Sold 2005 Prius damaged by collision with deer. Negotiation process easy and straightforward forward. Had difficulty with pick-up scheduling window between 8am and 5pm was too big - difficult to arrange my day around pick-up. It took one reschedule after waiting half a day then, 2 more full days plus 3 phone calls before driver showed up just before 5pm. Driver did not call ahead and said he was not the originally scheduled pick up person.
