery, and providing helpful information about my car and it’s battery. Prices are steep but the professionalism I received was top notch.
Very bad service I called early when they were open and made a appointment for 7 and they forgot to write it down and now they are saying they can't give me my car until 9 when I was there exactly at 7 really terrible service they even told me to come between 7:30 - 8 and they still couldn't write it down
Borderline scam with the overcharged prices, didn't even put a tarp on my car with no roof, expensive valuables got soaked in the rain while I was in the ICU, and no negotiating. Cost $735 to junk my car after I broke my back.
Last week Henry's charged $605 to tow my car three miles!! The Fairfax County Police offered to call Henry's to tow my car from the accident scene. I trust the police. They wouldn't recommend a rip-off tow company, would they? Wrong! Choose any tow company other than Henry's.
