Was stranded on the side of the road on 460 in Bedford with 2 flat tires. Called several tow companies with no success. Called Fat Boys towing and they showed up with in 30 minutes. I highly recommend this towing company! They are very professional and provided excellent service!
I am thankful that FatBoys Wrecker Service always shows up. The staff is very courteous and patient. My driver Cory was respectful and listened and helped to get my vehicle where it needed to be. I've had accidents and different things happen, that I have needed towing services various times over 15 years in Roanoke, but every time I need a tow Fat Boys us my first call. I will continue to recommend them, and use them should other events come up.
After I was charged $140 dollars by my insurance for a tow truck that never got dispatched because there were no available trucks & after 5 minutes on the phone with Fat Boys they were also early, easier to deal with and also cheaper!

I waited for 3 hours to get the tow truck to get my car. 3 hours. I got it through geico roadside assistance. The estimate time was 45 minutes in the beginning, 5 minutes before completing the 45 I get a call saying that I’ll have to wait for 45 more minutes. My mistake was not asking to change provider, as after the second 45 minutes I call because nobody came, and they say I’ll have to wait 30 minutes more, guess what I waited 50 more. This company is not professional at all.
Towed my car which was leaking oil badly. Driver was extremely professional ,helpful, and really took care of me and my grandson. I cannot say enough nice things about my experience with this company.
charged me 65$ just to show up to my house and not do anything...he claimed it was because they had to drive from Bedford when its literally 20 min down the road, and to make matters worse the guy starts smoking a cigarette in my garage without asking ? extremely unprofessional.
Came right away when I called. Really nice, polite gentleman. He made sure the car was secure and was very cautious with the car. Very reasonable price. Would recommend and use again.
Overcharged my insurance. Nearly $800.00 for a tow. Hit a deer Saturday night. First thing Monday morning, Fatboyz issued requests to the dmv and our auto lender to snatch the title. We had not even received a bill and our insurance company had not been given a chance to deal with them. Walk, run or leave your vehicle on the side of the road before dealing with this "business".
