Last month a driver for the company rear ended my car. As I stupidly did not have my phone on me, I relied on their driver to text me their information. He didn’t. When Amro the manager called me he tried to get me to not go through their insurance company. Once he realized that I had little proof of the accident, Amro proceeded to ghost me and when I did finally contact his insurance he lied about the whole thing. Do not trust this company.
UPDATED: Blew a tire. Stellantis Road Side Assistance dispatched Prestige. I called Prestige for an ETA and was told 35 -60 minutes. After 90 minutes I called and call was not answered. Instead, I received a text to "please text." I texted and did not get a reply. After 120 minutes, I got a call from the driver who gave me an ETA of 30-60 minutes. After 3 hours, I get a notification text that Prestige canceled the call. I did not get a text or call from Prestige.
UPDATE: I did receive a call from Prestige apologizing for the service. I appreciated the call very much. Based on that alone, I would give them another chance as the issues for this trip may have been Stellantis' fault.

Car broke down on 1/24/25 on the I395 bridge right before going into DC with my 22 month old son in the back seat. I have USAA, and their contractor (Agero), had first assigned my case to other tow companies. The wait times were over 2 hours for those companies and when I called to explain that I was stranded on the side of a busy interstate with a young child, they were unable to help make the time shorter.
When Agero assigned me to Prestige, I called the number and the owner immediately understood where I was coming from as a father and said not to worry. He said to just sit tight and he would make sure we got towed out of their as soon as possible. He kept his word and his cousin, Omar came by. Before even beginning to deal with towing the car, Omar first and foremost wanted to make sure my son was OK and asked if he needed anything like a bottle of water. That level of care not just for a customer, but for another person was very touching. I'm glad their are people like Omar and his family in this business where people are relying on them during the rather less "fun" parts of their lives. Thanks again Omar and everyone at Prestige towing. You guys ROCK.
Prestige was dispatched at 9:20am to tow my car that was broken down in the roadway. I called to check ETA, the man was very nice and said the truck was on its way and should arrive within 30 minutes, he told the driver not to stop. I called back over an hour later and he said oh yeah, the guy stopped, let me check and I'll get back to you. Radio silence. An hour and a half after dispatch, Prestige missed the 90 minute window. When Prestige didn't call back, I called to let roadside assistance know I still needed a tow and I'm still waiting, 5.5 hours and counting - with the car stuck in the middle of the road.
Thanks, Prestige! You made a bad situation much worse. And I see I’m not the only one they’ve done this to, see photo of Yelp review. Unreliable for people in emergency situations. And they insist it’s not their fault that they decided to tow someone else and just leave me stranded in the cold
Fantastic experience with my BMW M6 vehicle. Towing a performance vehicle has its fair share of concerns and the Prestige team arrived in quick fashion. They are familiar with towing performance vehicles and had the proper equipment. Very knowledgeable. I retain a card and plan to use them personally for any towing matters going forward. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs there service from luxury performance to regular day-to-day vehicles. I can’t speak more highly for the service me and my fiancé received the other day.

He taught me what to do if I were facing this car problem on my own so I would be prepared if there was a next time. If I could give 10 stars, I would. As I write this, it’s the night before Thanksgiving—the busiest travel day of the year. My truck broke down in the middle of the freeway, leaving me stranded. I called USAA and got connected with Dontay, who immediately assured me that my truck would be towed swiftly and safely to my desired location.
Things took a turn when my truck autolocked, leaving Dontay with a state trooper and about 15 minutes before the truck would be impounded. Dontay promised me he wouldn’t leave without the truck—and he kept his word. Shortly after, I met up with him, and he told me, “I have a way with people,” while firmly shaking my hand. He handled everything professionally and ensured my vehicle was safe.

This is the best tow company i have ever used! They’re the most courteous and friendly tow company you will ever encounter. They take care of you as a person, not just another customer. They helped me out for a tow and actually went back and helped me buy a new battery for my car. They only charged me for the tow and gave me a great price.
