Brandon came out fix my 6.7 diesel Ford and I was in a predicament he helped all of us move out of our campground and brought his personal pickup truck to help load and take to our new place this kid was great

I work for a Ministry and we had some guys on the way to Williamsburg VA for a fundraiser, they got a flat tire on the interstate. I called M and M and Brandon was absolutely a blessing. He came and got our guys and took them to a tire shop and then gave them a ride to their hotel. He was nice, professional, understanding, quick and the best price I ever had on a tow. Would highly recommend. Awesome service and quick response from Brandon and Randy. They were really helpful and informative when we noticed some smoke coming out from our vehicle and saved us in a pinch.

Unfortunately, my truck broke down while pulling a camper from PA to TN. Luckily, M&M was able to tow the truck to the RAM dealer and the travel trailer to a local campground (even made special effort to take the canoe to the campground with us). They did it in one trip. On Memorial Day, I traveled with my family of 5 when my engine seized on 81N. Nothing was open, and USAA informed me they could send help in 6 to 7 hours. M&M answered on the third ring, arrived in 30 minutes, took the vehicle to the dealership, transported my family (car seats and all) to the dealership, took us to a hotel, and made sure that we had everything we needed until we could get a rental car to get us back on the road to Delaware. If you want a company that cares, goes the extra mile, and even entertains your kids who spent all day in a car, you must call M&M!

our family of 5 were on our way to maryland from memphis when my car broke down. they arrived in less that 30 minutes and they were so kind. they towed us to a kia dealership and was so patient while we gathered somethings and even dropped us off at a hotel. The customer service was amazing. they truly made a tough situation a lot more manageable.

Excellent service! Was stranded on the interstate with my kids. He went above and beyond to tow our vehicle to the tire shop and drop us off at a hotel. Thank you Brandon(M&M Mobile Mechanic) for helping us late last night. Our car was leaking transmission fluid and it was smoking a bit and we stopped at the closet gas station. Brandon came in 15 minutes and checked the car. He towed our car and took me and my family to a hotel near the dealership and showed us where everything was. I definitely recommend him!! He’ll answer anytime any day.

We had our first breakdown in our RV. Lost power steering, alternator and started to overheat. All on a Sunday afternoon in what seemed to be the middle of nowhere. Got off the road and called travel assistance. They gave us Brandon’s number. He quickly said he agreed with our assessment of a broken serpentine belt and said he could fix it if we could get it towed to the Walmart down the hill. We got it towed and he met us there after he had had to pick up some emergency work in the meantime. He vehemently apologized for the delay but we understood. He was given bad info from a local auto parts store regarding the part number and it took him 3 trips to get the correct belt. He really wanted to see this through and we really appreciate his effort. He was a real life saver and his efforts were greatly appreciated. Thanks again.

My truck wouldn't start and none of the obvious/normal things were busted. He came out, gave me a fair price, was extremely personable and solved my issue and told me what a permanent solution would be. He serves a wide area so a wait may be expected but if you give him the time he needs, he will leave you satisfied.

My car’s engine died on I-81 in the middle of the night, M&M was one of the few companies that would answer and I’m glad they did. I was stuck an hour away from home with my kitten in the car, they responded quickly and were pet-friendly. Wonderful company and I would recommend them to anyone.

Our car broke down and was on the side of the road I81. Three tow truck companies denied our calls. Thank God for M&M Mobile Mechanics owned by Brandon came to the rescue. His service towards us was unexpected over the top. He’s a superb man and company from Virginia we ever known during a crisis. He drove us to the nearest resting stop to use the restroom before heading to the first mechanic shop but they denied us. By the grace of God and the move of God through Brandon he brought us to another location but they’re only open Monday through Friday. He reassured us that they will fix the car. He dropped us off at the hotel Hampton inn. All in All contact Brandon he will tow or fix your car whatever you need. God Bless Brandon his company his family.

Brandon was very helpful. He came to our hotel and fixed our brakes on a Sunday. It was very fairly priced and much appreciated! We were able to continue our trip without disruption.

Brandon is amazing,he saved my car by fixing my husband’s. The serpentine belt on my husband’s car snapped , I called him at 12:30 on a Sunday he had the part put a new belt on by 2:40. Where he was driving from to was like 35 to 40 minutes away, so that was awesome he was so quick. We have two vehicles my husband would’ve had to take mine, I was not having that my husband is rough on things. So Brandon absolutely saved my car by fixing my husband’s, I will highly recommend him to all my friends and family.

We were traveling from TN to NY. Tire failure with 400 miles to go... Pulled into a Pilot fuel station off I81. Cashier recommended Brandon, and we are glad she did! He arrived at the Pilot within 10 minutes, and when we couldn't get the spare detached, he executed plan B: he brought me and my wrecked tire to the local tire shop to get a replacement mounted and balanced, then brought me back to the vehicle, put the new tire on, and we were on our way! And to top it off... Not even a /hint/ of taking advantage of us financially. He deserves YOUR business too.

I called the mechanic on Monday he said he could come to me on Thursday when I called on Thursday and explained who I was he hung up on me. I knew that it was an intentional hang up so I called back and he didn’t answer then sent me this text Update: after leaving a review the owner reached out to me and tried to resolve the issue. The owner then explained that the person I spoke with was a ex employee and that had been fired the owner apologized for his and the ex employees statements and came to my home checked out my vehicle explained the issue and was willing to fix said issue but we declined because we wanted to order the part because it would be cheaper. The price that he wanted to charge me for installing the new part was very reasonable and I did not pay him to take a look at my vehicle but all things considered I think it was fair.

Brandon came to our rescue last Sunday immediately after receiving our call thru Good Sam roadside assistance. He was less than a mile away and diagnosed our failed noisey AC compressor right away that finally locked up so tight that the batteries could not turn the engine over. We tried to get parts on Sunday, but they did not fit. So we had to order from Ford and took 2 days to arrive. Brandon picked up the compressor as soon as the dealer got it and installed it and we were ready to go within a couple hours. His prices are very reasonable and he explains everything in detail patiently. Highly recommend Brandon.
