I was disappointed when the jeep I had my eye on was already sold. I stopped in anyway and gave them my wish list for a unicorn jeep. Within a week they called and had just what I wanted! So easy to deal with! I could not be happier with their service.

My family have been bringing their cars here for years. My grandparents always came to Bill for any issues with their vehicles. I've had Bill work on pretty much every car I've ever owned. He's always very friendly and he does good work and tries to do everything he can to make sure that he can get things done as quickly and safely as possible.
My husband and I used York Street to trade in both of our vehicles for a truck and a SUV. The service they had done in the past was great and all of the people who work here are honest and friendly folks! We both had a truly great experience with these folks and highly recommend anyone looking for service on their current vehicles or a great deal on a used one, check these guys out!! I speak with Bill on the phone, he gives me an appointment. He calls to tell me what he finds and answers all my questions. He completes the work. I come by to pay and pick up my car which is always ready. We discuss what he did and why. He always gives the next steps for service. He keeps track of services and milages at which the services were completed so can give honest answers to what you need to have done. When he isn't able to do a task, he will recommend the dealer and if that doesn't work for you he will recommend a place with a good reputation and service. I appreciate that he cares about my car as much as I do. THANK YOU!
I have had all my auto services done at York Street Auto for years. Bill is friendly, professional, reasonably priced and always does a great job. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Three ball bearings on my car need repair. Bill tried to charge me $1300 for parts alone. Using Rock auto I found the parts for $700 total. Now Bill tells me basically to go Eff myself cause "I bought the wrong parts" (which I didn't) and "he's a business" which somehow means that if you buy parts for cheaper..he won't fix your car. Thanks Bill. Went somewhere else and got it fixed for even cheaper. Y'all should go to Colburns, Rich, or someone who appreciates your business. Also should throw in that I saved Bills business from being robbed two weeks ago when someone was trying to break into cars in his lot. But ya, shows how far being friendly and helpful gets you. Thanks Bill. Loser. Lost my business for good.
