Hands down the Best Shop around! Great people, Great Service, and Top knotch Mechanics, as well as Custom fabricators. I don’t like taking my truck anywhere, and after searching far and wide, I found these guys They are knowledgeable, and will listen to your requests and input helpful feedback to ensure the job is performed correctly in a timely manner as well as to your standards. Highly Recommend, especially if you have a truck you are building as they are an off-road shop!

Needed a new engine on a car I bought 6 mos ago and still have 5 years to pay on!! Luckily I got a warranty with it and Pittsford automotive center was the only local shop who accepted it!! They were able to get the entire job paid for by the warranty and did all the paperwork for that for me!! I picked the car up today and it seems to be doing great and I can’t be more grateful for all their help getting back on the road!! Jess was great at keeping me informed on what was happening with everything!! Thanks for getting my car tip top again!!

Had banging in the front end. It was diagnosed as a sway bar issue so they ordered new sway bars. As they got into it was a bolt loose on top of the sway bars. As they were changing tires it took only a couple of turns with a wrench the issue was resolved Best yet no charge

I recently got my front brakes of my Toyotoa 4 Runner replaced (and my state inspection) here and could not have been happier with the service, efficiency and effectiveness. They got Toyota parts and had the work done way faster than I expected and were kind in addressing a question I had after the fact. I am done with the local Toyota dealership. Pittsford Auto will be my one top for service from now on.

Truly nice folks; staff and the owners... Yeah there might be less expensive options in the area but the service and the time they take to explain things is great ! I have been there twice now. New set of tires, new front break pads and rotors. They will definitely see me again !! Judy F.

I’ve only been here twice but my experience has been great both times. They’ve gotten me in super quickly and diagnosed problems that I brought up to my regular mechanic who didn’t think I had a problem. Potential death wobble in my Jeep that was awful. I asked him to check my ball joints and UJoints and he said nothing was wrong. Something WAS very wrong. I brought my Jeep here and they diagnosed what I already knew was the problem and fixed it and I don’t have death wobble at all anymore. My Jeep feels tight and runs super smoothly now. Customer service was great both times and I’ll continue to come here in the future!

Being a former mechanic I'm pritty critical of automotive shops and the work they preform. I'll say this was top tier work and service for the price. Professional, polite and efficient. You've won this old mechanic as a customer.

They did all the mods on my JK and I had nothing but problems caused by those mods. I took it to them for repairs and they failed to correctly diagnose all the problems. Ended up costing several thousand after multiple breakdowns. Other mechanics confirmed it was not modified correctly

This shop rocks! I brought my 2012 Tacoma to them to get a set of JBA UCAs and some heavier coils installed, and they did a fantastic job. They also gave the truck the best alignment it's had in years! I'll certainly be back, it's great to find a place that's willing to work with both OEM and aftermarket parts and really understands what the customer is looking for.

Not many businesses go out of their way for customers like Pittsford Auto. A few mornings ago, I hadca pancake flat tire. Due to meducal conditions, I can no longer change tires myself. I called Pittsford Auto right after they opened. One of the owners, Meghan and a Technician actually came to my house! They blew up my tire to take the car to the shop. After it was blown up, they could see a piece of metal in the tire, but the tires were pretty much bald. Having an AWD it was best to replace them all, especially right before winter. I appreciated how much they both cared. Pittsford Auto was able to get new tires and put them on all that same day. They knew my daughter had a very important medical appointment the next day and made sure we could get there. I cannot tell you how much it means to me that they went out of their way to actually come to my house and got it all done very quickly. Pittsford auto is a gem of a business!

I had been having issues with loosing air in one of my tires. I called Pittsford auto and they got me in that afternoon to look at and get the tire fixed. always friendly and accommodating service.

I unexpectedly needed a brand new set of tires and Pittsford Auto found a quality set for a price lower than expected. The tires were ordered and on my car in no time! I always appreciate their flexibility to work around my schedule. I will be calling soon for my oil change!

Our Jeep has had a new lift and general maintenance done at FK for a few years now. Gordon and his team gave us sound advice on re-gearing our Gladiator. It pulls our camper at highway speeds using the full gear range while still maintaining off road capability.

I was recommended for a rough country lift for my tacoma from a friend of mine who got his done at this establishment. Needless to say. We both are happy customers. Just in time for summer. The staff is inviting, friendly and knowledgeable. The last time I was in I got an inspection and learned a few things I did not now. The gentleman was willing to show me anything I had a question on and treated me with respect. I have had issues as a woman with this at previous places. I will be going back.

Great service all around. I bought a classic car from them (32 years old) that I really like. Their online listing was 100% accurate, and the salesman Bruce made sure to point out any and all quirks that may affect value. When I needed some work done on it shortly after purchase, they happily kept to their word and gave me a good deal on the labor. It’s great to know that there are still honest auto dealers in the area. Highly recommend! Friendly staff and honest work.

Kind of got slighted here. Staff was friendly. Set up an appointment to view a vehicle with intent to purchase. Drove an hour, was texted two min prior to arrival that the vehicle was sold. To be fair I was running a little behind but no one checked in with me or anything. I get it, car dealerships sell cars but I don't feel like my appointment was honored at all and just feel done pretty unfairly. Huge inconvenience, waste of time and fuel.
