Ive been using Dupreys Towing since they opened and every experience has been great. From John leaving dinner to bring me a jack when my car fell off the jack on the shoulder of I89 with 1 lane during road construction, picking up a spouse and kids who were stranded, to rushing to pull my son out of the ditch so he could make an appointment on time. Dupreys never disappoints.
He has helped me on many occasions! One time in the pouring rain he got me and my son into his truck while he loaded my car up and got me home! Best tow company around!
John goes above and beyond to make sure your towed car, chicken coop or anything that fits on a flat bed or has tires gets to where it needs to be safe and in one piece and dropped where you want it. He has great prices and always willing to help! He even got my mom's car out of the ditch in her own driveway and made great time in doing so. Dupreys towing is where its at!!

It was our first snow this year and I was delivering Meals on Wheels in Randolph. As I was backing into a driveway, fealing that would be easier to get out. But Instead my car slid down the embankment and I was hopelesly stuck there.
Their Tow driver carefully pulled it off the hill and with no damage done and I was on my way again.
I give this company and my rescuer 5 Stars. And will call them again if ever needed.

The most down to earth towing company I've ever encountered, why can't those other guys take notes!! Good and safe towing, Darrell was an expert in securing my Ram 3500 dually flatbed on to his brand new tow rig and he was able to order parts and repair my vehicle with perfect timing! If you have any common sense lingering around you, give them a shout.
John was fantastic! I was towed twice in two weeks and each time I called he answered the first time and was there to tow my car within the hour. The second time he towed my son and I and was super caring and supportive to my kiddo! Such a great service and highly recommended!!

I can’t say enough good things about Duprey's. I was far from home with a few of my girlfriends when I got a flat tire, and we were completely stuck with no idea what to do. We happened to come across his business card and decided to give him a call, even though it was after hours and he was technically closed. To our surprise, he answered right away and didn’t hesitate to help us. Not only did he fix my tire on the spot, he also wanted to do it free of charge. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help total strangers in a stressful situation meant so much to us. In a world where it's easy to feel overwhelmed or unsure who to trust, he was a reminder that there are still genuinely good people out there. My friends and I were on a road trip when we got a flat tire. We were in another state and found a gas station that recommended this place to us. When we arrived, he was very friendly and eager to help. You could tell he cared, knew what he was talking about and just wanted to make sure we were okay. I am very grateful for his help as we are not good with cars. I highly recommend this place.
Incredible service & extremely kind!!!!! We had an flat in the middle of a road trip and were referred to Duprey’s. Answered immediately and he came out after hours, diagnosed, fixed & filled the tire within 10 minutes. Incredibly kind, generous, and professional. 10/10 service and atmosphere. Seriously saved us!
Very helpful and kind. I thought I was careful enough but then out of no where my traction control was gone. My car slid, and I drove off the shoulder of 89 today down a hill. Luckily I’m okay and my car was fine and drivable. Duprey’s came and helped pull my car back onto the highway. It was explained well and only took a few minutes. I’m very grateful. I’ve had a lot of health issues and injuries lately so I’ve been out of work. When it came to payment they were very understanding of me trying to split payment with four different cards and cash. They ended up letting me go so I didn’t max out another credit card. I’m very grateful that they were so kind. Most people don’t do that, and it was very much appreciated especially in this tough time. I got back to Burlington safe, and I’m very graceful for their help. Especially since the weather was typical Vermont weather and chilly. Thank you very much.

Sunday and had a great weekend until a dear friend of mine was going home from a weekend visit in Barre Vermont. His truck caught on fire in Sharon Vermont. A wonderful lady from Maple fields in Sharon helped him to get a tow truck service to try and get his truck and himself home to Springfield Vermont. Whomever you were, thank you for helping him in his time of need.
Being Sunday, I didn’t have much hope of finding a good end to this situation. But, there are always blessings when you need them. Darrell, from The Dupreys towing service that she contacted was a true blessing.
I literally had no way to help with the situation. Talking with Darrell, the tow truck driver, he was reassuring and so helpful for me. The kindness and understanding in his voice was calming. If not for his work and great ethics of life, this friend of mine would have been stranded in Sharon with no place to stay, no one for me to even ask for help with this.
Darrell told me he would load the truck and my friend and bring them home to Springfield Vermont. And that he did. Wonderful man.

Had my 2014 F150 with 195k miles on it lose power on 89S today and I had to coast to the shoulder. Called AAA and within 40 minutes Darryl was there on a busy Sunday to tow me back home to NH. Professional and a true towing expert. Highly recommended!
These guys will be absolute best. I’ve been using them for years now not just for a car stuck in a bank or a flat tire but for any repairs on my car that the dealership won’t do under warranty.
Whether it’s my new all electric car or my older front wheel drive economy car, they treat it all with respect and get the job done at the best price available .
More than that, these are just legitimately, good human beings. All too often if my car gets towed or I go to the garage as a woman, I feel like I’m being taken advantage of for not knowing enough about what’s going on. These guys are straightforward, kind, and honest.

Highly recommend Dupreys for anything you need. My husband gave me the wrong date for an inspection appointment, and even though he wasn't open for the day, he still came and did my inspection for me. When I ended up in the median off 89 at 11pm on a cold and foggy October night they called Duprey's to help clean up my mess. In the end I was glad they did. They collected the accident debris and helped me get valuables out of my car-cass before dropping me off to wait for a ride home. And were helpful again when I went back up to clean it out.

Had a tire that was clearly losing pressure, but I couldn’t find the source of the problem. Stopped here while driving by. They were awesome. In a flash they took out my tire, found a nail and patched my tire up. I’m super thankful. They also took a look at my breaks and gave me some helpful advice. I’ll keep coming back here for sure!

Locked my keys in my car while staying in Windsor, VT for work. Called Mazda support and they gave me an ETA of 1 1/2 hours. Not even 5 mins later Duprey's driver callled saying he was on the road to the Inn and just minutes away. What was about to be an ugly morning for me was saved. Really can't get any better than this man and his business, available day or night always willing to go the extra mile for his customers (pun intended) so many times John has come to the rescue no matter what time of day and no matter what the situation calls for.Hands down the absolute best tow company around! I own a small towing company and purchased a new to me used truck that was out of state and not able to drive in it’s current state. My other truck was to small to tow it so I hired Dupreys to tow it for me. John was extremely professional, very knowledgeable, got the job done in a timely fashion and priced very reasonably I couldn’t be more happy with the experience.
