There is one young man there who is very friendly. Others there don't appear very interested in waiting on a female. New wiper blades, purchased and installed in less than 10 minutes.
Got here at 7:02 and they're closed! Note on the door says scheduling, well get your heads outta your tails and do a better job of scheduling!!!! Only time I have time to go by here is between 7 and 8 on Sunday evening.?
I came to Advance looking for brake pads. After multiple attempts, the employee (Rodney) was unable to find the part. I continued my shopping at Walmart. Moments later, as I was in the back corner of the store, Rodney appeared to tell me he had found my brake pads. Now that's customer service!
I only go here when Napa is closed!! Tried this place again, and don't get me wrong there are a few employees that really go out of there way to help, and then there's the one older man with white hair and white beard thats just doesn't like his job very much. Really rude.
You should probably update your hours online, as I drove 25 minutes to pick up an order I had placed, and your door are locked. The sign on the front of the door says you all close at 5, but when looking your hours up online, it states you close at 8pm.
Went to the store and it was closed an hour and half earlier than it was supposed to be I went at 7:39 pm and the door was locked and it says online they close at 9pm
I had to stop by this Saturday Morning because my check engine light came on. Being a woman, I didn’t know what to do. I walked in, and the older gentleman at the counter asked how he could help me. Without even letting me finish my sentence he grabbed the reader and walked out to my car. He then proceeded to tell me it’s 0304 so a misfire in the engine. He said it could be wiring, a plug, oil leak - I asked him if he could print out the information from the reader or write it down so I can let my husband know. He said he couldn’t. He then just walked back inside. I get it, maybe he wasn’t in the mood to help but dude was rude and very unhelpful.
Expensive parts and poor customer service, just buy from eBay or Napa instead. Get your oil at Walmart, recycle your oil at a local shop. These guys don't deserve our money.
It was absolutely horrible. The guy was really rude to us. We have always always went to advance in our hometown of mount airy NC. But we happen to breakdown in Stewart Va. Unfortunately it ruined us. After the treatment we received today I will never stop foot back in a advance store again.
