My daughter car was stranded and Pit Road Towing was an excellent choice to my surprise dilemma. His honesty and attention made a bad day a little easier to tolerate.
Car broke down on the side of I-95. Needed a tow 2 hours away and they responded quickly. Driver was in contact with me along the way. Contacted when Jeep was picked up and safely dropped off. Saved my day. Greatly appreciated!
He was very communicative, prompt and provided great customer service. He helped me out very last minute and was extremely kind throughout my interactions with him. You can tell he’s been doing this for a long time and that he loves what he does. Very pleased with my experience and will be keeping him in mind for any future towing needs.
Chris was fantastic. He was polite and prompt. I was able to drive my car down the road to the Firestone and he followed behind to make sure I made it. He could have towed me the 0.3 miles and charged me, but he didn’t. Highly recommend.
Chris is a hero. Saturday night, after hours, picked up for me anyway. Got to me in an hour. I was off roading, probably 100 yards into the woods stuck in mud on an incline. “If I can get to you, you’re coming out.” Right he was. Gave me a great price too. Thank you Chris!
Chris was awesome! I called late to schedule a tow for the next morning (car wouldn’t start and I needed to take it in for maintenance) and instead he drove over the same night and jumped my car so I could go ahead and drive it over to the service lot. Very timely, professional, and kind. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for roadside assistance!
Chris, what can I say!? He immediately answered his phone. He made himself available. He was professional and offered an honest quote. You can tell that Chris knows his way around this profession and truly cares. I needed to get a Polaris Slingshot transported about 90 miles. These things sit extremely low to the ground and Chris was very attentive to make sure that he loaded and secured the machine on to his flatbed without issue. He truly treated it as if it were his own. His price did not fluctuate. No funny business. And payment was seamless. A hand shake and a thank you. Keep working hard, sir!
Chris saved my bacon today. Rental equipment stuck in the mud at the bottom of a hill over 100 feet from road access... There was no way it was coming out without some good problem solving and a winch both of which Chris brought. Thanks again man.
Absolutely phenomenal customer service, I went above and beyond to help out I had a vehicle that had broken down months ago that I had been trying to get back up but needed it urgently moved as I myself am moving, Pit Road was amazing, they got my car moved within the day and even offered further assistance with my broken down vehicle they are awesome and more than affordable for all your towing needs. I highly recommend them.
We had not one but TWO cars that stopped running at the same time. Being a automotive dummy I asked him to take both cars to the place down the street to get checked up on . Not only did he get BOTH cars started in less then 10 mins the rate he charged me for his time was fair and totally reasonable. I will ONLY call Pit Road towing from now on!!!!

I think he might mean well but his approach left my wife feeling very uncomfortable. He provided adequate service but I would caution his use. Could simply be a communication issue but not sure that is worth the risk.

Bought a zero turn lawnmower at Home Depot with no way to get it home. Called Pit Road and for a great price and quick delivery the mower was delivered to my house! Great job
I broke down on 288 and called Pit Road towing within 20 mins my car was loaded and on the way to the shop. Chris was quick, and polite! Good prices and great service! Only tow company I will use!
