If zero stars was an option - this is what I would do. Called for help at 8pm for a tow after hitting something in the road that blew out 2 tires. I have a small child with me. They refused to come out because they were cooking dinner. I’ve been sitting on the side of 460 for hours and cannot get ANYONE to come here. Useless and unprofessional
Also proving my point of being unprofessional by responding the way you did to the review. Especially when the website claims “We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and we provide a reliable and prompt service at all times”. Sure hope you don’t have a medical emergency one day and the EMS workers don’t respond with “sorry I didn’t want to burn my house down to rescue you”. Absolutely rude - so glad I dealt with someone with more grace and professionalism than you and gave someone else my money.

This company is not even in Georgia They are in Bedford, Virginia advertising in Atlanta area. What they do is sub out their work to local guys That means whatever local guy charging they gonna charge a little more
Highly recommend this company! After waiting over an hour for my insurance company to send a tow truck to me I called Bedrock. The phone was answered right away, and I was given a very reasonable price. He was there within 30 minutes and drop my truck off out my house without any issues. If I ever need to a tow again, I'm just calling Bedrock right away.
The tow truck got to me in less than 30 minutes. My car was taken to Walmart Auto Center and we even got a ride there in the tow truck. The driver was professional and courteous. The price was very reasonable.
Can’t remember the fellas name that saved the day this weekend, but he was great. Called around several places, phone battery was low and I was stranded…this guy answered, was more than helpful, and saved me money in the end. Great guy, great company.

Reggie is a fantastic guy. He'd towed for us on several occasions. His pricing is more then fair. He answers whenever I call him an he responds quickly. I'd give him a 10 if I could.

By far the best customer service experience I have ever had! I wish every business operated this well! Reggie was genuine, extremely kind, and knew exactly what he was doing. Reggie came out in one of the worst storms we have had to change my tire. He was very polite and called me several times before he arrived to make sure i was in a safe place.
All I can say is WOW I was at work and had to tow my car, and last time with another company it took HOURS, but guys, this company came in MINUTES! I called around 3:45, and Reggie was there by 4:18!! He also said he would take it where it needed to go and would pass along the information so I wouldn’t have to follow him! SO IMPRESSED! Highly recommend this place, they were professional and kind!
