  As a neighbor in Shirlington Village, I believe we’re quite understanding of the value of this center. However testing sirens at 6:45 am and using industrial power tools before 7am that echo are absurd. Of the multiple times I’ve asked over the years I’ve lived here I’ve never received a concrete answer of what their set hours of work are. Please consider your neighbors!
