So grateful for a quick and highly professional tow! They really lived up to their name. My transmission went out on my way down 395. I pulled off on a side road and found Flash with a Google search. A quick call, and they were at my side in literally 5 minutes. (Granted, I was a few blocks from their office.) Joe hooked me up, towed me to a nearby shop, and had my van safely dropped off maybe 10 minutes later. Thank you, thank you for making my moment of distress slightly less distressing!

My daughter recently moved up to the DC area. When her Jeep broke down on the side of the road yesterday, I called several tow companies. All told me it would be an hour or more before they could get to her. I called Flash Auto Towing, they took her location, gave me an estimate right then and there, and were on site very quickly. The driver made my daughter feel very safe as he was a Jeep driver as well so they had plenty to talk about while he loaded hers onto the truck. Even though it was just short of 5:30 when I called, they made it to the shop before they closed at 6. Amount quoted was amount charged, super friendly service, all in all a great experience. Would not hesitate to call them again if needed!
Very responsive and polite over the phone. They asked what the problem was, despite me mentioning that I needed a tow - which shows 1) they care, and 2) they will try to save you money when possible. Their original tow fee was extremely reasonable. Upon showing up, they actually offered to jump my car despite me thinking the battery was already dead. They saved me $100 by successfully jumping it and a tow. They seem like a respectable small business and deserve people’s business. Have nothing but positive things to say

Needed a tow the dealership called a company and their quote was outrageous so called Frank and Flash Auto Towing. Frank was great and had Joe out at my house in less than 30 minutes. Joe was super professional and courteous and took pictures and videos of my car before and after hooking it up to be towed. Process was extremely easy and half the price of the first company that I got a quote from. After my car was delivered to the dealership I received a picture by text that it had arrived. I highly recommend this company. Super experience!
