Terrible<br>Horrible experience<br>They mentioned that I have 8 days grace period<br>And before I made my payment they started charging me storage fees<br>Day # 3 jumped to be $35 dollars<br>Plus nobody will answer your phone calls<br><br>Scam alert<br>Would never buy again from them<br>Over $100 storage fees even before I made my lot payment<br><br>So sad
This it’s one the places where I like to go to pick up. As a transporter I can say this it’s the only Copart where they are really friendly with customers and drivers.<br>When you have to do a pick on this place or any other Copart. You should have you appointment ready don’t wait until you arrive and then trying to make appointments.. you have to make it from 1 day before or at least 5 hours before. Sometimes they don’t have enough appointments for the whole day. Thanks
