I am not someone who is confident in home improvement things but I had a long list in hand and an agenda to get it all from my local hardware store.
Thank the angels for JB who helped me literally walk the aisles to get every last thing on my list. His council, patience and pure joy of helping me made me feel confident and excited about my home improvement plans. I look forward to coming back and seeking his assistance.
And to top it off I was so relieved to find out they deliver for free - which I so needed for my 8ft ladder. And it arrived promptly the next morning!

This WW Building Supply provides wonderful service.
I needed three windows and an outside door. They sent a representative to my Brattleboro home who checked all of the dimensions and placed the order. The instillation went smoothly but one of the casement windows did not close properly. They sent a Marvin repair person who discovered that there had been a small manufacturing error. Forty five min. later, adjustments had been made and the window closes well.
This really is a great place to do business with.
I highly recommend them.
I'll be the first to say that I was unfair to this business in my original review, all of the Covid nonsense had me all in a twist. The people are what make this store, not the things that cannot be controlled due to "zombie apocalypses,"
Staff is unfailingly nice and helpful! Even with masks on, I can tell I'm greeted with a smile each time I go in. Excellent stock and selection as well. Highly recommended!
Very knowledgeable help on a phone order. The materials were top notch and delivered next day. My order was "craned" off of the truck with the precision of a surgeon ! Thank You, WW !
