Was traveling through Virginia when my car broke down and Fincastle Automative took me in and made me feel at home. They were attentive and actually cared about helping me. I had three more hours of driving, and they gave me a loaner to finish my drive. I couldn’t be more appreciative to have found this place.

Very professional and worked with me to get the service I needed done at a time that worked for me on short notice. The price was very fair and they also completed a thorough inspection of the car for anything that needed to be looked at and sent me the report. Everything they noted in the report was accurate and valid. They offered repairs for the urgent issues but did not pressure me into it as long as I understood what the issues were.

Ran over a nail causing a slow air leak in one tire. After diagnosing the problem the solution from Fincastle Auto was 2 new tires at a cost of $1000 though the original tires were only 1 year old. A second opinion with another shop yielded a tire plug repair for $10. You do the math.

Manager Will is excellent. He explained things completely and was very kind. Their place is the cleanest mechanical shop we’ve ever seen! We also appreciated the loaner vehicle. The mechanics are extremely thorough and gave us a good overview of the work they recommended and potential problems or future repairs that we might need…forewarned is forearmed 👌

Brought my Jeep to this shop in bad shape, needed extensive work on it. Not only did they finish the job in record time but now it rides better then when I brought it to them! I've had it on the road for a few months now, and it's still holding up and riding great! I found my new default mechanic shop. I can't recommend this team enough, this is one very happy customer!

I had a sudden issue that was covered by my manufacturer's warranty, but the dealer couldn't "get me in" for WEEKS. I couldn't afford to wait, so I called Will & Randall. They were able to get my car into the shop & diagnosed in two days. Their diagnosis was exactly correct, even though the dealership initially discounted their findings. The work that they noted was needed & I was able to avoid any additional damage to my powertrain before it was fixed. As soon as my manufacturer's warranty expires, I'll be using Fincastle Automotive exclusively!!

In all of the years that I have ran a nonprofit for veterans, I rarely meet outstanding Americans like these people. I got my state inspection done here today, and it went great. I was able to drop my car off the day before and it was finished before I even woke up. They send you a link with a report of everything and it comes with pictures of any problems. It was great service and I will definitely come back again!

Definitely will be taking my car back when I start needing more done. they are reliable and affordable while they work on your car they give you a loaner car while there working on yours. 10/10

The guys at Fincastle are awesome people. I had some issues as I was driving through town on a long road trip. They were very accommodating of my drop in visit and immediately went above and beyond to help get me back on the road quickly. Can’t thank them enough for their assistance in my time of need!
