Truck needed a second opinion, so I brought it here. Not only did we receive an open, educational answer from Fritz, but while it was on the lift he gave me a tour of the underside of the vehicle so we could discuss the work that needed to be done, and what could wait. Got the truck back and it drives much better, just as expected with the work done. Great service.
Update: Our next truck needed some major work. Fritz and team came through again. Runs like new!

Simply Fords performed an oil change and tire rotation on my F350. I asked them to use Amsoil oil and filter. Fritz had no issues ordering and using oil to my specifications. Cullen performed the work and was very careful to not scratch my new wheels. I asked Fritz to evaluate the tires on my Lincoln and was told there was no need to change. Very honest business.
This place is a jem, very nice group of people work here and the prices are phenomenal.
I called them last minute because i was in a pickle, i needed my snow tires mounted, they took me in that day and got me squared away.

If you care about your vehicle, DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I needed a routine oil change. The day after getting it done at simply ford's, I was all the way down to 0% oil. The cap was not sealed and everything leaked out, causing my car (with only 9,000 miles on it) to be towed to the dealership. Once there, they told me I'd most likely need a new transmission. Worst experience I've ever had.

Top Notch shop. Fritz and his team don't throw parts at a problem and they will give you honest advice. If there is something specialized, they will tell you where to go. They keep an honest schedule so you know that when you have an appointment you will get seen. Rare gem!

Two weeks for a tire swap?! I can't imagine how long it would take for actual mechanical repairs. Staff were rude also.
