Brought my personal truck in this morning and wow, what a difference. They were willing to give me a ride to the office, so I didnt have to wait. I wanted to just sit quietly so I waited there. Asked me if i wanted the air filter to be replaced (it was a wreck!), yes of course, thank you! Truck was almost done and they came back with he inside cabin filter (was more of a wreck), yes, please change that as well. Thank you so much for not only the oil change, but the peace of mind knowing you and your team go the extra mile to make sure everything is actually taken care of.
I’m beyond impressed and grateful! My car broke down on a Bradford road and due to it being an alternator issue I just barely able to hobble it to PTO Repair. This wasn’t my usual place but they graciously took on my old ‘04 CrV and had it ready in record time! He was super polite, explained everything to me clearly, rates made since, and furthermore I’m convinced to switch to him for my cars future needs!
Somehow we were extremely lucky to find PTO's Repair yesterday while on our way to the Ice Castles with our grandchildren and 2 hours way from home. My back window was completely shattered minutes before and the gentleman behind the counter could not have been nicer and more accommodating. He completely sealed up the window and sent us on our way within minutes enabling us to enjoy the day we had planned. I would highly recommend these kind and efficient folks. I was driving to Bradford and heard this awful noise coming from my car. It sounded like metal on metal and the sound was only getting louder. I pulled into PTO's and Chris came out and took my car right into the shop. Come to find out a stone was in my caliber. I will be doing business with PTO's and supporting the local business.
They don't listen to the customer. I asked for 3 inch tail pipe on my 96 Suburban with a big block 454. They put on 2.5 inch. It was 3 inch from factory, I wanted to restore to factory. They don't care. I won't be going back there again
Had a flat on I91. Brought the car here right away. Paul and Martin were unbelievably helpful. They fixed the flat, gave us recommendations on where to get a new tire, and were generally awesome. 10/10 would get a flat tire again just to come back
Was so fortunate that my car got a flat just a couple of miles from PTO’s repair. We called ahead and they said we could come right away. They got us sorted and back on the road in no time!
I was very satisfied with PTO’s service. My car broke down in the middle of the night and I had it towed to PTO’s. I called them the next morning and within the day they had it fixed! They were reasonably priced and efficient. They listened to me and explained everything that was wrong. If I have any other car problems, I will definitely come back here!
They worked on our Dodge truck and charged me $2000. They then delivered the truck to my business and we could never get it to start. I have called at least 4 times over several months, but, they have never come to resolve the problem. If they don't back up their work, they are not a good company to deal with.
Had a Saturday morning emergency @ Farm-Way - broken serpentine belt & frozen idler pulley. Got my truck down to PTO's where they had the repairs done in under an hour. Super nice guys with a well equipped, clean, organized shop. Obviously very knowledgeable about pickups. Repair was reasonably priced, too!
I've only been here once but if I have to go here anymore I may have to raise my rating to five stars. I got an amazing deal on a plow pretty sure it was the owner that helped me he seems like a funny nice guy. I think you'd be safe going here for most anything
These guys seem to always busy, so it can be difficult to get in. But they are my preferred mechanics. They've been the best price for work done on my car and my girlfriend's car more than once. They're quick, and I've always been happy with the work. Recommended.
