Awesome. I used my free towing from gieco when I broke down on the side of the road on a 98 degree day. Wife and I are seniors . Ist Superior came and wouldn't tow us because I have a carrier on my suv with a mobility scooter. Next call was to Blairs. They sent Duane. What an awesome young man. He had no problem. He was genuinely concerned for our well-being. He worked quickly and didn't hurt a thing. I'm an amputee and my wife has Copd. When we got to my house he helped carry my groceries to the door to help minimize my loss of perishables. What a great guy. 100 stars for Duane, and 100 stars to Blairs!

My car wouldn't start and needed to get it towed to my local repair shop. I had called a few company's and Blair's seemed to be the most reputable. I called them and said they could have someone out within an hour which seemed reasonable. Nick the driver called me shortly after and informed me he was on his way. He showed up quickly. He safely and effectively winched my car onto his flatbed. He made it look to easy! He allowed me to ride with him to the shop and was very friendly and professional. Nick was an excellent driver and made me feel comfortable handing him the keys to my car . Would definitely use Blair's Towing again. 10/10. Thanks guys!

It is never a good day when your car breaks down, but it makes it a little better when drivers like Nick arrive and safely and efficiently get your car on the truck and to the repair shop. Tesla Recommended this towing company after another one failed to be able to tow my Tesla that was completely dead and with the lack of suspension, the car was almost on the ground. They showed up super fast, problem solved how to get some power to the car, and towed it away to the service center. Very professional, and efficient. Highly recommend them!

My car broke down while I was in the middle of making a food delivery to a customer and I had to call for a tow. I was fortunate enough to have a great tow trucker driver, Ron, to assist me. He was patient and down to earth. Since the truck only seated two people, he called me an Uber to make sure I got home safely. I am forever grateful for his act of kindness. Great service !!!!

We called in for a Roadside assistance tow after our key fob stopped Being recognized by the car. Blair's accepted the call and indicated they would be there within ninety minutes. (The location for pickup is only about four blocks from blair's headquarters.) Waited Patiently for the full ninety minutes and And then called when there was still no sign of Bairs said it would be about another forty five minutes. When I complained they canceled the call without telling me. Called back the roadside assistance team. They had trouble placing the request with another company because Blair's kept accepting it on the computer system (even though they weren't arriving in a tinely manner). They also gave conflicting information on why they were So late telling the roadside assistance company there was police a Activity in the area which was not true And telling me that the toby before me had changed delivery addres From virginia to maryland.

During my recent incident, Nick was the professional who came to my aid. Remarkably, he arrived within an hour, a commendable response time for roadside assistance. Nick demonstrated not only kindness but also an impressive level of knowledge and patience. While I hope to avoid any car troubles in the near future, if such a situation arises, I am confident in seeking roadside assistance from Blair's Towing. Ron was the man! Such a great guy. I had bc 4 other tow companies cancel me. Ron came through with a smile and went above and beyond after I waited 4 hours for someone to show and like I said, 4 other tow companies kept canceling me after waiting hours. Blair’s got there in 45 minutes and Ron was fantastic. What a great dude

Sad to say this is the most pathetic company out there. If they tow you they will make you pay $65 to get your belongings out of your own vehicle. Absolutely disgraceful for a 69 year old lady to deal with unprofessionals like this after an accident. Makes total sense. Robbing old ladies.

Highly recommend this towing company. They clearly have a lot of experience handling high end vehicles, and their trucks and equipment are top notch. The driver (who's name we forgot, sorry!!) was extremely professional and friendly. We were towed all the way from Breezewood PA to the Tesla service center in Sterling VA after a suspension compressor failure in our Tesla Model X.

They dispatched the tow in 2.5 seconds and he came in 15 minutes! The driver Brandyn was awesome. Super friendly and professional. I felt safe and very glad that I got Blair when in distress!

We were forced to use Blair's by the City of Falls Church Police in connection with an accident which rendered the car undriveable. The Blair's driver refused to move our vehicle to our chosen location without a CASH payment of $400-500. The amount was most likely above the legal amount for the tow, and who walks around with $500 cash in his pocket these days? Instead they towed it to their impound lot where they could charge an arm and a leg every day for storage. These low-life vultures come in after the accident and bayonet the wounded. Disgusting business model along with an unholy alliance with the City of Falls Church Police. Overall experience made the accident worse.

Great experience today. Car broke down on beltway. Service was Efficient and pretty fast considering the weather. Nick was friendly and very helpful. He got me to the Shell station quickly and safely. I would rate my experience today very highly.

Blair's was recommended through my Tesla support service call (my Tesla was dead, not responding to anything). While I had to wait 90 minutes for the tow truck to arrive, it was worth the wait. (I was comfortable in my local apartment.) Ahmad Bahmet, the tow truck driver, arrived a bit earlier than expected. He called upon arrival. He was patient while he waited for me to come down five floors of an apartment building. Upon seeing me walking toward him, he approached the gated garage entry knowing I had a keyfob to permit him entry. He offered to drive me up to the 5th floor to my car and asked me good questions about the state of my car as we drove. He offered suggestions and alternatives to help troubleshoot the issue. He even spoke to my husband on my cell to assess the situation. As he was hooking up my car, Ahmad told me what he was doing throughout the process. As a woman here alone without my husband, I felt safe and comfortable.

Jamie saved my bacon. I had a flat last night on the GW Parkway from construction debris. He retrieved me and my car and got it to the tire shop super quickly. Thanks!!

I just had amazing help from Carl at Blair's towing. He got to me quickly and was able to help me so that I didn't need a tow. A tarp fell out of the truck in front of me and got caught under my car. I was really upset at what was going on, so I really appreciated how kind and helpful he was !

There are so many great things I want to say here, but I'll try to keep it short. Our Tesla Model 3 had a tire blowout on a late Sunday when everything was closed and we were on a trip to Norfolk/VA Beach. Tesla Roadside Assistance used Blair's to help us and we are glad they did. They arrived in 20 mins to tow it to the nearest Tesla Service Center. But here's the good part... JAMES (driver) was professional, kind and caring enough of our situation, that he gave us a lift to our hotel we had to book last minute. The ride included great conversation and and a brief tour of the VA Beach Town Center, where our hotel was. ALSO, James was kind enough to recommend places to dine and drink. He provided the best towing experience by far! If I had to use towing again in this area, I'd request James for sure!

Thanks for the great service! Would recommend calling them than roadside assistance (if its Allstate roadside). Allstate roadside assistance Tow service estimated 2 hours. After 4 hour of waiting they didn't show up. Then called Blairs Towing. They showed up faster than estimated time, and did an awesome job. Thanks again!
