  Called for a tow and person who answered the phone was rude and condescending. I told him I need a tow and then there was silence. Then the person said hello. I said hello and he said ahhh….I need to know what I am towing. I said well you didn’t ask me that. He then said ah…you seem problematic and I hung up.
