Memorial Day evening & the folks took great care of my employee that was broken down between home and jobsite. Very pleasant to deal with and affordable.
We've been using Cash's for all our mechanic work at the recommendation of a knowledgeable friend for a few years, but we recently went through Carpocalypse, or a Carmageddon. We took our SUV in to replace a timing chain, which was estimated to take 3 days. We ended up dealing with a series of issues that no one could have predicted and it took over 6 weeks to get our car working again. Randy reached out to walk us through our options and explain what was happening each step of the way. He helped out when we struggled to explain to the car rental company why we had their car for over a month and did everything he could to make a painful process easier for our family. In the end, we even spent a lot less than we had anticipated. The situation would have been so much more stressful if we had gone to another shop. We will definitely be customers for life (although we may never buy another Kia Sorento!) and couldn't recommend Cash's strongly enough.

At Jiffy Lube they told us we had a major transmission leak, the mistake of us addin gallon of transmission fluid was made. The leak was a very minor leak. The trick of measuring it incorrectly was made but Cash's was able to suck out the extra fluid and get us back on the road. They have the ability to correctly measure transmission fluid.
Cash's garage was very responsive and efficient. I needed towing services and they delivered amazingly fast! I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you keep up the great work
1020pm on 4/11/2024 I got a flat tire at sheetz in Madison Heights va and called and asked for them to help me get the lugnuts off of my car during a severe thunderstorm by providing me with a torque wrench while I had my 3 year old daughter in the car because I had already got the spare out and jacked up the car but could not get the lugs off with the wrench provided and the response I received was " we do not provide that service all we do is tow but we can call someone else for you." I was 3 miles or less down the road and they could not make an exception to charge me and help me remove the lug nuts from the tire knowing I had a scared child in the car during a severe thunderstorm. I will not be going there for business or refer them to anyone I know.
Our school bus - RV broke down near the interstate. The tow service was efficient and fairly priced. It was a simple repair and the mechanic gave free advice so we could repair it ourselves on their lot. Friendly and fair company.
Owner’s son stopped to help while my college daughter was stranded broke down in a panic. He hooked up his computer to identify the problem, expecting nothing in return. Fearing the motor was dead we had it towed to his garage. They fixed it up in 1 day, and it drives better than ever! The bill was shockingly fair (low!). HIGHLY recommend this honest, skilled garage. These people are amazing i called and set up a transport of a 30 ft railroad service truck the following afternoon the driver arrived and was hooked up and under way in 10 minutes and took great care in rigging and binding my monster to the wrecker. Prices are great for the quality of service they provide can't wait to use them on my next heavy tow situation
Ob side of road broken down with a 5th wheel attached. Sheriff Viar stopped and got us to Cashs for a 15 minute fix. Great service and friendly people. I was 125 miles from home. We got back on. .

Cash's Garage is wonderful! I was stranded on the Blue Ridge Parkway on a Sunday afternoon and not only did Cash's rescue me, they called and asked their mechanic if he would be willing to come in on a Sunday, they quickly diagnosed my problem as a dead cell in my battery, they didn't have the right replacement in stock so the tow truck driver called his girlfriend, asked her to go to Auto Zone to buy the right battery, and then she delivered it to the garage! Because of their amazing service I was able to get to a really important meeting in West Virginia; I wouldn't have gotten there without them! I only wish I lived closer so I could make them my regular vehicle service shop.
I recently broke down on the 460 bypass with cars flying by at 70 mph. I called 3 different towing companies before calling Cash's and was told it would be over an hour at the earliest. My last call was too Cash's and within 20min my car and myself was off of that dangerous highway. I am a not so young female who has never experienced being broke down and needing a tow before. Both the Lady that answered the phone and then took my payment to the fellow that showed up with the tow truck, I could not have asked for any nicer helpful people.
Professional and responsive towing service. Showed up within estimated timeframe. Charged what they said they would charge. Knew how to deal with my unique situation. Would definitely use again.
Needed a tow job after hours on a weekend. Very responsive, friendly staff. Randy the mechanic was very knowledgeable… diagnosed our problem and had it fixed within a day. Highly recommend!
The service is really good. However, each company has its own rules for payment and this company providing the service did not notify us of the expected charges, but simply put us before the fact. The guys do their job well, but in the end, unfortunately, they do not act nicely by setting exorbitant prices. Separately, I want to note Miss Oldridge, who did not want to listen to me in this situation and simply put the phone, saying that she had a lot of work and do not want to help us(
Each staff member I dealt with was friendly and helpful! They ran around for us on the weekend to find the right part for our truck. After no luck they ordered it on a Saturday. The part was in early Monday morning and we were back on the road ! Go to Cash’s, you won’t be disappointed!

Randy helped me out on short notice with my camper’s trailer brakes that were grabbing and applying unevenly. He let me watch him work and ask questions while he cleaned out the brake drums and adjusted the brake shoes. Very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.
They did an amazing job. From the great dispatch lady that help me figure out where we even were. To the great truck driver that cared about our well-being and found a safer place for us to repair our truck. so we could get truck and camper back on the road.
Honestly 5 stars isn't enough! They came out Sunday afternoon to tow a tractor trailer back to their heor shop for some repairs. Their driver Ray was very professional and quick due to sitting in the middle of the road. When I needed a ride to a hotel or back to the shop, they never hesitated to help. I highly recommend Cashs for your towing and repair needs!
Being the week of the 4th, very satisfied with the work they did, costumer service was good, kept me posted on what problems were found, and thought price was fair. For being busy and closed for July 4th, I'm all in all, happy with outcome. I would recommend Cash's garage to other people with vehicle trouble. I give 5 stars
for a New Yorker stranded in Virginia, Cash’s Towing was a life saver. After my car loosing all electrical power, calling 911 as I had no cell service, Cash’s Towing picked up my car and fixed it the next day. Their service, kindness, and promptness made a bad situation bearable. I highly recommend them to all.

My regular mechanic shop was closed due to staff illness, but with friends in the repair business, they recommended Cash Garage. Cash got me in, diagnosed quickly the dead battery, and the price for diagnostic and repair were very fair. I'll use them again.
Im a western express flat bed driver. Trailer would not stop purging air leaving me stranded, they came out very fast had me up and running very quickly. Repair man was very knowledgeable and extraordinarily respectful. I would highly recomend to any semi truck in the area with an issue.

We were blessed to have our car break down in Madison Heights. Not from the area, we had to put our trust in strangers to take care of our car. Fortunately for us, we called Cash's as they have a towing service and a garage. Kudos to the tow truck driver for calling us three times to confirm he had gotten our car to the garage despite us having the key 40 miles away at that point and helpfully telling us how to make repair arrangements. Kudos to the garage for staying in touch with us and having our car (alternator) fixed the next business day (we broke down on a Saturday night). We sensed we were dealing with honest people that took care of us, which is all we could ask in our situation. If you are on the side of the road reading this, we had a five star experience and recommend giving Cash's Garage a call 24/7
