Took my 2018 BMW X5 to Dentless Touch in Springfield, VA for a small dent (less than 1”) in the driver’s side door. When I submitted the request for a quote online I checked Dent Repair (PDR) and also Paint Touch Up, I realized the dent was deep and had removed the paint. Received a quote from Christoper stating typical dent 1” to 2” would be $250-$350, thought this would also include the paint touch up since I sent them pictures. When I got there, the estimate changed to $400 to $850, which I was fine with as long as the repair looked good. The majority of the dent was removed, not totally sure the major crease was totally worked out. However, the paint touch up was unsatisfactory. I asked about this and was told they put multiple coats of paint, wet sanded and polished it,
that was the best they could do. It looks to me like they orange peeled the paint touch up or didn’t totally work out the dent. My total for this repair was $468, which included $125 for paint touch up. I know they specialize in paintless dent repair (PDR) and not paint, but thought the repair would have looked better based on their videos I watched on YouTube.
Hands down Dentless Touch is the best PDR paint repair company in the entire country. Chris took care of me after I dropped a bike on my Audi. I was impressed with the garage cleanliness. The guys worked their magic and somehow made a huge paint chip and multiple dents disappear. They also had to partially removed my headliner and various other parts and did so with great care. I was very impressed with his business overall and would return.

While visiting the area in February, a very strong gust of wind swung the door from a Buick rental I had right into the parked Audi SQ5 car door in the space next to me. I wanted to do right by the owner and left a note. We both worked together to see where to get the car fixed. Dentless Touch was the first option I found. I sent pics via site and then spoke with Chris for an estimate. Chris was awesome in helping us out and making it right for the owner of the car. Small door dents, dings and scrapes are hard to photograph on a shiny car. Dentless Touch did a great job correcting the dents and doing touch up paint work on places that couldn’t be buffed away. This is my third visit to have Chris work on my second car over the years. I’m very satisfied with his work and from his team as well. Make an appointment today!
Amazing job on our Touareg!! I was SO upset that someone backed into my car. I called around and found Dentless Touch in Springfield and they were able to pull out the dent on my front panel. It looks like new and you can’t even tell it was damaged!!

As I was heading off to a doctor's appointment, I noticed a large dent in my bumper. See the picture below. Wasn't so bad that it broke anything, but it was a bit annoying. That afternoon I contacted Dentless Touch, who asked for a few pictures and quoted me a very reasonable rate. We scheduled it for 2 days later, and I was told to expect it to take about 2 hours. My son took the car in for me, and about 20 minutes later he noticed that the car was out. The car looks like it hasn't been hit at all, and I feel great looking at the car.
They did a beautiful job, just like magic. Even though he told me not to expect it to be perfect, it is perfect. I am so pleased with how well they did. It was worth every penny, and I'm thrilled.
We had our Rivian R1S rear left quarter panel beside the light damaged by a dent. We were referred to by an authorized body shop by Rivian where we requested a repair quote. In the meantime, I was searching for another auto body repair shop and stumbled across Dentless Touch. The pictures don't do justice but it was going to be a difficult one to pull off. Chris [Dentless Touch] promised that he would do everything he can to do the repairs as this vehicle is not a common one as of 10/2023.
I picked up the vehicle and I was really blown away by the perfect restoration of the dent repair - all without any form spray paint. I finally got the quote from the authorized auto body repair of $5,565 and the final bill from Dentless Touch was less that 1/3 of $5,565. Yes, less than 1/3 of the authorized body shop quote. Chris and I had a chat about vehicles in general and how he got into the business, and he is a master of his craft. I just wanted to leave a quick review for the awesome work done on our classic beamer. We only had one small dent removed and Chris did an amazing job removing it! They are very busy at Dentless Touch -which is understandable due to their quality work, but I am pleased to say that we were able to drop off our car in the morning and was able to pick it up the following day.
Chris is extremely thorough and took the time to go over the whole body of the car and provide an estimate to remove all of the other small blemishes if desired. I feel his estimate was reasonable and it also included a military discount! So props for providing that as well!

We just got a 2023 Tesla Model 3, and within the first month of ownership the car got hit by hail. We were very concerned about the repair, since the car had protective paint film (PPF), and that was a pretty pnny.
Lo and behold, I contacted Andrea, and she said that they have a shop that installs PPF right next to them. She walked us through the entire process, from the details of the work, the process, the rental car, I mean everything, she makes sure the customer experience is outstanding, and it was.

Chris’ work on my 2023 Harley-Davidson Fat Boy was impeccable. You can’t even tell there was a dent in the gas tank at all. Also, estimated a timeframe of about a week and a half. I had some accidental dents on my BMW X5 that I wanted to get fixed. Took it in to Dentless Touch to get repaired and they did a great job. The dents were difficult to see without the proper lighting and the car being white, but they are less noticeable now and I’m overall happy with the results. Paintless dent removal is both time and cost-effective than the conventional method which is why I decided to come here and they have the best ratings. Everyone there was great to work with and I personally would comeback in the future if I needed more work done.

Chris and his team did an amazing job on my 2015 Chevy equinox! We had two cars significantly damaged by a hail storm. They worked quickly and easily with my insurance company to get the proper repairs done. And they even went above and beyond buffing out a scratch on my side panel and buffing my headlights! They kept in communication with me and my insurance company, providing regular updates and finished ahead of the estimated schedule. These gentlemen are highly skilled and professional. They did such an amazing job on the Equinox that they are now working on my 2020 Mazda Miata MX5.
These guys are utterly amazing! Fair quotes and even better results. This is the second time I’ve used them and I haven’t not been disappointed either time. I had a silver dollar sized door ding and a scrap on my passenger side door. They make it look like it never even happened! Do yourself a favor and check them out if you got some body damage that needs fixing!
Dentless Touch is amazing. I dropped my motorcycle into the fender of my Toyota Tacoma. It creased the body line of the fender and pushed in a dent like a hammer hit it. About 2 hours at Dentless touch and it flawlessly looks like new. Staff is very friendly and the lobby wait area is really nice with comfy chairs, drinks, tv, and restrooms. Across the street is a strip mall with several food options to pass time. I cannot recommend this shop enough. Thank you!
