Generally nice, friendly, and helpful folks in the trailer and on the equipment. They have patience for newcomers or folks who don’t come in on a regular basis. Very efficient and organized, in and out in less than 20 minutes

If I could give no stars I would, but you have to give at least one! My visit there today was a total disaster!! First the man was grumpy and mumbling and when I asked him what he said I was told “I told you once and I won’t tell you again”. Two other folks were more pleasant, but all in all, I will find another place to go. The website says you are treated with a smile, but that was not the case at all!!
PLENTY OF OTHER PLACES THAT YOU CAN GO TO GET YOUR METAL SCRAPPED. I JUST HAD A DUDE ANSWER THE PHONE AND KEPT HANGING UP. THIS HAPPENED ABOUT TEN TIMES. SOUNDS LIKE THEY DON'T WANT THE BUSINESS.
I promise guys their good reviews are from employees. Look at the profile pics and see their workers they the same people. Anyone in their right mind would run from this place. They pay super low prices for any copper or metal to get rich off of you. Be careful people.
Beware!! They rude as can be and steal peoples money in your face with you consent! Go to potomac metals and get your moneys worth of stuff or even RRT the drive is worth it! They paid $50 for almost 200lbs if you know your info you know they are stealing money. They use cheap excuses that a strand of metal is in the copper but whoever knows and has peeled copper knows that any copper comes with that strand of thin metal. On top of stealing money from you they are rudee as can be.
Was told a price on the phone and given a completely different price for my scrap aluminum.. had almost 1.5 tons of aluminum and they gave me .20 less per pound. Then was told by Ron (who is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever met) that it wasn’t his problem.. don’t waste your time here. They are crooked and unprofessional.
Every person who helps sort the copper are rude and worthless. They just stand there with their hands in their pockets and mumble about you under their breath. They don't know what professionalism even if it came up and bit them in the butt
We had a bad experience a Davids today. Mr Ritikowski who was working in aluminium was very rude. He was on his phone, face timing on a personal call while we waited for him to attend to us. We stood there for almost 10 minutes while he carried on with his personal call. Eventually, he told us to get back on the scale to be weighed and because he was so preoccupied with himself, he did not give us the proper information so we ended up on the wrong scale. He rudely rebuked us. I believe we should have been paid much more than we got because he withheld the weight of some of the items we brought. I will look for another scrap metal yard instead of Davids next time.
