I had a terrible starting week, I thought it would get worst calling a tow company. But, they were the bright spot of my day.
I spoke to Ray and told him I was broke down at Walmart and had a empty trailer attached to the vehicle. He gave me a very fair price and was able to pick up the vehicle and trailer from Walmart & bring it back to my place in a couple hours from calling.

When calling and asking questions I would never expect for a Lady to use such foul language. Calling people names like “retarded” I hope this company finds this employee and makes things right. Awful customer service.
Called Ray on a Sunday to see if he could tow vehicle from my house into the dealership for an early Monday appointment. He gave me a firm and fair quote for the job and was at the pickup within a hour. Ray was very careful getting into my driveway without running on any of my neighbors lawns. My car wouldn't start yesterday after picking up dinner and our family mechanic couldn't make it out to the car for another day. So I called for a tow and chose this company based on the reviews. I must say it was money well spent! Very friendly, professional, patient, and helpful. I've never called for a tow before so I was stumbling and fumbling over everything. Despite that, he got my car home safely and the quote was more than fair. I am definitely keeping this number on standby for future needs and I highly recommend them.
Ray the tower was kind and courteous. He came to tow very quickly. It was sooner that what he told me it would be. He towed my truck to a transmission shop without my help and made the drop off seamless. Ray also kept me posted on everything he was doing thru text. This world could use more people like Ray.
Ray was very professional and a pleasant guy to deal with. My Subaru STI broke down late in the evening and he showed up with his rollback in a timely manner. He took extra care with it and used some blocking to get it on the bed due to it being lower than factory height. I will absolutely do business with him again!

As a business executive, I solicited River City Towing for their services to assist my place of employment with towing services. After having a vehicle towed and identifying approximately one month later that the towed vehicle belonged to someone affiliated with my business, I reached out to the owner to discuss the fees that had accrued, to include the towing charge, in addition to a $50 per day storage charge for a total of 38 days. I explained the misunderstanding and that as the business that had requested the tow, being that it was done in error, would he be willing to cut the costs, as this was now a facility expense, he said no, that he had already reduced the cost by $200.00. I asked numerous times in an effort to come to some sort of middle ground with the understanding that it was an honest mistake and that I wanted to continue the vendor relationship, and he continued to say no, that's all he could do. He was unwilling to reduce or eliminate the daily storage fee, which attributed to the bulk of the charges due, which totaled $2,200.00. I am saddened, as a business executive that this gentleman and River City Towing were unable to reduce these charges with respect to a misunderstanding in an effort to maintain a new business/vendor relationship. Ultimately, the company was due the charges owed, I just believe the owner/company could have met me somewhere in the middle with respect to the total balance deemed to be owed.
The service provided by River City Towing was excellent. Mr. Hattar arrived to my location on time and is very professional. He treated me well and ensured that my vehicle arrived to its destination. Verification was sent to me via text w/pictures to confirm drop off. This provided peace of mind as it was late at night. I recommend River City Towing to anyone needing vehicle recovery.

Ray towed my vehicle quickly and professionally on a very cold night after it broke down. He took pictures of my car to show me where it was dropped off at the repair shop along with picture of drop off ticket that was submitted in repair shop overnight lock box. Other tow companies were going to take over 2 hrs . He was there within 30 minutes! Great service and excellent customer service !
My daughter had a very scary experience. While driving her tire completely flew off. I called RC Towing at 11:30PM on a Sunday night. He first asked to make sure everyone was ok. He was there within his promised timeframe of 30 minutes which is really fast!!! He was polite and explained the entire process. He sent photos once the car was dropped off. It is a terrifying thing to need help in the middle of the night, but Ray helped. A friend was having car issues and while attempting to get the other car moving I started the search for a tow, fully expecting to have to make multiple calls and leave lots of messages. First call, Ray picks up. It is 4am. I'm shocked, but hugely relieved. We ended up limping the other car home and did not need the tow, but knowing that truthfully there really is someone available and with such compassion is a big deal. Will definitely be sharing your information with everyone I can. Thank you for being there!

I needed a tow. The tow truck was there within 30-45 minutes. The driver was very friendly and texted me a picture of my car at the shop where he dropped it off. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends!
Ray took great care of us. He picked up our car from one service station that couldn’t do the work on our car and took it to the dealership for us. We didn’t have to meet him he took care of everything. Will definitely use RCT in the future.
