My car was stuck down a long hill in ice and snow. Chris came right out, I had called for off road recovery / winch out but that wasn't going to work in this situation. He used skill, ingenuity, and grit, and got me out and going again. I think a lot of folks would've just given up. Thank you for the rescue!
Before this past Christmas my best friend and I were traveling back from Florida and our tire pop and we swerved off the road in Virginia. But luckily we didn’t hit any other cars and we were able walk away with just bruises. It was past midnight and we had to grab what we could to go to a hotel near by and leaving our car and everything in it to go to a repair shop in a small town. The next day we decided we wanted to bring our car to Richmond to get repaired but everything we brought down was in it. But our tow truck driver Stephen was so kind and gracious by offering to go to the hotel we were staying in to grab all our stuff from the car. I’m so grateful he went out of his way to help us even when he didn’t need to. Thank you.

Chris is a hero and a true professional. Answered me on the first ring when my car got stuck on a dangerous road during a snow storm. He was prompt in his arrival and did crazy expert maneuvering to get my car out with no damage. He brought a lot of ease to a really stressful day.
Chris is the best! He’s so nice and helpful. My key fob stopped working and I couldn’t start my car and instead of towing me to the dealership, he helped me start my car so I didn’t need to be towed at all. If I ever needed a tow again, I would definitely call him first!
If i could give no stars at all i would, called him on a weekend night and he sounded like he was leaving a bar drunk or something. Came to get the car stumbling out of the truck to hook it up. Wasn’t gentle at all with the car and said “price just went up” because we told him the car was about to hit the truck with how he was loading it onto the bed. Zero professionalism whatsoever. Would not recommend this guy, plenty of way better places to trust.
He showed up at the location exactly on time, towed my vehicle home no problem and gave me some good on advice on next steps I should take with my vehicle. Professional and recommended.

He was very communicative, prompt and provided great customer service. He helped me out very last minute and was extremely kind throughout my interactions with him. You can tell he’s been doing this for a long time and that he loves what he does. Very pleased with my experience and will be keeping him in mind for any future towing needs.
Chris was fantastic. He was polite and prompt. I was able to drive my car down the road to the Firestone and he followed behind to make sure I made it. He could have towed me the 0.3 miles and charged me, but he didn’t. Highly recommend.

Chris was awesome! I called late to schedule a tow for the next morning (car wouldn’t start and I needed to take it in for maintenance) and instead he drove over the same night and jumped my car so I could go ahead and drive it over to the service lot. Chris, what can I say!? He immediately answered his phone. He made himself available. He was professional and offered an honest quote. You can tell that Chris knows his way around this profession and truly cares. I needed to get a Polaris Slingshot transported about 90 miles. These things sit extremely low to the ground and Chris was very attentive to make sure that he loaded and secured the machine on to his flatbed without issue. Chris saved my bacon today. Rental equipment stuck in the mud at the bottom of a hill over 100 feet from road access... There was no way it was coming out without some good problem solving and a winch both of which Chris brought. Thanks again man.
Absolutely phenomenal customer service, I went above and beyond to help out I had a vehicle that had broken down months ago that I had been trying to get back up but needed it urgently moved as I myself am moving, Pit Road was amazing, they got my car moved within the day and even offered further assistance with my broken down vehicle they are awesome and more than affordable for all your towing needs. I highly recommend them.
We had not one but TWO cars that stopped running at the same time. Being a automotive dummy I asked him to take both cars to the place down the street to get checked up on . Not only did he get BOTH cars started in less then 10 mins the rate he charged me for his time was fair and totally reasonable. I will ONLY call Pit Road towing from now on!!!!
