I had such a great experience at the Bethel, VT O’Reilly’s thanks to Bryce, the assistant manager. My car battery died after work, and even though the store had just closed, he went out of his way to help diagnose the issue, recommend the right part, and install it. As someone new to the area with little car knowledge, I really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. He turned a stressful situation into a positive one—thank you, Bryce!

I am. Disabled, US Navy Veteran. I sending out 5 Stars to Bryce, an employee at the Bethel, VT store. I had a check engine light and pulled into a handicap parking spot. I called the store and Bryce answered.
I asked him if he could come out to my truck and check it with the store OBD tool. He did! Ialso needed assistance with my rear trailer hitch. I needed help in installing it into the bracket and a different size pin to secure it in place.
He was very professional and helpful and gave me great customer service and I am very pleased with his help.
If O’Reilly has a monthly employee award, he gets my vote!

Mark is a saint. I was dealing with a tire pressure issue in the middle of a roadtrip to attend an important medical appt, and am so thankful I stopped in for help. Mark jumped to the rescue, grabbing tool from his own truck, and quickly pinpointed the problem tire. He even went on to check each tire to make sure the issue was fully resolved. He did everything free of change. I absolutely recommend this location. Thank you Mark for your kindness!
Every time that I have gone in this Orielly’s, the staff has been incredibly helpful. Today the entire team helped me troubleshoot why I didn’t have heat in my truck on the coldest day we’ve had yet! I tried to change the part out on my own and was struggling and one of the guys, Bryce, “helped” me do it! (He did it for me ) I was able to drive away warm thanks to the team at Orielly’s!! Mark here at O’Riellys answered my call asking if i could do an oil change on my 94 hilux surf while doing a north eastern camping tour and while he not only provided all the knowledge and tools necessary to lend me to work on my truck but he also encouraged me to do any other maintenance i needed to such as rotating my tires and greasing everything. I would not have made it to the west coast without your help mark!
O’Reilly in Bethel VT really saved my behind today. Not only were they able to get me a brand new car battery first thing in the morning, but they also took the time out of their busy schedules and helped me yank the old corroded one out since my own tools couldn’t do the job. On top of that, the tow I had needed to get the car there was hours late and they still helped me out. Efficient, kind and affordable! Special shout out to Mark who handled this whole debacle with me, thanks again!!
I broke down right outside, Colby was super helpful in helping me try to fix it and calling a local tow company for me when going through my insurance was going to take hours. This man deserves a beer!
This was the best service I have had, not only were they welcoming, they were solution driven, kind, and customer focused. They went above and beyond for me! I was in a pinch with a flat tire and they made sure I was able to drive same day! Not only did they have the part I needed but incase I needed more they ordered those parts for back up and coordinated with a mechanic to fix my problem!
Oh my goodness this place is awesome!!! My Jeep stopped working in town. A gentleman helped me get my battery off the block, carried it back to the store, then hauled the new battery back and hooked it up for me. Got the Jeep started, but it was still throwing error codes. He checked them all out for me too. Unfortunately, I still need more help, but I was blown away by the customer service this location has!!! So, glad they are here. And I heard they install windshield wipers too. Hope I don't have to visit often but if I do I know it's going to be awesome 😎 👏 🙌!!!
Very nice gentlmen! I am travel a long distance and had a flap come undone under my car. These gentlement showed showed a level of kindness i haven't seen in a long while. I highly appreciate the staffs help and gesture. I am very appreciative. Thankyou gentlmen
Needed help replacing two batteries today and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and willingness to help that I received from everyone at the store. Mark and Colby were very fast to help me. They tested my batteries and gave me the advice I needed in order to resolve the battery issues. Customer service seems to be going away in todays world but these guys are proving that to be wrong!!! Can’t forget to mention Anthony, super helpful!
Ask for Hunter, he’s very helpful and knows what he’s doing. He helped me figure out that the wrong screws were used on my newly installed battery, and they were loose. He helped me resolve the problem. I came In for a socket set and ended up getting way more. Thank you Hunter! This location is awesome.
Ehh. Expensive small town store. If you have time online is the better option. Staff is pretty friendly. Did have one experience about a year ago where I told the guy I needed a special power steering fluid because my jeep had some kind of hydraulic system on it. He told me he never heard of that so it's not true. so basically he said I was lying and the fluid I bought would work........ he didn't know what he was talking about lol
Again no parking spaces in front of store available including handicap space. No customers in store. 8 cars out front, no customers in store?
4 employees at counter only one wearing a mask. 5 signs on front door stating Masks are required. It’s no wonder customers don’t wear masks when even the employees are non compliant.

it was awesome as usual,these very professional and well organized employees are amazing,fast and friendly,they go so far and above what protocol calls for to give you a great experience and the absolute best deals money wise and quality wise that you can get,I wouldnt recomend going anywhere else for your business or needs,I'm for sure a dedicated shopper of O'Reilly Auto Parts,thank you all for doing what you do day in and day out
