I drove 140mi to purchase my vehicle from this dealership.It had a few issues i bought up before purchasing it& they agreed to make the repairs i requested. They kept my vehicle for 10 days! They still didn’t complete the job ! I had to keep calling asking for updates, then i when go pick it up i was told they didn’t do they alignment! The manger Isreal told me if i get the alignment done send him the receipt & he will reimburse me. That was in late July & i still haven’t received my reimbursement!! Update, On October 6 i posted a review giving this establishment a 1 star. As you can see they asked me to contact them about this matter & i did. On October 7 i spoke with the owner Mike & he sent my reimbursement check i had to wait for over 2 months for. He was apologetic about it & wish he knew about it earlier. I decided to give this establishment a 3 star rating.
Yesterday we bought a car from DARCARS Pre-Owned Fairfax. Israel is a pleasure to work with so be sure to ask for him! The reason I cannot give this dealership 5 stars is because I am comparing it to the service I received at DARCARS Volvo (which is next door and has impeccable service). My main complaint is that the whole transaction took an excessive amount of time. I do understand that it was partially was due to a new salesperson being trained however it took us several hours. Overall, it was a good experience. I would consider buying another car from this dealership.

I bought a 2014 Toyota Highlander clean as a whip from Darcars Auto Outlet. Best part is it only had 72K miles on it. I live in Maryland and this Darcars is in VA which mean I had to get a MD Inspection which I did and it failed for (Two Reasons). I was very upset.
Moreover, mind you, I paid cash for the car & overpaid for the car by $1072 with a certified check because I decided to pay my own tags, taxes, and title to save me a hour long trip back to VA for my tags. I was told I would receive my reimbursement check in the mail which would come with the title. Got the title, but no check and I now have a car that would not pass MD Inspection.
Man, I'm really angry now telling Darcars,
that's the reason I don't like Mom & Pop
side of the road car lots because I've had problems in the past. I must say Lalin
the Sales Manager, took very good care of me. He had me return the vehicle and Mem the mechanic fixed my car while I waited about 45 minutes and I received my check the day before I took the vehicle back. Lalin took great care of me
and I'm very happy. Now that's how you keep customers. I can't forget to mention
the vehicle I bought had a dented rear
bumper and Lalin had the rear bumper replaced before I purchased the vehicle.
My salesman Ty was cool as well. My son purchased his truck from Darcars Outlet Fairfax, VA and now I've purchased a car from them as well. I think Darcars Auto Outlet is now our family used car stop & shop dealer from now on!!!
Went in to look at a used BMW convertible. Israel had it ready to go and had me out for a test drive right away! Came back and we were able to work out a deal with him and Lalin the manager for my trade in and love the car. Very much appreciated the smooth process because car shopping is not something I generally like to do:). Now my wife says she now has her dream car and I will tell my friends about Israel and Lalin when they are in the market.
I came here for a 2016 CR-V EX-L. Spoke with business manager Lalin on the phone and when I arrived a product specialist was waiting for me to show me the vehicle. Israel was honest and knowledgeable on the features and allowed me space to check it out without hovering. We took a test drive and I could explore all of the features and really test out the vehicle. He worked with me afterwards to settle on a price and deal that worked for my budget and I left same day with my CR-V! I left very satisfied with my experience and Israel’s help.

I'd been in the market for a newer (2018+) Jeep Wrangler for several weeks but hadn't quite found one with low (under 50k) miles, no accidents and a reasonable price...
...until I found this beauty at DARCARS Pre-Owned Fairfax! The ENTIRE experience from inquiry to purchase was absolutely fantastic and positive. The sales/service building has clean restrooms and coffee in the waiting area as well.
Rafee, the Sales Manager, is so incredibly friendly and charismatic, but also easy to engage with during the buying process (which can easily become uncomfortable when discussing money), and he made the process comfortable and with no odd tactics or back-and-forth negotiation. Plus, Rafee opened the Service bay for us so we could really look at the vehicle and my boyfriend, a lifelong career mechanic, could complete a thorough inspection of the vehicle. This was appreciated so we could see what things may need to be addressed. He was a pleasure to interact with from my first phone conversation days ago to the end of purchase.
Jon, our Salesperson, walked us through the Jeep's features and specifics, provided the Carfax report and handled my buyer information throughout the process. He checked on us often as we inspected the vehicle and answered any questions. Jon's been with DARCARS for many years and genuinely enjoys his role, he even retired and then came back to work some more!
Kenny, the Finance Manager, handled all the payment and buying process (I financed a small portion with my Credit Union and put a sizeable amount down), and he was such a pleasure to interact with. Kenny chatted with us about our lives, vehicles and made the paperwork process easy and quick while still making sure we knew what each form was being completed. We could joke with him and ask questions at the same time, it was a very pleasant experience.
