Riverside Auto has been fixing my 2013 Toyota Corolla for the past couple years. Heath is a great mechanic. Always does a thorough job. Highly recommend to anyone that is in need of a mechanic . Fair prices and quality work!

My husband and I were driving up for a wedding in NH from CT when we got a flat tire from a nail. With two hours left in our trip we looked to see if we can get it removed and patched. They took us right away and helped us quickly. Grateful for this places help and service!
I can't say enough positive things about these guys. We had a mechanical issue on a Friday afternoon, they took us last minute and saved our trip. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
I don't usually write reviews. However, after reading the newest one I felt the need to speak out!! My experience with these folks has been amazing. I drive an old car and pretty much live paycheck to paycheck. Any time I've had an emergency with my vehicle the owner and his crew have gone out of their way to fix my problem making sure I don't have to miss work as well as being honest and fair in price. Never mind the quality of their work. Ladies you know how hard it is to try to find a mechanic that's not only good but doesn't rip you off!! Go to Riverside Auto LLC of Westminster VT! You won't be disappointed, I never am and will not go to anyone else. Whoever you are that wrote that negative review no offense but you're way out of line!!!
BAD BUSINESS 👎 MY CAR GOT BROKEN INTO AND WE STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THE OWNER! HORRIBLE. MY CAR WAS LEFT UNLOCK AND I GOT THINGS STOLEN FROM IT. NEVER WILL BE BRINGING MY CAR UP TO THAT HOLE IN THE WALL AGAIN. SAD THAT MY HUSBAND HAD CONFIDENCE IN THIS PLACE.
BUSINESS LIKE THAT SHOULDN'T BE OPERATING IF THEY DON'T KNOW PROTOCAL AND IF THEY KNEW CARS ARE GETTING BROKEN INTO WHY NOT LOCK IT PATHETIC.
Only shop I go to to be honest,
got struts put in no alignment or adjustments needed even though recommended car drives straighter then it ever did and that was front and back and for extremely good price if you're in a bind or have every day problem's call they're great 👍
On our drive from northern NH to Washington, DC my car would not start at a gas station near Bellows Falls, VT. The station gave me the name of one mechanic who would not help; called another who would not help but they recommended that I call Riverside Auto and after I jumped the car, we limped into Riverside. They were terrific and determined that it was an old, recycled spent battery and were able to replace it. We were back on the road in 2 hours. I had just had the 2011 Honda CRV serviced in NH in anticipation of this drive so not happy with an old battery that was recycled!!! I would definitely recommend Riverside Auto.
These guys are awesome! They were able to work around my schedule and the work was done fast! Excellent customer service at the front desk and they got me in and out. They also call and update the customer on any issues they find. I will be a loyal customer for sure. If you choose these guys, you will not be disappointed. Oh, and their prices are very reasonable.
For a shop that's booked out weeks they not only took time to help to suggest a competitor they did such with a positive referral. Small town life . Small town businesses are successful because of that very quality. Help the guy down the road stay busy.. proud to be a small town "boy". Recommended for any repairs ... If they can't get you in they have referrals.
Was driving up from Connecticut to go skiing and the belts on my Subaru were no longer turning. It was a Saturday morning. Called Riverside and they fixed it over the weekend so that it was ready for me Sunday afternoon. They were responsive to my phone calls and the work came in as estimated. A very fair price. I recommend Riverside.
I recently was traveled to Littleton NH, Raleigh NC with my 5 kids. We broke down. I had called roadside assistance. They towed us here. They were super nice and help for. Nicest people in the world.
Helpful, honest, straightforward mechanics. Went in to get a car inspected before I purchased it. They took a good look at it (even gave me a flashlight to check it out myself), thoroughly explained what needed to be taken care of, and gave me a list of things to take back to the dealer. Can't recommend J&W enough.
Tony & Chris are really good chaps... They don't have a bazillion cars in the shop at once, only 2-3 at a time, so they can REALLY focus on more time & attention to each job.

Chris-Specializes in VW/Audi, Ford & Subaru but both have done lots of work on Nissans, Honda/Acura, Toyota/Lexus, Mazda, BMW and Chevy/GM/Caddy, Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep from what I've gathered.
These guys will go above and beyond to make the job right and accommodate around your work schedule.
For the best Labor Rate around, and the best deals on used tires (including mounting and balancing) they really can tailor to your budget needs...
My only gripe Is that they don't always cator to the customers wants & needs on using their own (proven quality name brand) parts, but seems rather prefer you to go with their own sources for parts (but that's typical with most shops), especially if they're too swamped at peak times (like during tax return season)... That's fine and all, but it really should be all about the customers wants and needs, and the direction on how they would like their build(s) to go. Not really up to them. All though they DO & WILL offer you good & honest sensible advice.
So there good in my books!
Other than that I see they have another part time mechanic (as it's probably a great idea to solve those sorta "swamped" times situation, cause they are getting more busier with business).
Bring your car there, but if you want to use your own quality parts (I'm saying no cheap junk, stuff that will Actually LAST! That has been proven to, with a good WARRANTY!) just make sure you try to have them readily ordered in advance whenever possible as best as you can...
GO THERE! They truelly are really great genuine guys at the shop. Always a good environment when I go there...
What can I say? They've kept us on the road in beaters, off the road in unsafe beaters, and as soon as the new car was off of free dealer maintenance we were back. They know what they're doing and charge a reasonable price.
