Scammers, be really careful. Unprofessional people without any sympathy.

I'm the client that had someone put diesel instead of gas in my car, and you guys didn't want to find us a solution and hang up the phone on me multiple times holding my car as hostage and forcing the insurance to pay cash because there was a problem with their first payment method. Learn to speak to people and winning money dishonestly won't make you rich.
Used AAA for a towing request. It was supposed to pick it up by 7pm that day, then it was supposed to be 1am, it's been more than 12 hours after the original eta. Worst towing company I've ever not dealt with
DO NOT HIRE!! These people are so rude. We got stuck in the snow and they are the only ones in the area. They hung up the phone on us purposely a few times despite begging for their help. They have terrible customer service so they take advantage also their prices are super expensive comparing to others. What a shame.
We have been charged enormously (x4 more than regularly - 10,788.00$) to pull our semi truck out of dirt road. Unprecedented during these uncertain times. At the same time freight market is horrible and our drivers are risking their lives to supply shelves around United States.
I was stuck on 1-91 with a flat tire on Easter Sunday 1:30pm. Called AAA and waited for 2 hours on the side of the highway with my two kids while they kept checking in with me to let me know they could not find a tow truck (especially not one that could fit the three of us) that could take us to safety. I finally decided to take matters into my own hands and found B&B who immediately said they get would get someone to me within 45 minutes. Avery called me back immediately and arrived with a tow truck just 30 minutes later. Since he could not take us all the way to the closest Walmart to get our tire fix, he had hooked us up with another driver Connor who met us in Lyndonville and took us the rest of the way. Both were awesome, very professional and I truly appreciated them taking care of us. Will know next time to call them right away if I'm ever stuck again in VT!! THANK YOU!
They were charging almost twice as much as other tow companies in the area even though they were closer.....not recommended unless you have no other choice.
Very unprofessional service, owner is rude and hostile can not even have a conversation. They won't take credit cards so only bring cash. Website advertises open 24 hrs ,nowhere does it state open from 8:30 to 4:30.
The driver was polite. The abbreviated version: That's all I've got I placed a AAA call that my truck needed a tow, I broke down. I told the driver my debit card was compromised he said well we don't usually take checks, but loaded my truck. I had told AAA my predicament they told me that the tow company had to take the check. Evidently there was also an issue that I needed my vehicle to go from Danville to Berlin VT, because the driver mentioned multiple times I thought it was going to Danville. Long story short, he got my truck off he side of the road then brought it to a nearby parking lot and told me they would not transport my truck because they couldn't take a check, so 27 miles from home he unloaded my truck and I called AAA and got a reputable company.
AAA and my auto insurance pay for towing.
