I must share the wonderful experience I had today with your operator Adam. As you know if your car is being towed it is not a good day. However, Adam showed up and I knew I was dealing with a pro. Adam had a very challenging situation. The starter was broken, the car was parked in a tight space in a parking garage surrounded by concrete pillars. His pleasant personality and incredible skills enabled my car to safely make it to my repair shop. He rolled my car out of this tight space, Secured it on the tow. trailer and navigated the truck and car through a narrow exit , again surrounded by concrete pillars. Adam instilled great confidence while delivering the highest level of customer service. Adam delivered. He should be distinguished as one of your finest professionals.

My car broke down in Springfield Va and Adam brought my car and me back to Baltimore. Usually breaking down makes for a rather bad day, but spending an hour and a half riding with Adam made this a wonderful experience!!!! I felt like I found a long-lost nephew! Showed up two and a half hours late. Driver had ZERO idea as to what he was doing despite the fact that I had specifically asked for a motorcycle tow. He kept asking me where to attach straps to. Furthermore he started cinching the bike with the side stand down so hard that I heard it creak…he called into the dispatch to get guidance- that guy was also absolutely ill informed and rude to boot. Hey HN - you may want to get some training or at least watch a you tube video before you hurt someone. They did not take my bike needless to say. Don’t go near these guys.
What a wonderful towing company!! I needed a tow for my daughters car. I called my insurance and they connected me with H &N. I got a text from the driver Dean mins after I requested a tow. Dean keep me updated on his ETA from when he was going to arrive, when he arrived and when the car was dropped off. Dean was so helpful, professional and very courteous. I would definitely recommend H & N !!!

I called my insurance company to dispatch a tow, and lucky me. After receiving the information, I immediately called H&N at noon to verify that they would be on the way in the allotted time I was given (90 minutes), and it was confirmed that they would. After two hours, my insurance called to notify me that the tow truck would no longer arrive. This is without any indication as to why they were no longer coming. Truly disappointed and disgusted by the lack of communication from H&N.
After getting an 1.5 hr eta eatimate from my insurance but no H&N tow truck, I called dispatch who said that estimate is just made up by the insurance company. Seems unlikely but regardless thanks for not reaching out and clarifying. Adam the dispatcher said it would be 45 mins. Called back after an hour. Adam again said driver was on way, an he would have driver call me. Another hour goes by, I get a text from my insurance saying some is on their way and should arrive in 45. After 20 mins, a icon of the tow truck shows up on my insurance app, i go to a visible location to waive down tow driver. He drives by and goes to other side of street. I call dispatch back and tell them they drove by, i can see on my app they are close by. Again, all Adam says is driver is on his way but cant tell me exactly where they are, says hell have them call back. After about 5 minutes get an update from my insurance company that tow driver cant find me and has canceled. Great customer service, effort, and logistical skills H&N. You all are going places! Keep on wasting people's time its a great business model (and you already excel at it)!
If I could give them 6 stars out of 5 I would. This place was awesome! It was 90 degrees out and I had 3 kids with me and Adam got the truck there in 12 minutes! Ahmad Aswell was the tow truck driver; he was professional, fast and nice!! 100% recommend these guys. They were fabulous!
Excellent Service!! Miso assisted me thru my insurance company with Jumping my vehicle. He was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. A company I will definitely recommend to others who may be in need of towing and battery service.
After giving me an initial estimated arrival time of 90 minutes, they didn't show up. Both myself and my insurance company tried calling them at which time they said another 30 minutes and then another 25 minutes. They still did not show up shortly after just stopped answering both of our calls.
Please don't bother; major disappointment. They will waste your valuable time by failure to communicate, promise to arrive soon and won't even show up. I had a flat tire and used my auto insurance to dispatch their services. They never arrived after over an hour of waiting patiently. I'm not sure what caused the delay but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Neither do I want to request them. I'm just off of Smoketown and their located on Minnieville Rd. It's not far at all. What happened? No explanation provided. F+grade earned.
I called H&N towing late Thursday night, after my Range Rover was rendered undriveable. The electronic gear knob was stuck in Park, then got stuck again in Reverse. Tow expert Ali arrived very promptly, who was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He is quite familiar with Range Rovers, even my diesel version which is fairly rare. He helped me identify alternatives, and we quickly determined the best towing destination to service my vehicle. Before loading the car onto the towtruck bed, Ali was able to temporarily restore the gear knob operation. Amazingly and gratefully I was able to drive the car home, which was much more convenient for me, my wife and our dog, avoiding the hassle of coordinating a late night drop off and getting us all a ride home. I am eternally grateful to Ali and the H&N Arlington Automotives family who came to our rescue. You will definitely be our first call the next time we are in need of automotive service, towing or rescue, thank you!
This service was beyond my expectations, Adam was quick and had his head in the game. He let me know beyond what was required of him for a tire service such as which tires I needed to change as well as filling up my tires with air to the appropriate PSI without me even asking. This company’s roadside procedures far exceeded what I have seen from past company’s dispatched to me through AAA. Highly recommend 10/10 Thank you!!!
He was so helpful. Adam came out so fast. I felt bad, because my tire was stuck on the car. I never seen someone get down on the ground and actually kick the tire from underneath the car. He was so helpful and even check the other tires for me. He also gave me recommendations on my rims and which tires would need to be replace soon. Thank you so much! This company and Adam is great. They were fast and competent and came prepared to replace or patch my tire. They even let me know my light was still on inside my car after they left so my battery would not die. Trustworthy and just pleasant to work with!
Were reached out to via my insurance to repair a flat tire (roadside assistance). Received a voicemail with a given timeframe for arrival but they never arrived despite claiming the service was completed. My insurance co said their calls had subsequently been dropped each time they attempted to figure out what was happening.
These guys I can't recommend enough. Very responsive, very transparent on where the driver's location and ETA. Gives you excellent windows of time that are very accurate. I would definitely recommend. And I will plan on using them in the future.
H&N Towing was dispatched to us after we called AAA. They provided prompt, professional, and efficient service. I appreciated their communication as they made their way to our house. The two drivers were also very kind to my husband, who was a little embarrassed about our predicament. Thank you so much!
I needed help replacing my car battery and got matched up with these guys through my insurance. The agent dispatched to help me (Adam) was both capable and amiable. Upon resolving the battery situation, we encountered another issue in my wheel/ignition being locked. He stuck around with me for a whole extra hour trying to help me get my car operable before we determined that it must be a issue with the parts and that there wasn’t any more he could do. So, although it’s unfortunate that I have more work to do on this car, I am still very satisfied with the service I received today. He went beyond the expectation, and I really appreciate that.
