I needed help getting my car unstuck, and this company came through. The response time was reasonable, and they handled my car carefully. The total was around $150, which seems standard for the area. Overall, the service was professional and got me out of a tight spot. Would recommend if you’re in a jam!
After waiting at Haines Point to pick up a friend at DCA I went to start my car and discovered the battery was toast. Several trys later, a rapidly setting Sun, and a phone also power drained, I searched Google for a tow service to get my car recharged. DCAs trucks rudely replied they don't service off property. The next closest was Flas auto towing at 2 miles. After calling and getting a cordial answer I was in luck . They promised to arrive in 30 minutes but appeared in half the time, in a FLASH! It was cold and getting colder which made their promptness more meaningful. With a quick charge I was on my way. I highly recommend them for any auto towing or charging service you need, and will be my first choice should I be in the need again.
Joe was great. My wife’s car was stuck in a garage in a tight, hard-to-access spot, and another tow company wasn’t able to help. Joe came prepared, got the spare mounted and inflated, and had us back on the road so we could make it to a tire shop. He was communicative, timely, and professional throughout. Highly recommend.

It's very rare I come across a tow truck company as punctual, down to earth and kind as this one. The driver showed up really fast and was willing to work with my problems in a manner nobody has ever before. I will always go to this guy for all my towing needs from here until the day I die. Omg from the initial call, when I had no clue of what to do. We was broke down on I95 headed to Florida they were so helpful and reasonable. Not only did they get me towed they helped get my vehicle to a mechanic. I would recommend this company a thousand times. Thanks so much for the absolute professionalism.
So grateful for a quick and highly professional tow! They really lived up to their name. My transmission went out on my way down 395. I pulled off on a side road and found Flash with a Google search. A quick call, and they were at my side in literally 5 minutes. (Granted, I was a few blocks from their office.) Joe hooked me up, towed me to a nearby shop, and had my van safely dropped off maybe 10 minutes later. Thank you, thank you for making my moment of distress slightly less distressing!
We had an issue changing our tire. He said he’d be there in 20 minutes or less. He was! They changed it quick. After they left we had an issue with our battery. I called. They came right back. Super nice and friendly! Quick! I’d call them again if ever in a bind!

Very responsive and polite over the phone. They asked what the problem was, despite me mentioning that I needed a tow - which shows 1) they care, and 2) they will try to save you money when possible. Their original tow fee was extremely reasonable. Upon showing up, they actually offered to jump my car despite me thinking the battery was already dead. They saved me $100 by successfully jumping it and a tow. They seem like a respectable small business and deserve people’s business. Have nothing but positive things to say
