Stuck in the Blue Ridge Parkway. Went to Buchcan and Lexington VA. Even Ford would not look at our Ford RV.
Donald and his son and team took us right in and had us back on the road the same day. Thank you.

Don't know about business but far as caring about others property there's a huge lack of. I live behind there and they're always throwing trash in my bins and running over our trash cans. Never a sorry or giving me a new one. Sad thing is I bought new ones and gave them my old ones.

Disappointed!! Zero stars!!! I found myself locked out of my vehicle late at night in the rain. The technician from Grace Towing that AAA sent used a wedge and a metal long reach tool. I inquired about the metal tool causing damage and he told me I had nothing to worry about. He struggled for an hour on both the driver & passenger side, but eventually was successful. The next morning I checked my vehicle and found the rubber seal inside the door was torn, and both the driver/passenger doors & body of my car had paint damage. That morning, I filed a claim with AAA which took several months for them to process. When AAA contacted the owner of Grace Towing and provided pictures of the damage, they denied any responsibility and claimed a number of thing could have caused the damage. I've attached pictures, you decide. AAA left me hanging as they are only responsible for contacting the business that they sent to assist me and claim no responsibility. My insurance deductible is $500 and body shop quotes were well over $1000.

These guys made us feel at home, shared there Pizza while we waited for parts,. Salad on pizza is not pizza. We made the 400 mileshome. Bought new engine monts and bearings.
You found issues and we are here to fix these issues. GOD bless you all and Second Chances made our . We will see you all on our next trips. May GOD bless you all.

Front tire was losing air, wasn't sure why.
Dropped vehicle off at 8am, called around 2, hadn't been looked at, called around 3, they were about to get to it.
I was done at work so walked over, I got there around 330.
They still weren't sure why the front tire was losing air. They Pumped it up, I paid like 10 bucks .
A lil while later, it was still losing air constantly, so I took it to another shop and they said I had something in my tire and patched it right up.

( In answer to question below, I'm not entirely sure what day it was, probably August /Sept. It's been awhile , and I didn't receive any paperwork)

My family and I broke down on the highway 4 hours from home and these guys towed us to their shop and had us back on the road as soon as they were able to get the part we needed.
Thankful for their help! Definitely recommend them.

I genuinely wish I could give Grace Auto 6 stars. In the last month they have helped me with 2 major repairs on my Dodge Journey and they charged very fair prices. Definitely the best auto shop in the area.

On 08/26/23 the worse thing ever happens to me and my family. 3.5 hours away from home. They are the best. They did what no other tow truck person would have done. They came to get the car @3 am. They did the unthinkable I repeat what no other tow truck person would have done… they asked how are we getting off the highway. We told they we were about to walk they said hell no. They took us to a hotel made sure we got checked in. Then they left….

My truck snapped a lower control arm due to prior work not being done correctly. I was also 5hrs away from home and these guys treated me like family. They came out to my truck (on a trial road) to see if it was fixable on location. Then towed it to the shop and worked on it quickly as possible to get me back on the road. unfortunately some parts were not available fast and they kept in touch with me the entire time as i was stuck in a hotel. Once parts arrived my truck was quickly fixed and everyone kinda chipped in working on it at the end. All in all i not only recommend this shop but would defiantly stop in if i am in the area again just to say hi. thank you to everyone at grace auto again!

This Guys are the best, I lost my car Key and I was in a dangerous situation and they helped me right away. I have no words to describe their generosity and outstanding service

My truck down off the Interstate towing a travel trailer the day before 4th of July. These gentlemen looked at my truck and didn’t charge a dime and made the recommendation to tow on to the closest dealer (they were right!). Cleveland towed my RV to the campground with my family, took me to get a rental car (an hour in the opposite direction), and dropped my my truck off at the dealer where it was promptly fixed for a VERY modest charge. These are honest gentlemen in a dishonest age.

A great group of guys. My girlfriend and I were traveling and had a misfire engine code. After checking with two other shops that had no availability and/or short staffing. These guys took us right in. Diagnosed and made the repair. I would definitely use and recommend these guys to anyone.

Cleveland provided exceptional service for us when we broke down on the highway far from home. He was prompt to pick us up, diagnosed the problem, and got us to a repair shop. The best part was that he waited with us until we were picked up. Could not have asked for better or friendlier service.

10/10, great guy. Picked us up off the highway in no time and took us to where we needed. Also waited till we had a ride. Would use and recommend.

These people are awesome! They rescued us in the rain on I 81 South with a dog and cat, too . Helped us find lodging and had us on the road the next day. Super fair pricing and honest, too. An extra shout out to Clevis who worked his butt off to get us all safely off the highway while vehicles sped by him disregarding his flashing lights and the state tropper's. They were are our living angels. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you!

I went there to get my clutch assembly replaced, and an oil change. A few weeks later while getting some other work done at another shop i was told that my oil level was super low, and that it needed to be changed immediately. The guy showed me my stick and how bad it looked. So basically i paid for a service that never happened.

I would highly recommend Grace Automotive, everyone we came into contact with was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We broke down on a hot summer day on I-81 and they came quickly to tow us back to the shop. They were able to identify the problems quickly, make the repairs, and were fair in their pricing.

Not impressed at all!!! I was told they don’t put on used parts and was advised to spend $399 in new parts. Took them forever to get my vehicle and once they had it, it took them over three -four weeks just to look at it. I had to call them constantly to get the bare minimum info and at the end of it all, they told me they couldn’t work on it!! Worst experience I’ve ever had with any mechanic anywhere I’ve lived!!!!

We were in town from out of state and had an emergency, after calling a dozen places this was the only place in the area that would make time for us! Definitely a God send and much appreciated. They were fast, friendly and accurate! Definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! I wish there were more mechanics like this around!

Been going here for about 2.5 years now after I heard then were good honest people. Defiantly true with this place. Christian atmosphere and good people will be found here. Always been timely with us and gave really good advice. Will definitely continue to go here.

Outstanding service!! My family and I got stranded when my truck wouldn’t start and we were towing a camper. The Grace auto team came and towed my truck and camper to their shop. They let us setup our camper so we could have lunch and keep everyone safe during this pandemic. Within 3 hours, they had gotten a new starter and fixed the truck. Price for all of their support was very reasonable. Highly recommend to anyone that needs service in or near the BV area. Huge thanks from me and my family.

Their owners and crew are friendly, honest, and always give me the choice between the best option and the cheapest option. I was traveling from Richmond, VA to Knoxville, TN on a Saturday and noticed my truck was overheating. After pulling over I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get any help seeing as most shops are closed on Saturdays. The guys at Grace not only towed me back to their shop but also took care of my busted water pump on their day off. Josh was super helpful and it meant the world to me to be able to get back on the road the same day so I could get to my family in Knoxville. I was passing through Buena Vista on 08/29 and encountered some vehicle trouble. After an unfriendly denial of service from another repair shop in the area, we found Grace on Google. The owner came out to us in a tow truck, did a check on the spot, and advised us we could make it to his shop without incurring more damage. Two hours later we had a new water pump and thermostat--and a good lunch based on a recommendation taboot. They were beyond kind, for some out-of-towners into their busy schedule, and treated us as friends. We would not have been able to make it back to Ohio the same day if it had not been for Grace's! My wife and I thank you very much!
