I’ve used Junk King for years. Outstanding on all levels- always. Junk King has never been anything but five star, at an incredibly cheap price. Once, years ago I tried another junk company, it was double the price- they came two hours too early saying they “left me a message”- miserable employees that didn’t take all they said they would. Junk King is truly superior. All fronts.
Easy to schedule over the phone. Rates can be reasonable for curbside pickup, which I recommend asking. I put out a decrepit recliner at my curb, which they took away the same day I called. And for fifty dollars less than the quote from my routine trash collection service. Definitely recommend!

Excellent service from the beginning. Alex explained the process in person the day before and confirmed the times for the following day by email. Juan and Ian arrived on time, which surprised me very much. They picked up everything with care. They were cordial and organized. The price is what it is. It is a big service that we needed. I think their price was fair. Highly recommended.

Junk King was able to get a dumpster delivered to the Habitat for Humanity ReStore in Manassas the morning after I called (and I called at 4:00 PM). It was placed exactly where we needed by a courteous driver, who was a joy to chat with for five minutes. It was picked up three days later - no muss, no fuss. We will definitely use them in the future!

The two guys on the truck did a good job getting the basketball goal and weighted base from the backyard to the street. Might have been a little easier getting it onto the truck if the power wench had been working. Good communication. Got a phone call right at the start of the appointment period, letting me know when they expected to arrive.

I have never used a junk removal service before and let me tell you. This won’t be my last time with Junk King. They were very responsive in terms of scheduling. I was able to see them the next day after my initial inquirer. Ian contacted me 20 minutes before arrival, which was very much appreciated. They filled up an entire truck in two hours in the blazing heat. I really appreciate it their hard work and amazing customer service. Ian and his partner were super nice!

The gentlemen that dropped off the dumpster was kind and professional. Junk King made is so easy for me. I had 3 days to fill it up, which I did, and they came and got it and the end of the third day - I didn’t even have to be home. I highly recommend!
Junk King provided a 12 yard dumpster for some construction debris and general house cleaning garbage. The dump was delivered promptly and it fit perfectly in my small driveway. Once I was through they picked it up right away. They are very easy to do business with and they cost was much less than I expected. Later this summer I will be cleaning out my basement and I will get another of these dumpsters from Junk King for the project.
My partner and I are in the process of moving and NEEDED the couch gone to allow us more space to set boxes. I did a quick google search, got in contact with someone and after talking with my partner, we set a date and time. Junk King was so helpful and professional with explaining the whole process. They even let me know their morning was swamped and were able to reschedule at a later time the same day. Two gentlemen let me know when they were arriving and all I had to do was show them what needed to go, they gave me a fair estimate, they got my couch and two broken chairs, I paid, and they took everything. Junk King wins again! The crew of two were running a little late - this happens, but they kept in touch and let me know of their ETA. They swiftly cleared out our mess - 1/3 of the truck - and we paid a fair price for this. We tried to be organized for when they got here and even so, they were so fast! I had an amazing experience with Junk King. Their customer service is absolutely fantastic, their text messaging system was so quick, and they are so responsive. Everyone I corresponded with, from scheduling the dumpster delivery to the delivery person himself, and then to the pick up person, the customer service was flawless. They are also much more economical to use than another service with a similar name that I had used previously. I am looking forward to using Junk King’s services again in a couple of weeks to pick up a couple of larger items…that’s how good my experience was! If you are hesitating at all, don’t, get yourself a dumpster and Junk King‘s services today!
They were able to accommodate same day estimate and removal. Very reasonably priced, for the amount of stuff we had...old christmas trees, heavy workout equipment, furniture, etc. almost filled up their truck. I completed a request to remove old decking and doors on line. It was easy, with a quick response. They were out the next day. I got the cost within minutes of their arrival and the price was great. Much less than other removal companies. Highly recommend.
I wanted to take a minute to share how incredibly satisfied and impressed we were with Junk Kings of Fairfax. First, they were EXTREMELY responsive. We reached out Friday morning and had a dumpster in our driveway by Saturday morning. The driver who dropped off the dumpster was incredibly courteous and professional. He described in detail exactly what we could put in the dumpster and the best way to maximize what we could fit in. The value is beyond compare. We shopped around and Junk Kings was by far the most cost competitive. In short, they delivered exactly what they promised. Super good experience! We were moving out of our house and needed a big container for 3 days. I booked it online, they dropped it off exactly when they said they would, and it was no problem that I wasn’t home. I simply told them over the phone where to leave it. 3 days later it was hauled away in the morning when I was still sleeping. Perfect. Would use them again for my next move.
Junk King Fairfax was great! I set up the appointment Sunday & they were here Monday afternoon. The pricing was fair & well worth it. Anthony was polite, helpful, and responsive. They made my everyday headache about junk in my house go away and now I feel so much better. Could not have asked for a better experience or price.
5 star experience from start to finish! Don’t waste your time with anyone else! Other competitors charge $150 per couch and $150 per mattress. Junk King has a flat fee of $298 as long as it’s not overflowing too much.
This weekend I filled up one dump truck and had to get a second one the same day. They came with another one in less than two hours. Customer service is really efficient the and driver was awesome. When I saw a 4.9 average review rating it caught my attention. But they deserve it all. Who ever owns this you guys are amazing.
My family was assisting my elderly parents in cleaning up their home. I received a call from my son requesting for me to secure a dumpster within the next 36-hours! I thought that this would not be enough time to reserve a dumpster.
Fortunately, I was wrong. I reserved a self-service dumpster late that night and left a few questions in their chat. I received a phone call from a representative the following morning and had all of my questions answered. The morning after that (which was the day I requested the dumpster) Barren (the driver) informed me that he would be at the location in 45 minutes. Forty-five minutes later he was there!
Due to the winter weather during the second day of the rental, my family and I were unable to get much use of the dumpster and Junk King was closed on Sundays. I took a gamble and requested a 1-day extension by responding to their Sunday reminder notification that the dumpster would get picked up the next morning. To my surprise, I received a text back that my request was doable along with the costs! Tuesday morning, Barren returned to retrieve the dumpster!
This was a very good experience! I really did not expect to receive a response to a remainder notifications, especially on Sunday. And since I assumed that the notification was computer generated, I expected no one to contact me until the next day (which is the day the 3-day rental ended).
I would like also to add that Barren is a friendly and professional representative of Junk King! He seemed to enjoy his job of helping people! Yes indeed, members of my family will definitely return to Junk King for our future projects.
Quality service at a fair price. This was the third time renting a self-service Junk King dumpster. This one was filled with timbers from an old retaining wall. Highly recommended their services.
