The Tow Truck Driver that pulled my UHAUL out of the snow in my driveway was Awesome. Before he pulled me out, he plowed most of my long, driveway!! He got me out real, quick!
Simply the best! Was stuck in the snow on a remote, super long snow-filled driveway - insurance sent out 2 different companies - neither one wanted to risk getting caught in the snow, they both walked to where I was, and said they couldn’t use their truck. My insurance provider tried SIX companies- none had 4 wheel drive or wanted to risk it. Called Advance - they showed up in under 50 min and it took the driver a total of 12 minutes to get me hooked up & completely out. Driver’s name was Desmond - great guy, he’s a skilled professional & made my week! *Highly recommend*

Kelton moved two disabled vehicles to two different repair facilities for me yesterday and I have to say he is a truly nice young man. Very respectful and courteous. I had a wonderful experience with a sweet gentleman born in the U.S. but whose family is from Curaçao…very positive, informative, very intelligent, kind, knowledgeable and just excellent service despite super AWFUL weather conditions. He set my mind at rest so I didn’t worry. He did an absolutely outstanding job, despite people on the road who, due to the storm, were stranding their cars so close to the actual road. He towed my car from an embankment to a spot in the hotel’s parking lot where I am staying for a few nights. He was the picture of Professionalism. I would recommend him to ANYONE needing a tow service, he knows what he’s doing. Advanced Towing saved my car from being stranded in an embankment. I rated the Company 5 stars because they acknowledged my bad back issues, they were very sympathetic to my health & I’m super appreciative of that. These people understand bad weather & if you have health issues that limit you, they understand and they work with you! Excellent service!!!

I recently had my car break down in a low-ceiling underground parking garage in DC. That spot is a nightmare for towing, but I called Advanced Towing and they handled it perfectly.
They showed up earlier than expected. Their driver Desmond was super professional from the start. He kept me in the loop the whole time, explained what he was doing, and answered every question without rushing me.
The best part was how he got my car out of that tight, low garage. I thought it was going to be impossible without a huge hassle, but Desmond used some seriously skilled driving to pull it off smoothly and safely. No damage at all. His communication and driving skills were amazing. He made a stressful situation way easier than it could have been.

The service I had performed was a flatbed tow from Alexandria to Manassas Park. The response time was very quick, my driver Juan M. arrived in about twenty minutes or less. He was very polite, and was also very patient as we had to wait a couple of minutes to retrieve my vehicle from the dealership. Juan M. took great care of my vehicle through the delivery process. He provided a very professional experience, and I would definitely recommend him to service anyone. Five stars all the way around.
Called Sean at advance towing on Sunday to get a truck moved and they were great to work with. He was referred to me by a shop that use the services on a regular basis. The driver came out and was professional and fun got it taken care of. Great working with them!
My truck broke down while driving on Rolling Road, right in the middle of traffic. We called Advance because they were the first place that popped up with good ratings. They definitely earned those ratings! Dispatch said they would have a driver to us within 30 minutes. I might have been closer to 45, but I used to run a tow company in NY, so 15 minutes longer is much better than an hour plus! Desmond was great - friendly and very knowledgeable about his job. I sincerely thank Advance Towing for literally "hooking" me up and getting me to safety. Very much appreciated and highly recommend!

The tow truck driver came to pick me up on the side of 395 after a flat tire left me stranded. They came to assist me in 15 minutes after I called. A secondary tow truck came to the scene to assist with safe pick up. I was able to ride with the driver and my car to the drop off location. It was an all around great experience. I felt very safe. I was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I would use this service again if needed.
My car broke down on the ramp to 495 from 95 north on my way to the airport. I called Advance Towing and I joke you not, Shawn was there within 20 minutes, with the flat bed, car towed. I made it to the airport and he dropped the car off at my mechanic of choice. He saved my trip, I was able to make it to my best friend’s wedding. Thank you Shawn for being there.

Desmond was awesome to work with! My truck had a failure towing a boat from Rhode Island. He hooked up and towed my entire 62’ unit to its destination in a snow storm. He did so with professionalism and ease. Great company with great drivers, I highly recommend them.
