He was very communicative, prompt and provided great customer service. He helped me out very last minute and was extremely kind throughout my interactions with him. You can tell he’s been doing this for a long time and that he loves what he does. Very pleased with my experience and will be keeping him in mind for any future towing needs.
Chris was fantastic. He was polite and prompt. I was able to drive my car down the road to the Firestone and he followed behind to make sure I made it. He could have towed me the 0.3 miles and charged me, but he didn’t. Highly recommend.
Chris is a hero. Saturday night, after hours, picked up for me anyway. Got to me in an hour. I was off roading, probably 100 yards into the woods stuck in mud on an incline. “If I can get to you, you’re coming out.” Right he was. Gave me a great price too. Thank you Chris!
Chris was awesome! I called late to schedule a tow for the next morning (car wouldn’t start and I needed to take it in for maintenance) and instead he drove over the same night and jumped my car so I could go ahead and drive it over to the service lot. We had not one but TWO cars that stopped running at the same time. Being a automotive dummy I asked him to take both cars to the place down the street to get checked up on . Not only did he get BOTH cars started in less then 10 mins the rate he charged me for his time was fair and totally reasonable. I will ONLY call Pit Road towing from now on!!!!
