Brandon was exceptionally talented! I was lost with a boat/trailer that I just bought and driving it home when the whole wheel assembly broke off on the interstate. He knew exactly what to do and even without some helpful tools. His knowledge and skilled experience kept my boat from being damaged and prevented any further damage to the trailer. Seriously a nice guy and super helpful through a tough night. I will definitely call him if I’m ever in trouble again. No else would’ve taken that kind of care and patience to get the job done. Was told my car couldn't be worked on due to "being too low and not being able to jack up" even though I've had mechanics work on my car and jack it up a ton but whatever.. was also told I can't even get repairs if I was to go back. Please ask the right questions before you waste your time
Seth was great! He was able to safely pull my vehicle out of a steep incline without further damage to the car. He was friendly, efficient, and arrived earlier than expected!
Phone call was answered right away. Truck driver dispatched within 5 mins, got to me within 10-15 mins of me calling. Super pleasant guy. Really fair price.

Never had tow bill over 450$ at most from Charlottesville to Waynesboro
I just got a tow bill for 700$
700$ is nuts for less than 1 hour half work

We had a company vehicle breakdown late one afternoon in the Faber, VA area. The gentleman (Seth) who answered the phone was professional and promised a pickup right away. The driver (Seth) was excellent and delivered our vehicle to its location safely. They made the breakdown a lot less stressful. We couldn't be happier!!

Not sure what the guys name was. (It might have been Tommy?) Real nice guy and works his ass off. I would 100% recommend this towing company if you are in need of assistance.
We were in town for the weekend. We woke up at our hotel on Labor Day and had a flat tire with no spare. The closest place that was open with a tire the size we needed was an hour and 10 minutes away. Seth showed up within 15 minutes of us calling, drove us the entire way, giving us recommendations the next time we were in town, and just generally being a great guy. Very professional and reasonable price, especially given the holiday

Seth should get a presidential medal for his heroic endeavors for getting us out of the nonsensical mud fields of Nelson county. He immediately dispatched to come save us and pulled us and himself out of a mud ravine. We couldn’t recommend him more.
I called and got a quote from a very nice and helpful lady. Then Cory came and picked up the car within an hour. Great experience, great service, and fair price considering the distance the vehicle was towed.
The starter went out on my husband's pickup leaving myself and my 3 yr old stuck in Charlottesville. Roadside called them for us, and they were amazing. They notified us quickly when there was a delay in getting to us. Brandon was so professional, sweet, and patient even with my needing to install and uninstall my daughter's car seat as we needed to ride with him. He took us all the way to Harrisonburg as well. I would highly recommend them and use them with or without doing so through road side again.
I had the unfortunate experience of having my car die while I was in Cville. It was the weekend and I ended up talking with Shakee! Shakee was great, very kind, and put me at ease. He helped get the car towed back to Crozet. I'll totally call them again!
Responded promptly to my call when I got a U-Haul stuck in my yard and it was too far off the pavement for other tow companies to reach. Came within the hour on a Saturday and got it unstuck and made sure the truck was back on solid (paved) ground before heading off. Excellent service! Highly recommend!
Roadside assistance sent these folks. I had tried to jump my car unsuccessfully, but the driver was able to jump it and confirm that it was charging. I thought it was going to need a tow due to alternator. He was quick and polite. Much appreciated.
Got towed for parking on the street across from my own house on a game day. The guy took 20 minutes to show up and charged an $8.50 credit card fee (I was using a debit card) on a $170 ticket, which was for under a day. Downright predatory.
Top notch business. They answered the phone the first time, late at night, and made great timing. Their driver Shakee was very respectful and knowledgeable. Had the truck hooked up and headed home withing 5 mins. Will defintely recommend and be using them again
This towing service is the bomb! Reasonable price, expedient timing and friendly service courtesy of Shakee. I have a 25 foot tow truck; he did it with no problems. Will wholeheartedly recommend this service to anybody who needs a tow.
I currently have a vehicle there for repair. Everybody has been professional and kind since they picked it up. The only downside so far is that I have to wait until Monday to get my vehicle worked on because the mechanic has caught the vid but that's not their fault other than that little hiccup everything has been great so far. I left a note with the vehicle for the max price I'll pay for labor not including the 250$ tow. The repairs are for all fluids to be changed, gas tank fuel pump and fuel filter to be replaced (I bought them separately from the business). I left on the note I didn't want to pay more than 1000 for labor. I'll post an update when I go to pick the vehicle up!
I called to get a car towed that was parked in my spot, as it is the only place I can park legally on my property. I waited 45 minutes in my car and called again, they told me they didn't know when a tow truck would be able to come in a very rude manner. I waited another 30 minutes to call, no answer, so I called again a couple times to find out they had blocked my number. Unbelievably unprofessional.
I never write reviews but I had to even at this hour because they really came through. Y’all. I have never called for towing outside of my insurance company until now and it was very worth it. I had to leave my car because it got stuck due to snow & they towed it to my house for a great price. They were kind over the phone and the driver Corey did a great job bringing it over thank you guys I didn’t know towing companies could be so nice lol

We have used two other towing companies in the past, but today we used Schulls because no one else could get to us. I never thought the price would be more than double!
I will never use or recommend Schulls. I guess when it's a business, they feel the best thing to do is get as much as possible. Our last tow was from a location close to where Schulls picked up our vehicle today. Our previous tow, the driver from another company had to disconnect the drive shaft and the fee was $140.00. Schulls charged $300.00 to put the truck on a flatbed! This is how you do not get repeat business! My hope is others will not call Schulls.
Schull’s was awesome! I called after getting a flat tire on my way to work. Dispatch said he’d have a driver contact me shortly. Leviticus called within 5 minutes and was at my location in another 5! He took me to University Tire and THEN drove me to work! He definitely went above and beyond!
Car broke down in the middle of 64/called Shull's. They sent a unit my way immediately. James was there within 5-10 mins. After he asked me what the problem was he promptly and kindly directed me into his truck to get warm as it was very cold and raining. Within 5 minutes we were on our way. He was very personable and professional. Arrived at our destination and he stayed until it was clear that the staff there would be able to help me. Overall- for my car deciding to throw a tantrum - the towing service from Shull's couldn't have been better. Thank you, James.
Currently waiting outside for a car that was towed by the city at possibly the worst establishment in Charlottesville. They make Colliers look good. Spoke with a “gentleman” who said that he would meet us outside so we ubered here as my boyfriend has a show to play which he expressed and agreed to meet here. Lights are on in the office, called back and someone said “a few more minutes” and still no one is here. Regardless of who you are contracted with, there needs to be a level of professionalism here and there’s not. Also, asked my boyfriend if he was “being smart with him.” Pretty sure normal business owners and workers who work with the public don’t try to engage in conflict with their clients. I will say the guy who was in the office who met us was kind, but the original guy who spoke with us was the worst. This is not a professional establishment and even if we didn’t contract them, we are potential future customers who will likely one day need to pick out a towing company.
I was visiting Charlottesville on a Sunday afternoon on my way back to Delaware. I discovered I had a flat tire at 4 pm with no spare. These guys showed up ten minutes after I called, took me right to the Merchants Tire Service which was soon closing. These guys are THE BEST, they could have charged a lot more since I was in a very dire situation but it was only $50 . Thank you for all that you guys did for me.

My son locked my keys in our van by accident. I had all 3 children, one a baby and my 6 yr old in his wheelchair, and it was really hot. We live an hour away. I called Shulls and they were there and had my van unlocked in 10 minutes. They were extremely nice. I can't even put into words how thankful I am.
