My tow driver was exceptional. He literally pulled my model y from inside my garage without putting a scratch on my car or my garage. Considering I was not happy with me losing my car for God knows how long the experience with this guy and his witty humor made a tough situation more manageable. Forgive me Sir for not getting your name but thanks for sending me a pic after dropping my car off at the Tesla service center. My husband came back in the house raving about his intelligence and professionalism! Thus a five star was certainly earned.

I drive for a company in Baltimore and the people here is a lot nicer than they are in Baltimore. I came to get my uncles car at 11pm the woman was very respectful yes it was a little high on the price but it's a set price so can't complain. Because in Maryland you can't pick up a car that the police towed unless it's during business hours. So yeah I'm happy with the services here and the woman being respectful and understanding was the best part

A very disturbing individual tried to my car while the permit was displayed. All my neighbors came out asking him to put my car down. He started cussing everyone even attempting to fight an old man. He attempted to run over one of my neighbors and even tried to hit my car as he was taking off. This kind of individual should not work in this environment. I will make sure to spread this information. No one should use their services.

Looking at the comments and experiencing the way the owner drives on the road (with what looks like kids in the car...also maybe the owner maybe not), this makes sense. If you're gonna be a mongrel while driving, I'd recommend not having your company all over your truck.

Got my car towed by Henry ‘s towing while visiting someone in the apartment complex. Was parked in an unmarked space(non reserved). Came out at 9 p.m to go home only to find out my car wasn’t there. The reason being is no visitors pass displayed. If I’m a guest how am i supposed to know that and i wasn’t parked there overnight. At the end of the day I feel like I was robbed 200 dollars for parking plus a ride to the tow yard. To me is a money grab plain and simple. In respect I will say that staff responded quickly and very fast i recovered my car. In my 16 years of driving never had my car towed, till Henry’s towing decided to make some easy quick money. The apartment/condo complexes who tolerate this kind of behavior and let this guys tow cars in the middle of day for no reason should be ashamed of themselves.

Negative 5 stars. My semi truck and trailer got towed. I called the office to get an invoice and they couldn't manage to provide that to me. When you call their office they just bounced you around until they hang up. Extremely rude people and very unprofessional. They are running a kindergarten not a business this place is a joke. Outrages prices. On top of everything they damaged my equipment while they towed it back to their yard. DO NOT USE THEM.

Wow!!! Was told the ETA would be 45 minutes to an hour but he arrived at just about 30 minutes and as soon as I went to meet him by my company vehicle he already had it jumped and was ready to leave. Great service!!

Michael from Road Runner Wrecker went above and beyond to help me with my original request to tow my Tesla Model X due to a nail in the rear passenger tire. He was so kind to help me jump my back up car not once but three times to get me mobile again. He’s a saint and I appreciate his willingness to help me!

Negative stars. My car overheated on the GW Parkway and I called AAA for a tow. These guys just showed up and I assumed they were AAA. After loading my car on the truck the driver showed me a bill for $575 to tow it 7 miles. I replied I’m with AAA and there is no charge. He said he’s not AAA. I asked him to remove my car from the truck. He refused. He got his “manager” on the phone who was rude, unprofessional and informed me that they would not remove my car from the truck, that I had two options - pay $575 to tow it or pay $575 plus $130 impound fee per day. I had zero choice but to pay for the tow, which was 7 miles. As we passed the wreck on the highway the driver asked a cop if he was waiting for Henry’s to which the cop replied yes, to pick up a wrecked vehicle. These clowns trolled my vehicle and held a gun to my head to pay them. Absolutely appalling. I would NEVER use this company or recommend it to anyone who doesn’t want to get screwed.

Henry’s Wrecker Service arrived within 30 minutes of my call to USAA. Within eight minutes my car door was open and I was able to get back into my Sunday worship service. Much appreciated and well done!

Fast response time, but the service guy came to replace one tire but ended up being two he took the air hose off for the tire air system and lost it and tried to say that it wasn't on before he started I told him it was because he asked me if he needed to put it back on after he was done I said yes please. The tire disposal fee was $50 a tire, which is too high when others charge a lot less

James with Road Runner did an excellent job explaining what would be involved in preparing our Tiffin Allegro Red 38QBA towing. He was courteous and very knowledgeable on towing diesel pushers. Our location and traffic accident that shut down both directions of traffic made the response time longer. His professional attitude and friendly demeanor overshadowed the time. I would recommend Road Runner Wrecker Service in your time of need.

Had a quick response from them, just that the tire was not where my car manufacturer told them it was. Very professional, and its good to see people like that in that business. I already had an experience with a very dishonest towing company.

Road Runner Wrecker was great to work with. They confirmed my request immediately after my call. The driver, Jose was very nice and helpful.

The worst, rudest business. They wanted me to come in person with my license after I was in a serious accident in order to allow the insurance company to come and inspect my car. When I explained that I have been injured and could not come in person, they requested a notarized letter and the person I spoke to could not be ruder or less sympathetic. If the town was not towing cars here, there is no way these guys would ever remain in business.

Driver was highly skilled (dealing with a dead Prius) working in the dark. He was timely, efficient, and professional. Price was fair. A good experience.

They towed my vehicle off of a Walmart parking lot that I was working night shift at came out to find my rental car gone. Show up later that day to get my rental car and they charged me $185 then get off the lot to find out that the person who towed the car drove the tow truck into the car and damaged the front bumper/radiator rendering it inoperable. This was a rental car and the wrecker service (emphasis on wrecker) acknowledged the damage caused but didn't return calls not make any attempt to fix the situation they caused. Even the dispatch lady seemed surprised that we weren't informed of the damage when we picked it up. We have since called multiple times to have this fixed and them take responsibility only to be put on hold or sent to a answering machine and then to never have them call back. It's a rental I have to return in this condition seriously. This place is shady and unless they steal your car and ransom it back to you (unavoidable sometimes) I'd avoid voluntarily using them for anything!!!!!! Beware - they are as bad as their reviews claim. Check out the photos I posted of the red Hyundai Accent.

This company is proof that you don't have to do trespass towing to be predatory. They are authorized, so they are extortionists but it's not their main business model.

This company is a prime example of a monopoly whose only goal is to get money at any cost. They lied to me multiple times and failed to honor a towing contract where the person who was parked in an "OWNED" covered spot had been warned not to park there and kindly had been allowed to move his car the previous day (his GF lived there and he had been parking there for a while after stalking the spot that was empty while moving). The tow truck literally arrived after the movers and everyone had just left at least 6 hours later than promised the next day when of course the same bo_ty call was there parked in the "OWNED" spot once again! The driver had no idea what he was doing and had to put the car back on many times. Probably had some kind of agreement with the person and was trying to put their car back since that person has been parking in multiple spots I can promise his side h_ does not own. The company had also made sure to state that if the person caught the car it could not be towed...interesting that was brought to my attention and they took forever when about 10 years ago I was towed in under a minute before the rules were changed for "OWNED" spots. I would advise everyone to submit an FTC complaint against this company. Here is mine for everything the FTC stands for: Fraud, Waste, Abuse, and Mismanagement! One of the most unethical companies in all of cooperate America! Never lie and condescend to someone who is in the right or see what a real American does! Here is your FTC report# 171995448!

I know it sucks to get towed, I've been towed twice at two different condos by different towing companies (my fault - forgot to put up the hang tag). Now I have an assigned space where I live and don't have to worry about a hang tag... except, idiots keep parking in my space! Big white permit numbers label the space, HELLOO! Fairfax Henry's thank you for towing that dummy. I am smiling big right now. The lady taking my call was super nice and the driver was efficient.
