RIPPED ME OFF! Went to the pittsford location to dump off two dryers. Spoke with the old guy in the office before i drove in and asked him about the process. I drove round back, drove onto the scale, stopped and drove off to dump the dryers in one of the heaps. An employee came out and told me which heap to discard the dryers. I drove back onto the scale again, I go back into the shop and the old guy told me I wasnt on the scale long enough the first time. So basically he got my steel for free. Real nice, would never give them business again and made sure to tell folks they ripped me off.
