Henry's Wrecker Service JunkYard in Annandale (VA)

I wasn’t going to write a review but the attitude of the driver made me do it. When backing up from my parking space I hit the very far part of the tow truck that was parked with no lights blocking my way of passage. when i stepped out of my car a big guy came to me from a car across the truck in a very intimidating attitude. I’ve asked for his insurance information and he refused to provide it at same time of mocking me and threatening me saying that he works there. It was a retail parking space and he is not an employee of that institution. and forgot to mention that he was with a lady in the car across the truck during “working hours” I wouldn’t hire this company just because of this employee.

A bunch of scammers. I was quoted $285. They tried to charge me $400. I get there and they tell me there’s another $100 for them to take the car off their property to the street because other tow truck company’s are not allowed on their property. However, they left my car on their property and my tow truck company had to go on their property to get it.

Had a car towed because the driver couldn't read a valid posted parking pass (would expire 5 days later), somewhat forgivable??.... however, spent most of the day working to have the car released from Henry's lot. Even the corporate staff on the phone were screaming at me, the lot staff were rude, obnoxious (screaming and demanding money) and difficult to deal with, disrespectful. I have no idea why anyone would want to deal with this company. They took my car illegally. Wouldn't walk out to see the valid pass and said the only way I could get the car back was to pay the money. Fortunately, after having the building property manager weigh in, it was finally released. Henry's knows nothing of customer service, apologies or problem resolution. Sorry I couldn't select zero stars. ZERO STARS!!!!! HORRIBLE, RUDE

No difficulties at all getting roll-back towed. Great service and beautiful well-maintained equipment. Took a while between my call to my roadside service company and them getting on the horn to service companies but once these folks had the call they were great. The driver was careful as well as expedient.

They break your cars they tell you to put in a claim in you call to get in touch with the manager regarding your claim an I could here them pushing buttons directing the call to voicemail in this case I drive a Mercedes Benz c300 sports my emergency parking break was on I’m assuming when it was on the tow truck to get my car down they had to pull the emergency brake but when they pulled the emergency brake the broke the whole piece off the car I was told by an officer to hand over my keys so if they had to drive it they wouldn’t drag it all over the lot so I did after I paid $600 to retrieve my car this is how I found my car

Extremly rude people. Police called this company after the accident. Two days later I had to go this company office for release and send my car to the body shop. This is the first time I was involved in a major accident so I didn't know exactly how it went. Those two ladies at the office are incredibly rude and I got the feeling they insulted me. I will try to avoid this company as much as I can if something happens to my car in the future. I really feel bad google review does not have zero star review.

He was super friendly and very professional. He showed up very quickly and suggested a place to get my tire replaced. I really enjoyed my experience using this company.

Extremely rude people at the front desk. They are very rude to even senior citizens. I went into their falls church location asking about my vehicle and both the bearded white man and the black woman at the front desk acted like completely ignoramus individuals when they were asked simple questions abou the whereabouts of my vehicle. They should not treat their clients like trash.

A complete SCAM! They take advantage of people. $230, after they towed from Diamond Lounge, where the only sign posted is one covers by snow facing the opposite direction. There’s also a side business of people waiting there to charge you $20 to take you their location. We all gotta make a living but damn, organized theft like this. Disgusting.

My daughter got into a crash accident and the police officer called them. I was told from Tuesday to Thursday I have to pay $850. I have been waiting on the phone for 45 minutes and nobody answer the phone. The WORSE customer service, plus they are a thief.

Henry's Wrecker are 100% thieves! There needs to be some form of regulation over the outrageous prices they charge to hold your vehicle for ransom. Had an accident on my motorcycle in the Tysons Corner area, had the terrible misfortune to have a Henry's tow truck show up! After being in the hospital for 3 days, I called the Falls Church location to verify my bike was there so that I could retrieve it. That's when I was told it was going to cost me $958 for them to release to me!! $958 for a flatbed truck to DRAG my bike off the street with a winch onto the flatbed and tow it to the Falls Church location, 10 maybe 12 miles away, at most! I'm almost certain that most of the cosmetic damage was done to my motorcycle by it being dragged on the road by the winch than the accident! This was not my first unpleasant, extremely expensive run-in with Henry's towing either! I'm quite sure that most, if not all of the highly rated reviews here aren't legitimate.

