I have not used this towing company personally, but I felt it necessary to take the time to sing the praises of one of their drivers.
Tom Doyle was in the midst of another job and I had been stuck on the side of the road for almost 2 hours at this point.
He passed me and I didn't think very much of it. I had already enlisted the help of my wife and my father to to help get me out of the sticky situation and keep in mind I was on a mountain where turnarounds and things of that nature are not really available to you
As I sat there and the AC car. Just waiting for my saviors. A big purple and yellow truck pulled up behind me which shocked the heck out of me cuz I realize that somehow Tom turned around to come and check on me
I immediately hopped out of the car ran up to his vehicle thanked him profusely for having the courtesy to check on a stranded traveler.
In the 2 hours I was waiting on the side of the road. Not a single vehicle stopped to check on me, which I also felt very shocking considering living in the Northeast Kingdom, Vermont kind of dictates that you would check on somebody that might need help.
So if that's the type of technicians that this business employees I would think that you would be in amazing hands if you were in fact in the need of a tow
Greniers Towing is a great shop and I highly recommend them. They respond super quickly, and special shout out to driver Tom who went out of his way on a super cold morning to help me fill my tires. Call Greniers if you’re ever in a jam with your vehicle!
Awesome outfit. Fair prices and great customer service. Highly recommend. The owner Alex is a good man. Dropped what he was doing and towed me over 2 hours away at a very fair price.
Came into this shop requesting an emergency repair on a tire. He helped us when nobody else in the area could. This took place in the spring - remembered I didn't leave a review. Such incredible service that it was worth going back and writing this.

This company was awesome. They went above and beyond the towing service. They towed my truck to a local garage. They also made sure my 5th wheel made it to the camp grounds safely . I personally could not thank them enough for making a bad day in to a stress free evening. Thank you guys again for everything that you did for me and my wife
