Amazing service, went in this afternoon to get a tire mounted without an appt and only had to wait 20 mins. The waiting room was full but that didn't matter! And the wait was very entertaining, great sense of humor for a busy Friday afternoon! Thank you!

Great experience with service and cost. We were in a bind with so many shops full and had a car noise that was worrisome. The crew found a way to fit us in, gave a thorough assessment and quick repair, with recommendations to avoid future problems. The fact that they are not our usual shop was not a barrier at all, Dennis was generous with his time and helpful all around. We feel lucky to have another local trusted shop in Fairfax!

They fixed the frame and undercoated in less time then the quoted and less money then they quoted only thing I wished for was before and after photos before the undercoating but I didn't ask them either

Awesome service! Arrived at 4:00 PM to drop car for service the next day. They took the car right in, replaced a damaged rim and fixed a tire with a slow leak that had screw stuck in it. We were out in under 30 minute's and didn't have to make a trip the next day!!
Fast, affordable and excellent service. My car was in need of some tires, a friend referred me here, I was attended from the opening of the customer entrance door quickly and very respectfully, there is another door ( Cool Persons Only ) that has like a super cool blood hound looking dog that was extremely aware, protective, friendly and very respectful as well. They got to work on my car in less than 15min from me driving in. Definitely recommend
I’ve gone to Fairfax Salvage & Repair several times over the years with my Subaru. Their customer service is excellent! I recently went in for a sound that I thought would be a major repair. It turned out to be some rocks stuck in a place they shouldn’t have been and some missing clips. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem while I waited and didn’t even charge me! I would recommend them to anyone that likes friendly, affordable, dependable service. I will definitely take my car there again. Fairfax is lucky to have such a great business in it!
I was visiting family in Fairfax. I had some worrying concerns about my vehicle after I had hit a very high and uneven pavement ledge, pretty hard in a construction zone. I needed peace of mind knowing it was safe for my long distance drive back home. They were very friendly, accommodating, and took the time to inspect my CR-V for safety on short notice. Very friendly group! I was looking for a part for a 1998 and they had it, pretty much still like new! Price is VERY reasonable and affordable. I'm sorry I never caught the office guys name, but very welcoming, friendly customer service! Thank you Josh and Kyle for your quick service on carefully taking the door off and looking through 6 ravs for a rare 3rd row part! Please drive SLOW. Dogs are really friendly and loves people!

I have been using this business for quite some time now and have never had a negative experience. The staff is always courteous and super friendly. They go out of their way to help, and the work done is excellent. I highly recommend them.
Went to location for a clamp. Individual at location stated that there was a $50.00 yard charge to pull the clamp but that he MIGHT be able to sell the part for $20.00. When I said "Wow, I didn't realize how expensive such a small clamp was" He immediately changed his tone and stated he didn't have it. When I asked him if I had some how offended him. He stated it was how I said it. He then proceeded to state how he knew my "type" and how I expected him to give it to me for free! As I was leaving he made mention to go to a hardware store. Well, in fact I did take his advice and was fortunate to find exactly what I needed at the local hardware store for $2.59. I did some research later and found that these particular clamps are sold as a set with included star screws, and shipping for $16.00. It seemed like he wanted to charge me $20.00 for one. Most of the reviews here are favorable and anyone can have a bad day at some point but I was still shocked at how immature and condescending this guy was to a potential customer over such a simple matter. I learned an important lesson though. The days of the customer always being right is long gone especially at this location. If I was to give any advice to this guy for future reference He should be careful how he talks to people because someday he might insult the wrong person especially in today's environment instead of just getting a negative review .............
I had an accident with my car. I called Fairfax and they handled the towing and were able to bill insurance. I didn’t have to do a thing. My car gave them a hard time and it took a couple try’s to get it figured out and they stuck with it to the end. Friendly and honest service. Will definitely go back for other repairs

12/20/22 Fairfax Salvage and Repair What a great place! A friend referred me awhile back to have my vehicle diagnosed as I was getting the run around from other shops. Dennis and his team were very helpful with all questions and accommodating.
Yesterday 02/28/23 i sent an email to the team about an issue I had with my vehicle. The team called me in a timely manner and was able to get me in for a same day appointment to diagnose the issues my vehicle had. Rather than scheduling me weeks to months out Robert was able to get me an appointment for the next day 03/01/23 to have my flex pipe fixed, not only was the environment open and friendly we had a great visit playing with the three dogs while we waited (Goose, Ollie and Axel) Robert gave my seven year old daughter two boxes of cookies which put a big smile on her face which he didn’t have to do. I highly recommend checking out Fairfax Auto and Salvage if you haven’t before!! Alexa and her pal Axel!

Excellent service in all aspects, the office assistant, Caitlin was incredibly knowledgeable. She was exceptional both over the phone for scheduling and in person at the time of my service. Jeremy was fantastic and efficient in the shop to get my vehicle back to me. Everyone was upfront about the costs and what I needed. There were NO added charges or fees unlike others. Highly recommend Robert and his fantastic crew!
I go here every year for my inspection for all my vehicles. They're thorough, helpful, and knowledgeable. They're very accommodating and work to really help you understand what needs to be done. They're one of the few mechanics who really try to help you understand what's best. For example, I had an old pickup truck that I have had rust work done over the years. It failed inspection, so I brought it to them to get an estimate on the work. They highlighted that they could do the work, but it would be a losing battle with more work being required each year. In the long run, it wasn't feasible. They're very trustworthy!
