Sean was absolutely amazing! I had all four of my tires stolen and was struggling to get my car towed to the dealership. Despite the difficult situation, Sean handled it without any hesitation, even though the car had no wheels. He communicated clearly, was honest throughout the process, and made everything so much easier. I truly appreciate his professionalism and excellent service.
Answered the phone actually unlike some towing places, very quick response time for pick up and delivery, professional, definitely fairly priced unlike most tow companies around the area. Not going to mention any other names that rip you off like no other ... Willow Springs cough cough . Not only for my person vehicles but also my landscaping heavy duty diesel trucks, dump trucks with trailer attached etc. Nothing Sean can't handle and I've got him in speed dial going forward.

Needed a tow to get a car unstuck. Sean at Performance Towing was able to come to our help quickly. He assessed the situation and was able to lift the vehicle up and off an obstruction and safely back onto solid ground with precision. I had gotten off a call with Geico to get emergency roadside service to perform a flat tire change for me, and they said they won’t get to me until nearly 50 minutes later. I was pulled over on the highway and just waiting, until Sean saw me and pulled over without question.
He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and performed the spare tire change for me at no cost after seeing how distressed I was. He filled up the tire up to the right pressure too with no hesitation and was amazing. All this occurred within the span of 5-10 minutes and I made it home 40 minutes earlier I highly recommend Sean for any roadside services!!
Zack is AWESOME! Let me start by just saying that clearly. First, he gave me an ETA, which was quick, and he arrived right on time. Second, he showed me something about my car that I didn't know (how to put my RWD car in neutral directly from the gear box). Third, he towed my vehicle safely & securely to our hotel. And, fourth, but certainly not least, he was just a pleasant person. That last bit may not matter to some, but it matters to me. If I'm ever in the area and I need tow service again (and I sincerely hope I don't lol), Zach @Performance Towing will be my absolute first call! Great customer service by owner Sean Mulroney. Needed a tow to an auto shop that I’ve been working with. I have a boot on my foot from surgery so couldn’t get it there. Sean let me know approximately when he would be at my place which he was and would call before hand which he did. I found Sean to be very knowledgeable about vehicles, as we were talking about my issues. I highly recommend Performance towing, and if needed, will use them again.

Great customer service and fair price!! My car was not be able to start, so we called for towing the car to dealer. Sean came over to my house in a few minutes. He didn’t just pick up the car, but he helped us figure out our car actually has a battery issue. We really recommend this towing company if anyone needs this service.
I don’t even know where to begin, I called them for a service to lift a forklift stuck between a truck and a loading dock. Sean went above and beyond. Sean figured out a way to use his truck so we can push back the forklift. Sean knocked on neighbors to get a rack, Sean waited an hour to help us get the forklift back at the warehouse, Sean unloaded the pallets because he saw we were frustrated and not in a state of mind to think, Sean changed the propane, Sean did a lot. Sean simply reminded us that there is still humanity and people out there that they want to genuinely help and assist. I still cant wrap my head around his niceness

Chris with Performance Towing helped us out by towing our 3500HD Long Bed back to our garage when we lost the alternator. Chris was very professional and courteous. Went the extra mile to make sure the truck made it into the garage bay and not just in front.
Sean was awesome, had no problem locating me on the highway even tho my insurance struggled to understand. He was very professional and kept me informed with what my options were and how we were going to transport the vehicle (05 corvette). He was very careful and had no problem loading the vehicle. He got me to the tire shop and helped me with the payment process when my insurance didn’t want to cover it but I knew I was eligible. Even gave me a short ride a couple miles home from the shop we dropped the car at. Absolutely would recommend this company over any other!

I locked my keys in my car in the Dulles area and was on a time crunch to make it to DC for the national tree lighting. I have an AAA membership but after dealing with their automated system for 15min, they said they’d arrive in an hour.
Sean answered immediately said he would be there in 30min but made it in 25. Had my car unlocked and keys in my hand within a couple minutes. If not for his quick service and great communication, I would have missed the show.

I called Chris with performance Towing. I needed a tow because my car broke down. Chris was very prompt, professional and towed my car in a very reasonable time. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. In regards to future tows I will be using performance towing again.
I can’t say nothing but great things about performance towing. I was broke down on 66 and they showed up and was very professional and wanted to make sure I felt safe. They even went the extra mile and took me home after taking my car to the shop. I will definitely call them again.
