I’m writing this because of a very unsettling interaction I experienced while at this location. I went for a jump start because my car battery died by the five guys. I walked over there frustrated with my car dying but I'm ok. Well I went to the thurd register when it was several people moving about and the nice lady comes and greets me. Now I've never had a jump from them before I don't know procedures or anything to my own thinking and judgement I thought they'll come with me to jump it. Well she proceed to ask the manager or one of them and he had a quiet but aggressive demeanor towards me might of been a bad day, until he said this "Calm down, don't yell or get loud or angry." Mind you I'm a african american yeahhhh I needed my car started up. So I proceeded to listen then I left to start my car came back and this dude handed me my phone and I.D., mind you he was like here take it get out of my store vibe. I wasn't angry until he tried to GASLIGHT ME into being angry. I'm not returning to the store we can call my story a few things but you lost a customer and I hope others see this. But thanks for the jump.

Worst car parts store in the area in takes a literal hour to purchase anything due to insane lines and slow cashiers . 4 people working with one cash register open- line out the door. Place is disgusting

I've gone here for years and they empower women. When buying windshield wipers they politely ask if I need a tutorial to install it and gave me a high five when I told them a female employee already taught me years ago. When I bought a new battery, Jason educated me on why it died and patiently installed it during freezing temperatures. This store has female shoppers' backs!

Do yourself a big favor and skip shopping here. My visit was an absolute mess from start to finish. It took over 45 minutes just to purchase a simple item because only one person was helping a very long line of customers, despite several other employees being there and ignoring the situation.
When it was finally my turn, the staff member who went to retrieve my item disappeared into the back. I eventually located the item myself, but then had to deal with frustrated customers assuming I was cutting the line while I tried to pay. Here’s a suggestion: assign a cashier to handle self-pickup items instead of wasting everyone’s time.
Overall, this place needs serious management and customer-service improvements. I won’t be returning.Dec 02, 2025 -
Bought some Gorilla glue here. Took it home and it was dried up. Brought it back for a refund and guy at the counter refused me saying it was used. You lost a customer over $10. Not smart.

They did not want to take the product from me, and I bought it 5 minutes ago. They told me that I opened it and it was not open. Their treatment was not good. When I asked them before I bought the paint, they told me it was white, and it is not. They treated me as if I was a homeless person asking for help. I will not recommend this place autozone is so much better

Visited this store for brake pads and rotors. Went in knowing what I wanted and yet was met with such disdain. The woman behind the counter treated me like an idiot. She even added something to my purchase without telling me! When I looked at the receipt and asked her what the addition was, she just said I would need it. Isn't that fraud?? Why not tell me that BEFORE you charge me, and let me decide? I also saw her blow off a simple question from one of her coworkers. She was so rude to him. There's an AutoZone down the street where I have always been treated respectfully. Go there instead!

Multiple bad experiences here. The lines are long and the folks at the register have long winded conversations to the point where a seemly short line can take 20 minutes to ring up. They need more staff.

I’m 100% sure any rating on here that’s not five stars was given before Joanna and her team took over. Joanna is amazing! Her staff is amazing! This has now become my favorite Advance Auto. Truly awesome team of experts here at this location.

Amazing customer service, I went there for just some screws for my license plate and sinve it was my first car, I was unsure which is the right choice . One of the employees Joanna told me I can check it out, she came out of the store walked to my car and checked if the screws fit .. JUST FOR A SCREW. Amazing customer service 10/10

It was very busy and HOT as ever outside, but this crew did a great job. A couple of the customers were kind of rude and impatient but they handled it with class and professionalism. Brian helped me out with my battery purchase and he installed it as well. He was a new to the store but helped me out tremendously. Thank you!

They have a policy that they will not accept any returned electronics so be forewarned. I bought a battery charger here not knowing that the model I bought would not charge a dead battery, which is something they should have informed me when buying. When I tried to return 1 day later, they then informed me they don’t accept returns for electronics if they are still working. Misleading and a bad company policy. Would avoid this location

The what seemed to be all female crew , was amazing in assisting me. The product knowledge and quality the ladies displayed was top notch and the customer service and professionalism as well!

I went to this advanced autoparts today and was helped a great deal by Rodger. I needed new wipers and windshield washer fluid, both of which he helped me pick out and install. Good thing, because I wouldn't have known how. So helpful, this is the place to go if you don't know how to do it yourself.