A very disturbing individual tried to my car while the permit was displayed. All my neighbors came out asking him to put my car down. He started cussing everyone even attempting to fight an old man. He attempted to run over one of my neighbors and even tried to hit my car as he was taking off. This kind of individual should not work in this environment. I will make sure to spread this information. No one should use their services.

I am the GM of a restaurant in Mosaic, less than a quarter mile away. I was unloading liquor for the restaurant from the ABC store from a Togo pickup area for the restaurant. The driver waited until i dropped off the first box before swiping my truck with the liquor inside. Then they charged me an “overnight” fee because by the time i got my truck it was 5 min after 6pm. They also work for the Fairfax country. Have some respect for yourselves and your community. I have no respect for anyone that works for these hungry pack of wolves.

This company is an aggressive predator. Our car was towed while at my garage gate with my phone and keys inside. They said we parked at fire lane when we were loading. Our camera captured the Henry guy, and we thought is was a thief so we called the police. The officer told us they heard similar issues, it was probably Henry. Yeah, they are actually famous. This is the first time I got towed, and it happened at home.

Extremely rude and ignorant associates at the front desk and on the phone. Avoid this business at all costs! They do not have the slightest clue about customer relations and they mistreat you. Management needs to do something about retraining the associates at the front desk whom also answer the phone because that is “the face of the company” and it speaks very poorly when uneducated individuals are “running the show.”

This review is not regarding how much they are charging whether they’re close on the weekends even though every day they keep on adding the storage, but this is regarding their customer service at the front desk. The people are rude like anything they don’t know how to talk and how to please the customer they feel like they can do whatever they want and talk as rude as possible.

I’m extremely disappointed with Henry’s Wrecker Towing Service. They towed my car for not displaying the resident parking card, even though I’ve lived here for over two years and have always kept it displayed. Last night, I accidentally forgot to hang it, and they immediately towed my car. It’s frustrating and unfair that they took such drastic action over a simple mistake. This kind of aggressive and unreasonable behavior shows a lack of compassion and understanding for long-term residents. They should be ashamed of themselves, and I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone.

These people towed a car illegally just to rob us of our money. There is no protection the state provides. They can act as they please even as far as to tow cars that have doors wide open from delivering groceries and not safely strapping car on property. ILLEGAL.

Yolanda was very rude on the phone and was no help at all. She continued to yell in the phone and was disrespectful the whole time. They wrongfully picked up my car and when I tried to get it back, they ignored me.

Gerald is a number one person. He is so calm and considerate and his singing is fabulous. Hi is a professional in every sense of the word and very knowledgeable when it comes to towing a coach.

DO NOT LET YOUR VEHICLE GET TOWED TO THIS PLACE‼️I was in an accident in July that resulted in my car being totaled to Henry’s Falls Church location. Of course because I was in a traumatic accident, I didn’t think to or have time to remove things out of my car. I came to recover any items I wanted from my car the next day, less than 24 hours after the accident. I then realized that shoes and clothes were stolen from car! I asked the crew at the front desk about ir, and they were dumb founded and only told me to write a list of what was stolen. I tried many times to get in contact with management and no one answered or responded to my messages. No one followed up with me about the list of stolen items. This place has some shady business going on and it is heartbreaking to go through a traumatic accident and then be robbed!!!

While it took awhile to get the wrecker to come, Jose was great at carefully handling my son's car. It was especially nice since the car is old!

I locked my keys inside my car, and was given a 45-75 minute eta. They showed up in maybe 30 minutes after receiving a call from the company. (This was between 6-7 am) Called me when they got there, I went outside. They got me into my car in not even two minutes!

Predatory tow company, I was out delivering flowers, parked behind an Amazon truck, came back, my car was gone, thought it was stolen, Amazon truck was still there, I asked how much it was to get my car back, was quoted less than $150 to get my car back, they added on $20 for fuel for less than six miles, no compassion and will milk you for all you got, car was a 2016 Kia, guy I assumed who I talked to first on the phone couldn’t even look me in the eye when I arrived, posted a review from a year ago from this company, hypocrites, as a company that has contracts with Fairfax County, this does not ring well, I saw four cars parked in the same place while waiting for a ride to the tow place, span of 20 minutes, I saw a car whom the occupant left the car unattended for at least 5 minutes, parked in the same place and not get towed
