I had probably one of the best and longest repairs to be done. I initially took my car in back in Dec of last year and the same day they called me back because the manufacturer didn’t have the parts available due to fact of how new the car was. It took nearly 9 months for Acura to manufacture the part. I got calls every 3 to 4 weeks from Brett the representative from caliber of updates and him just basically trying to do his job. I have never seen this level of commitment and communication from any individual, much less a car repair person. I honestly have never been more impressed. Finally after getting the part in, it was incredibly smooth and efficient. I got constant updates via text and call. When the car was ready, he let me know, and was waiting for me to arrive to hand over the vehicle. It was washed and clean and in much better condition than I even left it. They won a customer for life.
I came in due to a hit and run accident on the side of my car. I had Roxana help me out and explain things to me. She had been super helpful and polite with everything that had happened with my car. Over call gave me such a good customer service experience.

Good Morning My car was damaged last week during the night by a hit and run. I decided to get an estimate at Caliber Collision where I did repairs previously and pay out of pocket to avoid a claim of any kind. The receptionist there is very knowledgeable and professional who helped me out. FiFi gave me an estimate. My bumper was restored better than new in 3 days much earlier than expected. My car was detailed beautifully. This quick service saved me money on the rental also. Great service and very professional. Thank you.
Amazing service! Second time here and came just to bolt on my skid plate- Terrell did the service for free and no extra charge, and only took about 10 minutes. Fantastic customer service, will come here again.

This review negates the 5 stars I gave them some months ago. Brought my new luxury car to them to fix parking lot hit and run door damage and they did a poor job for me overall fixing my vehicle. Very sloppy work and with the exception of one male worker, the customer service wasn’t good either. Not sure what happened to this location In recent years. Left disappointed.
Ive had to bring my car here twice unfortunately, but fortunately this shop is one of the best in the area!! I was kept informed during every stage of repair and was always greeted with kindness when i picked up!!

Great work ! My car was repaired properly the first time and Caliber staff were very careful and answered all of my questions. The price was fair and they helped save me money by completing repairs well ahead of the predicted date, allowing me to turn in my rental car ahead of schedule.
After having given a glowing review to the Caliber Collision folks NEXT DOOR to the Caliber Collision folks who actually helped me out, I feel it my duty to write another review to give praise and credit to the great folks at 4072 S. Four Mile Run Drive! When I drove up to Caliber, the two doors on the passenger side of my car were badly dented and scratched and I also had a protruding disconnected bumper hanging on to my car for dear life. When I left Caliber, my car was completely repaired and shining new. They were even able to match a small racing stripe which ran across both doors perfectly. And to my surprise, the interior of my car had been beautifully cleaned and vacuumed too! I loved that during the course of my car being fixed, I was given periodic updates on its progress. And the customer service folks in the office couldn't have been more patient, informative and helpful to me. So thanks again CALIBER COLLISION AT4072 S. FOUR MILE RUN DRIVE!

The Caliber Collision team did an excellent job fixing scratches and dents on the tail of my SUV. Winston was super helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. When I dropped my car off, he walked me through exactly what needed to be done for the repair, and upon pick-up he showed me photos of the entire process. They made it look like new, finished ahead of schedule, and exceeded my expectations. Should I need any body work done in the future, I will definitely go back to Caliber.
I was in a hit-and-run head-on collision. We had our vehicle towed to Caliber after business hours. The next day I was contacted by Caliber and they began to work with my insurance on a daily basis. Winston texted and called me every step of the way. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Caliber Collision for all your auto collision repair needs.
If you have a luxury vehicle, do not go to the establishment. They shop a majority of the work out to Mr. Tire. When I took my vehicle to the dealership, they told me I needed new tires and a new alignment. Call caliber collision, they say that the dealership is looking for money. Ask them to semi my alignment information never got it. You guys didn’t do a good job and you don’t stand by your life time warranty. Shocking how they put on a separate tire that doesn’t match the other 3. Not only did they not match the tire for the tire that they changed but they also destroyed my rim by not using the proper equipment/tools just drilling into my rim.
I highly recommend Caliber Collision for auto body repairs. Was struck on the front corner of my new SUV and initially only selected them for my repairs because they were recommended to me by USAA. From start to finish Caliber provided excellent customer service and kept me well informed of my repairs through the entire process. Work was performed quickly and I can’t even tell my accident happened just one week later. Been to other collision repair shops in the past and will only be going to Caliber from now on.

I had a frustrating experience with Caliber Collision at 4072 S Four Mile Run Dr, Arlington. As an auto body shop, car repair, and maintenance facility, I found their service to be unsatisfactory and incompetent.
My car was broken into on December 11th, 2022, and I had to take it to Caliber Collision for repairs. While the repair work was eventually completed, the staff's poor customer service and support were the main issues I encountered.
From the moment I first contacted them, I was met with inadequate assistance. I found their support to be unhelpful, unreliable, and substandard. Despite repeated attempts to get updates and help, the staff's service was consistently lackluster and incompetent. I felt neglected and frustrated, as my concerns were not being addressed.
Furthermore, they received my car without knowing they did not have the capacity to fix it in a timely manner. They kept extending the date weekly, blaming the delayed parts for the delay in returning my car. However, the lack of communication and the unprofessional behavior of the staff made the situation worse.
Amidst all the chaos and poor service, Selynne was the only person who actually cared to help me. She provided me with the necessary assistance and kept me informed throughout the process. Her effort and support were commendable and the only saving grace of my experience with Caliber Collision.
Despite her best efforts, the overall service provided by Caliber Collision at 4072 S Four Mile Run Dr, Arlington was horrible. Their customer service was poor, with terrible support that was frustrating and unhelpful. Their assistance was unreliable, insufficient, and inadequate, which made the situation even more challenging.
In summary, while the repair work was completed, I would not recommend their services due to the poor customer service and support I encountered. I urge potential customers to consider alternatives. They need to improve their customer service and support if they want to retain their customers' trust and loyalty. I hope that this review will serve as a warning to others, so they do not have to endure the same ordeal as I did.
Do not go here.
Caliber Collision in Arlington VA, took great care of me. They fixed my bumper, painted and more. Winston and all the staff there were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The paint job truly made it look like a brand new car! I attached photos so you can see a before and after. Finding a good mechanic you can trust can be a challenge so I’m glad I went here.
