Came down for new years and discovered a screw in one of my tires. Took it over to Adams and had it repaired in 15 minutes. Super friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

My Nissan Frontier needed state inspection but when I checked lights my brake lights did not work. I tried DIY fuse and bulbs but did not fix problems.I called Adams they said to bring truck in but could most likely not get to it until next day. When the next day came they texted at 8:00AM that brake lights wiring was repaired and brake control switch adjusted which was less than a full day in shop.The. Quick repairs were appreciated. Easy to work withand nice people. Very happy.
Great people at Adam’s. My vehicle ended up with a nail in one of the tires. It unfortunately was a Sunday and everywhere was closed. I left a voicemail and they called me first thing in the morning to bring my car. They fixed it immediately and quick. Thanks again!
While on vacation in Chincoteague, the cylinder 1 of our car suddenly broke down. We first went to an auto repair shop near our hotel, but they didn’t even bother to look at our car and told us to just have it towed, “that’s why tow companies exist,” they said.
Thankfully, Adam’s Repair Shop was just a few minutes away from there. As soon as we walked in, they were friendly, listened to what was wrong, and said they’d try to work on it. True to their word, they had our car fixed in just an hour or two, and at a very reasonable price.
Adam’s Repair Shop turned what could have been a ruined trip into a smooth and happy vacation. Highly recommend them for their professionalism, kindness, and quick service!
Residents and visitors to Chincoteague have a good auto repair shop at Adams Auto Repair. I brought my Honda Ridgeline in for A/C work last year and more recently an oil change and tire rotation. Both services were done right and on time. They even removed a stuck bolt on my push mower for free. I'll be back.
I was visiting for the week and my Ram 1500’s air suspension went out on the way to the island. Called them first thing Monday morning. Got me in Tuesday morning diagnosed and fix within a couple hours and could not of been more thankful! I highly recommend Adam’s Garage.
Our Explorer started behaving badly on a Saturday. Was able to drop it off Monday and after some electrical troubleshooting they got us road worthy that afternoon. They were easy to work with and very fairly priced for the work completed.
Adam's Auto has been extremely helpful in getting our rented Tesla back on the road. A nail in a tire would not normally be too much trouble, but with no spare, no jack and no lug wrench, we needed help. Thank you, Adam's, you're a godsend!
Adams repair, was awesome, we had a breakdown as soon as we arrived on the island. we had the trucked towed to their garage. The next day they diagnosed the problem and had it repaired. They were friendly and great service. I would recommend them highly.
Great help to me on no notice whatsoever. Adam’s shop is the reason that I had a pleasant vacation. I was only in town for one weekday and they got me in immediately and had my car back to me in a few hours. Super reasonable rate for the work. I would’ve had to wait a week for my home mechanic. My check engine light came on so I called Adams Auto. They told me to bring it in the next morning. I pulled in at 8am and my truck literally died in the parking lot of Adams Auto. It would not start at all. The guys came out and started diagnosing the problem. I left and within 3 hours we got the call the truck was fixed and ready to be picked up. The cost of the repair was very reasonable and the service was excellent. Thanks to Roger, Brittany and crew for getting us in and out so quick!

Drove from PA to Chincoteague and lost all engine oil on the trip. Went to Adams Auto Repair first thing the next morning and they found and fixed the issue within a few hours. Very grateful for the quick service and reasonable rate.

Fast, efficient and friendly. Shout out to Ramsey who drove to my location, filled the tire with enough air to get to the shop where he patched it in 2 minutes without taking the wheel off (since I didn’t have the key to the wheel lock!). Saved my vacation! Great experience great service.
I am a new and.very.happy.customer. Adams was referred to me by three people. They told me.that Adams was a great place that would fix my vehicle.properly,. Quote me an accurate price and that they would be easy to deal with. They were correct on each point! I will bring my vehicle to them from now on.
Well I am going to have to do what I don’t normally do and give a one star, and here is why. After waiting 35 minutes for a mechanic to “return shortly”, my tire was fixed while I listened to the men cat call a woman that just came in. Extremely uncomfortable I was forced to come into the way back to pay. Chalking it up to being irritable it was all good and fine until I walked outside this morning to see my tire flat. They didn’t fix it properly, and now I get to ride 300 miles home on a flat tire.
Picked up a screw in our truck tire and stopped in for a plug. Nicest people on the island. I had everything but the darn glue for the plug. They set me straight and didn't even charge me. I was back on the road in no time. I thanked them for their assistance and told them I'm coming back for an oil change. At home in PA I get charged over $90.00 for the synthetic oil change and they do it here for 69.95. Great people and great prices.
Today, Memorial day 2019, I had a piece of metal in my tire and had a 5 hour ride home. We stopped at Adam's Autoshop and found a very nice young man who repaired the tire even though the business was not open. We made it home safe and sound.
