The Team was so great ! And very accommodating. I spoke with Bobby in the office he was super attentive, Mr. Carlos came and picked up everything I was getting rid of he was super friendly & professional he did a great job . Great service 10/10 .
I called LJF last night and they moved out a 7 ft trampoline and an old rocking horse this morning. Communication was prompt, clear, and complete with confirmation photos once job was done. Will use again in the future.
Great quick pickup to move a big couch out from a 5th floor condo. Flexible scheduling, had same week availability. Was on time! (and didn't propose a "window". they said 9am, and they arrived at 9am!) Very careful moving through doors, hallways, elevators. Flexible when we had to use the service door and not the main door. And, GREAT PRICE, with NO SURPRISE PRICING! They gave me a quote on the phone and stuck to it. There was no, "pay us $200 to show up", and then "pay for the room in the truck, which I won't tell you what it is".
