Terrible customer service. Called and asked for a manager or owner, the person on the phone said “no one available” I asked when I can call or if I can get their contact info. They said “no one available” It’s people like this that ruin the images of used car dealerships. I was looking to buy over dozen cars for my Turo fleet, guess I’ll go elsewhere.
While struggling with the more commonly used rental companies and ending up frustrated we walked in Sam's Car Service. He welcomed us with genuine friendliness, understood our problems and wishes and went out of his way to make us a deal that suited our needs.
