An organized facility with incredibly friendly and knowledge workers. I recently got rid of 2 cars worth of cardboard for a couple of bucks - so worth it! Just an FYI they are cash/check only.
Everyone at this site is helpful and polite. Everything seems to be well maintained, etc.
I have to complain about the hours though. The only time it is possible to do a drop off is on Saturday and everyone else in town is trying to do the same thing. How about having afternoon hours 1 or 2 days a week?
Dropped off my garbage today and my mask strap broke as I tried to put it on. As I pulled up, the gentleman in the both asked if I needed a new one. He then sprayed his rubber gloves with disinfectant and gave me a new cloth one. Told me to come by and get another if I ever needed one. I was there on 12/4 at 10:30am. Please thank whoever was on duty at that time for going above and beyond.
Very helpful person at the front gate/entryway, with large signs everywhere so I could get myself where I needed to go. Very clean for a dumping site! As a Burlington resident new to composting, I'm thankful they made the process easy and quick
It was very busy. They had A LOTof customers, there was a line with at least 9 people in front of us waiting to bring stuff in. They are very organized and helpful. The employees were everywhere and there when I needed them. There were people there that were willing to help.
The employees are always very nice, and the system is very quick and easy. I live an hour away, but I always take my recycling with me when I go all the way to Burlington because I prefer this recycling center so much.
