I went to Sutton for some spray to help the boof smell in my car. The best of boys working (Ryan) gave me the perfect suggestion in ozium and helped get that smell out

I second don't go to this place. I bought a $250 battery, the woman who was helping me broke the holder under my hood that hold the bar for the hood. She attempted to replaced it, the guy who was helping the first time broke it as well. I went back a second time for her to replace it, she asked two guys who worked tin the place to help her both of them refused to come outside to help her. I don't want to give a place like that my business. I told her if I were a different shade would they have refused to her help? I am staying out of this location very unprofessional and a lack of team work among and respect for all customers.

I had a check engine light on. Sam Wikel from auto zone. He came out in the freezing cold to check it for me even said he would check my oil. He than printed me out exactly what could be wrong with it. He was so professional and so very helpful. I will do all my business with this shop in Bristow becauseof Sam!! Thank you Sam!!

Came in on one of the coldest windiest days of the year. The team was amazing and the customer service was out of this world. Multiple people came out in the cold to help me with my car including the manager. 11/10 will be back.

I have been a customer to this particular store since they opened and I must say every time I call for parts or come into the establishment I have gotten nothing but excellent customer service. I believe the young gentleman’s names are Marcus and Victor have helped me with the proper parts for my vehicle for this holiday season. Prices were reasonable and the acknowledgment of the parts was astounding.

On October 24, 2025, I came to Auto Zone to buy tail lights and rear wiper blades for my car which did not work. When I came to exchange the parts that did not work for my car there were three associates working, one was assisting a customer, the associate assisting me was new and had no idea how to do a return, but the third associate named Cristian S. was walking around like an idiot and refused to assist the new employee with a return. I informed the supervisor the tail lights didn’t work and it had nothing to do with the plug itself. Service was really poor and the lack of professionalism was the golden standard at this location. This was my second time at this Auto Zone and will definitely be my last. Though this location is really close to my house I will drive the extra mileage for Napa or Advance Auto Parts.

That is a corner of Linton Hall. And subtle demander, those tractor-trailers sitting behind you on the street, it doesn't look good for your environment. You should have those trucks removed

I searched online for a oem fuel pump for my 2000 Toyota Tacoma. Although a little pricey, they had it in stock while many other local stores did not. Nice clean store.

I simply asked if they had a particular type of oil that I need in stock and the store representative refused to look it up in the system and said that I would have to come into the store and look for myself. I could barely understand her English. So I drove all the way to the store. I walked into the store and it was completely empty. I said hello and no one answered so I just walked to the back to start looking for the oil myself. Then she came out of the back eating, two minutes later and asked if I need help I said yes and she didn’t even come to help. They don’t have the oil. She was not helpful at all and didn’t even care to have to give any customer service. Her name is Bushra or Brusha. I won’t be going to this store again until she’s gone.

Do not come here these people are not trained and are super ignorant. I gave a young lady the year make and model of my truck 4 times for an oil filter and she was asking for my license plate and address to figure out the oil filter.

Stopped by late afternoon today, requesting to locate few replacement parts. Cashier immediately stated she’s in training and doesn’t know much. I request manager but she wouldn’t call for one. She called her manager to find out which aisle for one part I needed, I couldn’t find it at the aisle. I then asked for front headlights bulbs, she wasn’t familiar with which kinds after I provided her make/model/year of my car. She still wouldn’t retrieve a manager who would help me. I left after she stated she couldn’t help me. Never returning back to this store. Rule of thumb, before starting a job, know all informations if refusing to request manager.

Cannot say how much we appreciate this store! My battery died in the freezing temps and without hesitation, the associate drove to my car and installed the battery without hesitation. Super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I went in needing a new battery. David was so helpful and so efficient in helping me get that all taken care of. I have one vehicle, so it’s stressful when it doesn’t start reliably. I am really thankful for his help!!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting AutoZone, where I encountered an exceptional employee named Roger. I came in to get my car battery changed, and despite the challenging atmosphere created by his manager, Roger maintained a professional demeanor and provided outstanding service. What stood out the most was Roger's ability to remain calm and courteous despite the rudeness displayed by his manager. It’s not easy to work in such an environment, but Roger's positive attitude and commitment to customer service shone through. He made the experience enjoyable, even when it could have been quite stressful.

Tony M, the Parts Sales Manager was AMAZING!!!! We came in on a Sunday with a Check Engine light and a 365 mile drive back home ahead of us. Tony helped us run a diagnostic and found that we had EVAP system leak detected....likely due to a worn out gas cap (and YES, we had noticed the gas cap no longer clicked to close and we couldn't tighten it). Brand new gas cap purchased, and we were in business! Gulshan was also very helpful....we needed a few other things, and she got us fixed up with our other needed supplies. Thanks Tony and Gulshan

Employees training required. They are not able to find parts even though it’s there in the store inventory. Came out to parking lot and ordered online and store pickup. Then the employee could find the parts without any problem. Looks like the particular employee was irresponsible and doesn’t have any aim to make progress in his life by declining to accept his incompetency. He said internet lies. ?

Just had to change out my battery and was very much satisfied with the good quality customer service provided by Tony. He went above and beyond making sure we got the right battery and even went as far as helping us when we had difficulty getting the battery out. He lended a helping hand without hesitation. Overall, great customer care by Tony at the front desk.

This location is a mixed bag. I've had polar opposite experiences depending on which employee is available. My most recent experience was calling to see if they had a part available. The guy was rude over the phone and rudely told me to "just come in" and check it out instead of checking availability on his computer. He was also unwilling to answer any questions. I had the part number... I ended up going to Advanced Auto Parts because they helped me find the part and assured me that it was available before making a 20-minute trip. Way to lose customers over just a minute of conversation.

I recently purchased headlights for my car, intending to install them myself. However, I mistakenly grabbed the high beam instead of the low beam. Despite the manager's involvement with another customer or family member at the time in the parking lot, I expected at least a courteous acknowledgment, which unfortunately did not happen. Realizing my error within five minutes, I promptly returned to the store. Upon explaining my situation and seeking an exchange, the manager's response was disappointingly rude. He condescendingly questioned whether I had "pulled off the product from the shelf with my bare hands", insinuating fault on my part. Despite my explanation and admission of the mistake, his demeanor remained abrasive until I left. I found his lack of professionalism particularly troubling, especially considering the store's new status and the importance of making a positive impression. Although he replaced the product with an opened (possibly damaged or used) low beam at the same price of $42, I left feeling dissatisfied with the experience. Instead of empathizing with my mistake, the manager immediately assumed fault and questioned my integrity. As a woman who took the initiative to replace the product herself, encountering such dismissive behavior was disheartening. I hope for improved treatment in the future, not just for myself but for all customers who deserve respect and courtesy.

My check engine light came on. Ron S. showed me how to use the Diagnostic tool, I used it, came back in, he ran the report and went over it with me. He showed me the issue and the part needed and suggested a fix that was quick, easy and free. In and out in about 5 minutes. He was friendly, helpful and informative. A+ service. Thanks Ron!

Now Open! This new store will save me so much time. There are plenty of parking spots and conveniently located near the Safeway gas station. I'll definitely be visiting this store during the weekends and keep my car clean and running smoothly.
