I recently purchased a vehicle from Sheehy Used Cars and was disappointed with both the condition of the car and the level of service I received. The vehicle was not brought up to standard prior to sale, and when I raised concerns about recommended maintenance, the dealership refused to bring the vehicle up to the recommended standard.
Customer service was equally unsatisfactory. Requests to speak with management went unanswered, and follow-up communication was unhelpful and dismissive. This lack of responsiveness left me with little confidence in their commitment to customer care or the quality of their inspections.
For anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, I strongly recommend arranging a third-party used car inspection before completing the transaction. Doing so will provide a more reliable assessment of the vehicle’s condition and may help in negotiations, as Sheehy does not appear to stand behind the assurances of their own service team.

Although I had a fairly complicated issue with my car and getting parts the service provided by Leon was fantastic. I had to wait a couple days to get my parts and Leon was kind enough to set me up with a loaner car at no cost so I wouldn’t be carless and could go on with The things I do with my life such as get home from the dealership lol, get to work get back from work and drive back to pick up my car. Leon, representing the dealership, did a great job and this is the only place where I take my car.

Very disappointed with my experience here. I had sent in a request to inspect and test drive a 2016 Tiguan. I test drive it and as I was waiting for a breakdown of the charges, I’m told by the manager that there is something wrong with the catalytic converter. I had Uber’s 50 minutes to the dealership and made the appointment about 4-5 days in advance. There was a crack in the windshield, it wasn’t even serviced and they took the car off the market. They should have known this before scheduling a test drive appointment. They proceed to try to shift me to a 2021 Tiguan that was almost $5,000 more expensive. They took no accountability for their mistake, TALK ABOUT WASTE OF TIME!!
I could not have had a better experience with buying my new Atlas at Sheehy. My salesman, David Cox, was fantastic to work with and Jorge is finance made the process super quick & easy. Both stand out gentleman, super friendly, competitive pricing, top notch crew!

Disgusting Thieves - Avoid at All Costs!
I had the misfortune of dealing with this car dealership, and I can confidently say they are nothing but a bunch of con-men. My wife and I wasted an entire morning with them, thinking we had a solid agreement to sell my used car for $9,200, contingent on an in-person inspection.
When we arrived, they inspected the car and presented us with an itemized estimate of repairs they claimed were necessary, totaling around $1,000. I did not agree with their assessment, but what happened next was even more outrageous. They offered me a pathetic $6,500 for my car, completely disregarding our original agreement.
This experience was a perfect example of the "used car salesman" stereotype that they perpetuate. If you value your time and money, steer clear of this dealership. They are dishonest and will try to take advantage of you. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!
My most recent vehicle purchase was here, rather far from home but worth it. Helpful and pleasant staff, and a special thanks to Zack for making my purchase a fun experience. One more thing: the ID Buzz is a trip beyond the wildest fantasies of this old hippie. It's going to take a while to learn, but fortunately Zack took the time to teach me the essentials that got me driving safely quickly.
I went from getting turned down by multiple dealerships until i called Fred at Sheehy Volkswagen i had no idea what I wanted he introduced me to the ID4 EV it is so beautiful and drives like a dream. Got a warranty issue addressed on my driver-side heated seat and a recall fixed. Worked with Erin, Ray, and his name start with “L” (sorry I forgot). Good service! Set me up with an appointment when a loaner car was available. Called me when service was complete. Good communication. They even charged my electric vehicle to 100% for free. Their service lounge has tasty coffee and tea. I will be back for next scheduled service at 40k miles.
My Jetta broke down on a Saturday and I was able to get it towed over to this service location. The staff was friendly and the facility was nice. They told me they wouldn’t be able to look at my car until Monday. I got a call first thing Tuesday with a price estimate and the work that needed to be done. Unfortunately the part was back ordered so they had little control over when it would come in. It ended up being longer than expected, almost 2.5 weeks. I got an update at the end of the second week saying they were still waiting for the part. I appreciated getting updated. Picked up my car when it was done and it’s been driving well. The price charged was about $100+ over the original estimate. I had also asked to have my oil change while my car was there for so long and it seems that was forgotten. Overall, not a bad experience but some room for improvement.

If you plan on getting a vehicle visit this location and speak to car salesman Aymen ! He’s a young professional that is very knowledgeable about vehicles. I forgot to mention he’s very patient and not pushy either which is hard to find in the car industry when typically they just want to make a sale. I went to trade in and purchase a vehicle on Juneteenth and received help from him. I left without a vehicle after 3 hours of deciding it wasn’t worth it. I called Aymen on Saturday Morning and left with my brand new baby, completely different car from Juneteenth. He was not angry after i wasted three hours of his time prior, he was very helpful and even had my vehicle delivered from another location for me to pick up on Monday. I recommend this location as well as car salesman Aymen. Let’s not forget Manager Ram who was very nice, helpful, and brought great energy. Also, the kind woman( Niusha)in finance who walked me through the whole process TWICE! This is the second vehicle i purchased from Sheehy and it is worth it every time!

A few weeks ago, I bought a used Volkswagen from this dealership, and I was assisted by Aymen.

I had the best experience with George! This was the third Volkswagen dealership I went to in an attempt to buy the ID. Buzz. The first two experiences were terrible, and I almost didn’t drive the hour+ to try again at a third dealership. When I entered the showroom, George greeted me with a huge smile. He was professional, not pushy, and overall gave a feeling of calm. I felt like I was conversing with another adult about the car, not someone trying to trick/pressure me into making a purchase.
Then came the financing department… the part we all hate. Well, Vanessa was also great! Again, it was a very calm conversation about my needs and what may or may not be needed. I was utterly surprised! She found a way to make my anticipated payment a tad bit lower, like what?!
Lastly, the manager, Milad, was also on par with George and Vanessa. There wasn’t the 50 million back-and-forth, coming in to introduce yourself, pretending to be friendly, etc. I saw him 2-3 times, only to check in to see if I was OK and ask if I needed anything.
I hate going into dealerships and dealing with what feels like a circus, but this is the first time I enjoyed the entire buying process. I change my car every 2 to 3 years, meaning I’ve purchased 10+ vehicles and have never had an experience like this.
EDIT: 26MARCH2025: I’m extremely disappointed. I dropped my car off to have the rearview mirror replaced with one that includes garage buttons—a straightforward swap, or so I thought. Before purchasing the $380 part, I called the dealership specifically to confirm the installation cost, timeline, and shuttle service. I wanted to avoid any surprises.
Despite this, just 15 minutes after dropping off my car at 12:15 PM, I received a call informing me of an additional $225 charge for installation. This was never mentioned during my initial call—just one day prior.
How does the price change so drastically in 24 hours? This kind of bait-and-switch tactic feels incredibly deceptive and unprofessional. Customers deserve transparency and honesty—not surprise fees after the fact. I am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere for future work.
