Great place! There’s a lot going on, so it can feel a bit overwhelming your first time, but the staff is very helpful and will guide you in the right direction. We dropped off ceiling fans, some metal bars, and windows for $20. They also offer free mulch, which is nice.

Excellent. Orderly. Cheaper than PW Manassas. I observed it gets busy towards 4pm when many contractors go to dump their days job waste.

My first experience. I had to get rid of a car bumper that my trash service would not take. Seemed like a long line to get in, but moves quick. Stay far right for residential line. The attendant asks what you have to dump and then charges $10. Drive around and another attendant told me which bay to pull into to dump it. Easy.

My family often comes here to drop off trash during spring cleaning season. A small tip: pack your trash into large bags, because they charge based on the number of bags. Last time, I used small bins, and after about 8 bins, it cost me $23 — not very economical. They also offer free mulch here, which is a nice bonus! Went here for weight tickets for a military move. Free and super easy. The person in the booth was very friendly and instructed me to go directly to the “exit” scale rather than wait in line at the “entry” scale.

Very easy and convenient, residents are charged $10. If you are not in a large truck (u-haul), residents can go through the residents only booth/line which is much shorter and to the right.

I was so scared to come here after reading some reviews. But I came in with a bunch of electronics, and the staff was perfectly pleasant and helpful. There is not a ton of signage, but I would say this place is very well organized. Went mid-week afternoon and no line to get in. Went Friday morning first thing and there was a long line!

A bit overwhelming the first trip. But once you understand the layout and how to organize your trash / recycle items, it’s very easy and efficient to get in and out. Staff very helpful to get you pointed in right direction.

We go there to drop off compost if we miss the farmers market drop off time near us. Easy process at least for compost drop off! The staff we have interacted with a few times have always been friendly. My toddler loves seeing all the trucks coming and going, which is an added bonus! I only wish the hours were a little later into the evening on weekdays.

We brought some trash in a trailer after our community cleanup, Kamar who's shift ended as we pulled up but stayed and went over and above the call of duty to help me and my daughter. His sunny outlook and friendly personality made a lasting impression on us. Kamar's job is physically taxing-standing for hours on end in 90 degrees heat, yet he works with a smile helping others.

Great place for hazardous household waste such as propane tanks, light bulbs, and batteries. It’s sort of like a drive-thru with staff present to hand your items to and make sure they end up properly disposed of. I recommend going on a Sunday because there wasn’t much commercial or municipal activity. Really cool to see where all our trash (temporarily) ends up.

Came here for the first time yesterday with a LOT of trash from a kitchen demolition. I was a bit concerned as I had no idea what to do and saw some negative reviews. I have to say, the three people I interacted with in order to use the weight station and dump my trash were all nice, helpful and patient. Kudos to them!

It’s a waste transfer station and it gets the job done. The navigation system is very confusing - there are a ton of lines when you enter the facility, so just stay calm, drive slow, and read the signs. During weekends and times around holidays it gets a bit backed up while people are doing spring cleaning. Generally pretty well run and with friendly staff, though.

Staff was courteous and helpful! Got rid of tar shingles and dropped off 15 gallons of paint in a jiffy.