When my wife told me the wiper blades on her VW Beetle needed replaced last night, I ordered them on their website. My plan was to leverage the stores early morning hours.
I arrived the next morning and found my wipers ready. When I asked if I could have someone swap them out, Johana happily agreed without hesitation. She asked Jennifer, a newer staff member to follow her, so Johana could mentor and provide OJT.
After removing the first wiper, Johana soon realized something wasn't right, and after a few unsuccessful attempts, she returned to the store to troubleshoot the issue. In no time she discovered that though the website showed the wipers are OEM parts, the provided connector pieces were not a match.
Soon, Johana had my purchase refunded, and found the wipers that have the correct aforementioned connector, and promptly ordered the correct wipers. She asked me to return around noon when the replacements would be delivered.
I returned around noon, and Johana immediately showed me the replacements, affixed the correct connector, and promptly swapped out the old blades in two-minutes. Also, the temperatures hovered around freezing!
Johana is a gem, whom displayed professionalism, sage customer service skills, and auto parts knowledge. She troubleshot and resolved the wiper blade issue with poise. Undoubtedly, she seems to be an invaluable team member, and if not a manger, should be considered for greater positions.
Overall, it was an excellent experience today. My wife and I are pleased with the new wipers. Thank you Johana.Feb 08, 2025 -
Unfortunately, I waited 15 minutes to pay for a single shelf Item. Two of the three employees were outside installing batteries, wiper blades and Oil additives to customer vehicles. The store is a pretty big store and should have enough employees to take care of customers. This is not the first time this happens. A Self Checkout would solve this problem. Many other stores are implementing Self checkouts for the convenience of customers.

I just dropped my daughter off at daycare and came back out to my car and my car wouldn’t start. I had my littlest daughter with me and she is two. I was in a panic now because I have the baby and no car. It was clicking when I tried starting so I assumed the battery. I called the company and had them come jump my car. Instead of going to a mechanic, I drove to advanced auto. When I got there, I spoke to a girl named Mary. She was so unbelievably nice. I had the baby in my arms and I told her my story. She came out to my car to test my battery. She told me that it was on the low end. It needed to be replaced soon. She asked me to try to start my car again and it wouldn’t start in the parking lot. She said she would get her Coworker to get his personal card to come around and jump my car. When she came back, she came back with a battery. It was used battery, but she lent it to me. To get me from a to B. Her service was outstanding. Just a really good person all around. She went above and beyond for me. You don’t find many workers like that anymore. Advanced Auto, you are lucky to have this young woman. Thank you Mary!

I purchased a battery on line. The lady working was barely polite and when I asked for help carrying it out (66 year old lady) she said I'm the only one here. I've never been to a store that sells heavy items and does not help customers carry it out. I waited for a nice young man who agreed to carry it out for me, he declined the tip I offered. Bless him!

have a very long wait, zero service Today I also visited here, it’s awful 30 minutes waiting for the cashier, this staff must be completely changed, this is a shame. advance moved to another location, but unfortunately the service has not changed, as you can see there are no cashiers and everyone is waiting…(( Today I was also in this store, unfortunately nothing has changed. There are no cashiers at all, so I had to go to another store.

New store, new location same quality merchandise. Advance Auto Parts moved to a larger store with wide isles, rows and rows of merchandise. If you’re looking for a car battery, car wash or wax, they have you covered. Professional, knowledgeable staff willing to go above and beyond to ensure a happy customer. If you’re a veteran with ID, you’re getting a discount which is huge plus. Check out the newly relocated location, you won’t be disappointed.

The store is not bad. The bad thing is they allow people to repair their car in front of the strong along the street which is make inconvenient to other drivers. Store owner should be considerate to other people who is using the road.

I placed an order for curbside pickup. When I arrived, I called the number, but no one picked up. So I went in the store. I stood by the sign that said "order pickup". The associate, Francis, helped two customers before even acknowledging me. When I told her I was picking up the order I placed earlier, she told me I needed to stand in the back of the line, because everyone was busy helping other people. There was at least eight people in the line. Fortunately, the customers were gentleman enough and more courteous than the staff and let me move to the front of the line. Francis didn't help me, another cashier did. There is NO POINT in having curbside pickup if you can't accommodate your customers! I hated the customer service experience from this store!
