Only they ruined my spikes and around the wheel, but after not even a year of changing the tires, on a trip I risked my life as the tires they sold me were defective. All the thread ruined in 2 out of 4 tires.
They are not professional and they don’t have any customer care or support. Never again and be aware.
My experience at Hap’s Garage could not have been better. Both Sabrina and Natasha were knowledgeable about the problem I had with my Acura. Natasha put the car up on the lift and within the hour, the issue was fixed. They did not charge us for the service saying that many folks driving on dirt roads come in with the same. This type of friendly expertise is unusual in these days and times. Haps Garage gave us spectacular service. Thank you!
Good people and services. I had a car that I was planning to buy and was able to get it inspected and thoroughly checked out for a very reasonable price. My flat tire was also prepared here very quickly. Perfect location.
Made an appointment for two cars to be inspected on short notice, one of them was also an oil service. Prompt and very pleasant service, price was reasonable.

HAPS takes advantage of being the only garage in town! I brought in brand new set of rims and tires mounted and balanced and put them on my car. They charged me $50 to break down and swap tires rebrand , and re-balance. What I question this I was told that’s the way it works. Because I bought my own rims and tires they did not have to break anything down. The receptionist had no answer except that’s the way it works. Definitely not recommended especially if you have out-of-state plates I was quoted $65 when I made the appointment, but that changed after they have possession of my keys. So it may be inconvenient. I would highly recommend using anybody else I, for sure will never use their services again.

Two vehicle inspections both done very quickly. Like done by lunch time.
Also- I work on my vehicles myself and was struggling with a stuck wheel bearing in my stearing knuckle. Brought it in for help. He fixed it no problem. I was only there for about 5 minutes.
So happy they are back open. Go there.

One of the most unprofessional experiences of my life. My six months pregnant sister, her two year old daughter, and I hit ice and slid off the road into a ditch, hitting a tree on the way. When Haps arrived, instead of being asked if we were all safe and okay, we were mocked and laughed at for the accident. Literally only giving a star for actually doing the job. Pro tip for Haps: if you don’t like towing people who need help, get a different job. Pro tip to anyone reading this: don’t use this company if you want a humane experience. Absolutely horrible.
I went off the road and Addison came to tow me out. Arrived on time, professional and courteous. I was asking him about directions as I was driving to NY the next day, and the Map had me going a shorter way, but he explained the road was treacherous, and especially after going off the road I didn’t want more stress and inconvenience. He suggested a better route, and it worked perfectly. Give Addison a raise, he’s a guy you want to keep around!!
We were ridiculed and demeaned by two employees of Hap's Service Station (after they were an hour late for an appointment, I might add) in a recent interaction to the point where I felt obligated to write a review to inform and protect other potential patrons. Employees are public representatives of a business, and to treat loyal, local customers with such disregard and hostility is an embarrassment. I would absolutely not, under any circumstances, recommend this business to anyone.
Took in my car due to a check engine light coming on to see if they could pull the code and provide an estimate for repair. Due to COVID restrictions, it was just a key drop off without any interaction with the team. I left my phone number and informed them to call me before doing any work.
They charged me $80 dollars for pulling the code without any notice - I needed to pay in order to get the keys for my car back. I have never heard of a shop charging anything - let alone $80 - for merely pulling a check engine code (plugging in a machine - takes all of 3 minutes). When I called in to ask why they charged me, they said that they spent an hour of labor on pulling the code and looking up the problem in order to generate the estimate...
Went to another auto shop a couple days later and was able to receive the code and estimate for free. In addition to charging me $80 for 3 minutes of work that should be free, Hap's estimate was almost twice as much as the estimate from the other shop.
Feel taken advantage of and would strongly recommend folks take their business elsewhere.
Wheel bearing went on route 100 and called AAA. They sent Haps who communicated an accurate time of pickup. Very professional and by the book towing experience, especially during this pandemic. Met the driver back at my place and he off-loaded quickly and put the vehicle right where I wanted. He didn't even leave a scrape on a freshly paved driveway. Highly recommended.
Dont try to get a tow on the weekend, i was charged $95 just to come look at where i was stuck and they were not going to do anything untill the next day. Thought that was a unreasonable. Can't even imagine how much the tow would have been if someone else wouldn't have helped me.
Nothing but a bunch of kids with zero knowledge, I had Eric. Took him 7 hours to swap over snow tires then NEVER checked the air pressure in them. Don't trust them with your vehicle!
Stopped on to see about an inspection sticker for my Camry. Got an appointment for next week after a little explanation of the new VT inspection "system". Quite odd and WAY different and kind of complicated compared to how it's done in NH. I'm certainly looking forward to my first VT sticker next week!!
My family and I were up from NJ for ski trip when our van broke down. We were towed to Haps by a considerate and efficient driver. They were backed up on repairs and it was the day before New Years Eve. They went out of their way to obtain the parts and make the repairs on New Years Eve as they knew we had to check out of our hotel. When I got the bill, I was blown away by how low it was. I had checked on how much to expect from repair shops in NJ. Van has been running great without a hitch. Great team at Haps and thanks for making a very stressful situation uneventful.
