Got one of our machines stuck call them in about 10 minutes they where out there and within 30 we where on our way home great customer service and highly recommend them very helpful
Roughly 5 to 10 miles outside of Tappahannock will not come to the other side of Tappahannock to tow because they don’t service that area. But advertise on the radio will come anywhere doesn’t make sense.
One Call is always our first call. I work for a local construction material delivery company and whether it's a breakdown or a piece of equipment stuck in the mud, Mike and his crew are always ready to come save us. Heavy-duty, light-duty, employee's personal vehicles, they can tow it all. One Call also has very knowledgeable diesel mechanics on their Road Service team that can help in a pinch. If you're stranded out on rt. 360 or the surrounding area, give him a call, he'll get you where you need to go.
Unfortunately, I had truck issues while in the parking lot of my job. I called One Call and they brought it to my house. I won’t ever use another towing company. Highly recommend.

The owner of this company is nothing but amazing! She was at my house with in 20 minutes. Helped me with my 11 month old! I’m so amazingly appreciative of her. I was supposed to be going to pick up my daughters birthday cake & went outside to a flat tire in disbelief that this is happening to me when i literally have to walk out the door! The hospitality, sympathy & love she showed was impeccable! Totally recommend!! Thank you so much One Call!!!!
We called One Call Towing and recovery, to see if they would assist in relocating a gazebo. One Call was happy to do the move, they had extremely reasonable pricing compared to actual building moving companies. When they showed up on, there was no time wasting, got down to business and respectful of property, and where we wanted the gazebo placed. I would not hesitate to give One Call Towing a call for any of their services.

Do not call , I was given a quote, when it became to late to call anyone else . I was told 100$ more then agreed upon. They where provided address in advance . Then the dispatcher sent a text not a call a text “I apologize. I have cancelled the tow. It would be way cheaper for you to just drive the car. “. Unbelievable of course it would be cheaper . But I need it towed . Caution many other reputable companies.
Had them tow my boat. Dude that came out was pleasant but they wanted to charge me 225 but i talked him down to 200. This was for a 4 mile tow. Waaaay too expensive, will not be using them in the future.
Christmas miracle, answered prayer, saved Christmas are a few things I can say about this husband and wife team. Fast, professional and safe are A few more things I can say from my personal experience. These guys went way over and above what was expected one cold late night in Tappahannock. Radiator in my suburban had busted and I was stuck miles from home in our only family vehicle. I am a father of five Like a lot of folks this has been a tough year. I was desperate and feeling quit hopeless. Not only did they answer my call and come right away but the driver owner told me back to his shop to take a look at the problem. For that alone I was amazed and partially in shock. Then this big burly guardian angel pulled a radiator out a suburban that he had on his lot and replaced my busted one. I feel terrible but I don’t remember his name but if I live to be 100 I’ll never forget him and his wife and what they did for me and my family. As soon as possible I’m going to hunt them down and repay this kindness in anyway that I can. So yes I recommend one call Towing for anything that you might need. God bless you and have a good day
They are so awesome. They are punctual and very friendly. And they are very family oriented people. Their trucks have the latest state of the art equipment and the prettiest colors. I recommend everyone call them for their towing needs
