I couldn't ask for better. Motorcycle towing is not easy to get in this area, and after spending 8 HOURS calling and calling and waiting for AAA to get someone to show up-- let alone keep me informed, on the 7th phone call and the end of my rope, someone finally reached out to Precision... Precision promised to arrive at 6am. And-- they did!!! Patrick, the owner, arrived. Along with being prompt-- he was a true professional. Careful, capable, courteous, and a good communicator. I was, and am, extremely grateful. Absolutely topnotch. Skip AAA, and call a business you can trust. Precision is well-named, and I highly recommend them!

I am from out of state needing some help to put a few cars on a long distance transport, along the way he was flexible and maintained open communication during the whole scheduling process which was constantly changing. Then when the day came I saw right away his level of knowledge in understanding what needed to be done to move the cars and wish there was some way I could utilize him for the long distance haul as well.
They responded quickly to our service call, provided extremely professional service, and were simply a pleasure to work with. I would definitely use them again if I ever need services they provide in the future.
Amazing experience, I accidentally sent him on a shit job where everything that could go wrong did. Dude still did it with smile and eagerness, went above and beyond my expectations. Wicked chill, reassuring and down to earth. Pretty funny too.

My low-slung Audi Quattro wagon (front spring snapped in two places) was sitting just an inch off the ground and needed a 62-mile lift to my trusted mechanic. I specifically asked AAA to book Precision Towing & Recovery because of a bad experience with a different company last year.
Patrick, the owner/operator, showed up and did exactly what you'd hope for—but rarely get: he treated both the car and me with care, respect, and professionalism. He took the time to properly load the vehicle onto the flatbed despite its compromised ride height, and did the same again when unloading it at the shop. No drama. Just done right.
By contrast, the other company I dealt with last year in a similar situation yanked my car up carelessly, scraping the exhaust into the gravel. Then, at drop-off, they crunched the entire front end—bumper, grille, headlights—without a single camera rolling or anyone around to document the damage. Zero accountability.
